VR will flop, especially given the price and PC requirements for the Rift. I'd much rather they experimented with AR - imagine a game like Pokken Tournament in your living room!

I think the issue is more with the hypersexualised/fashionable look rather than it actually being Native American. It reminds me of the issue over No Doubt's Looking Hot video where Gwen Stefani was a hypersexualised Native American damsel-in-distress. That video was taken down in 24 hours.

Something like Gorillaz is the better way to do it - retain a live band but still focus the attention on the characters.

I'll wait until the price goes down a bit next year - the amount of grinding sounds like a Destiny-sized hell, but the story and world do look interesting enough.

@sandman89 Given the big differences you often get between retailers, I don't think Nintendo UK has much of a say in the prices.

@Octane Reggie and the guy behind Tri-Force Heroes (cannot for the life of me remember his name at the moment) both said it was a home console at E3. The Wall Street Journal also said it was a home console in their report, so it's not really assuming at this point.

@sandman89 UK prices are set by retailers, not Nintendo.

To be honest, it could even be Retro's unannounced Wii U game that everyone thought would be revealed at E3.

Last year retailers did big bundles for the Wii U - I think it was Zavvi who were selling the Just Dance bundle with 3 other games for around £170. Back in May, Tesco were selling the premium bundle in store for about £80 during their clearance sale.

The one example of toys-to-life that makes sense and it's being criticised by people who haven't even played it. Of course if you don't like board games you wouldn't be interested in it, but if you do it's a good game.

@Tubalcain I tried again and again but it kept happening. By the looks of it, I'm not the only one who has/had issues with the game. Bearing in mind that it's the only Bethesda game I've had problems with - both Skyrim and Brink have worked without any issues.

@Tubalcain Yes; I had to return my PS4 copy. When my character can't even leave the vault, how is that not a game-breaking bug?

If Fallout 4 wins anything, this show becomes a joke. It doesn't matter how beautiful a game is when it's a bug filled mess and near unplayable.

It's his own fault; when you're given a warning for doing something but go ahead and do it again anyway, no one else is to blame but you.

Did we? All they announced was Packs 1 and 2. I know I personally hoped for more (still do - Pikmin cup!), but I wasn't actually expecting more.

They revealed the exact same thing Iwata announced earlier in the year. Investors are idiots.

If I could get a Doctor Who version of the Starter Kit, then I'd get the game at launch. As it is, I'll probably wait until the prices go down (for Dimensions 2, I'm assuming) and pick up both of those.

@Aromaiden Maybe it's a benefit of living in the UK, which is full of terrible tabloids that constantly report 'news', but I never treat rumours as fact. I dump a bucket of salt on them and wait for the facts to dissolve it or not.

@Wouwter The new Microsoft under Ballmer and Nadella has been very open to cross-platform applications and services compared to Apple and Google.

I still don't understand what's interesting about Minecraft, but it would be nice to see it come to the Wii U or NX for those who are interested, especially given how strong the sales for the game are after all this time.

I don't get the complaints about not having a full AC game. We just had one less than 2 years ago; the last time an AC game was rushed out we ended up with City Folk. I'd rather we didn't have a Wii U title and had a great NX game than a terrible one for the Wii U.

Amaze! Extreme amaze!

Nintendo Enthusiast reported on this during E3. Apparently the game's being promoted by Gamestop so I don't think it's completely missing the North American market, but NoA definitely doesn't appear to be its publisher.
