Utterly well deserved! I was worried this would either be rubbish or it would be good but it tanked at the box office . Thankfully neither of those are true !

Nintendo utterly nailed it this time ! It’s clear people are fascinated about seeing Mario on the big screen and will be introducing new fans the world over ! I’m sure a sequel will already be on the cards and is probably already in production! They took their time but they have finally done Mario justice on the big screen.

Yeah the cassette has never stopped being a thing , in fact it’s seen an increase in sales every year for the last few years as
Many top selling bands/artists now release on the format. I am definitely getting this on cassette

Wonder if they will do more physical copies , still unsure why they took such a limited approach to the physical . Glad that playAsia was selling them as managed to grab it when I saw it on there

I absolutely adored it , really surprised at the negativity here each to their own but for me having grown up with Mario , I thought it absolutely nailed the feel of the game and was actually really surprised at how much it felt like the game in places . It was done with care and they crammed a lot of cool references in there ! Cannot wait for the inevitable sequel !

Got mine awhile back on physical ! Briefly played and liked it so far! But will give it my full attention once I’ve finished octopath 2

@Hyrule you had the exact same experience as me , so sad to hear you didn’t get one I still have not had any actual response from their customer service , they are really quite horrible and literally do not care !

@Slowie yep same issue , good luck 🤞 just keep trying , Maybe try the Apple Pay option if you can that’s what worked for me

@Cashews no I don’t think I have anything blocked I tried purchasing on 3 different platforms and unable to so so unsure what happened . Have seen tweets of other people who also experienced this. They seemed to suggest it had something to do with an address changing which made no sense as nothing has changed . I’m still pretty shocked at how appalling the customer service was , they literally don’t care

Ordered this when I got the email but had the same issue as last time when I missed out. I kept getting an age verification box pop up and literally no way to check out. Chat support are absolutely useless and of no help and one of them disconnected me during the chat . Thankfully I managed to get my order through by using Apple pay . I had no help from Nintendos terrible customer care team . Horrible experience trying to buy a game

I booted up the eshop last week for nostalgia but didn’t actually buy anything, I loved the 3DS but moved on the switch came out and have never looked back . I have loads of games on my 3DS so if the nostalgia itch ever comes back I will have plenty to play . RIP 3DS

So im not sponsored by limited run before anyone heckles me but in my personal experience with them I haven’t had any issues . The customer service in my experience was actually really good , very polite and quite speedy . They open pre orders now for a month so there is no squabbling over it being sold out . They also sell blind boxes as well so you could even get a bargain . Postage to the UK is reasonable, sadly there is no easy way of paying less on postage anymore that’s just the way it is.

Personally not had any major issues with limited run games , just recently ordered some blind switch boxes and have put an order in for tempest 4000. I recently had an issue with an order and found their customer service really good , they allowed me to cancel part of my order despite the all sales are final . I think they do release a lot of unnecessary stuff in their box sets but you can easily bypass that by just buying a regular version . Without these guys we would see a lot less physical releases as they are releasing stuff which probably would never see a general release otherwise

Mixed reviews for this but I’m preordering, it’s only £25 for the physical which is only £9 more than digital and I’m starting to get into buying more physical games

Having now played it for awhile I’m actually really bored 🥱 of it , the story just hasn’t really grabbed me at all and I haven’t gelled with the characters. The battles also feel so long , think this one is gonna stay on the back burner for now

I’m annoyed at the physical version being sold out so quickly , I really don’t know why there is this new trend where there is literally no warning as to when a physical release comes out , it then sells out within a second and people who genuinely are ready to part with cash lose out . If they are worried about sales why not try a pre-order system ?

I mean I would pay the £65 but I’m not down for paying £215 . I’m sure more copies will go up for sale , perhaps they were testing demand by saying it’s sold out

This arrived in the post today ! And tactics ogre yesterday!! I’m gonna be busy for awhile . Surprised the review didn’t actually mention much about the games….

Whilst too early to give my score , having never played the original I am already loving it. The art style I think is absolutely fine , it looks cute and unlike an original Super Nintendo game the graphics look very cleaned up and very sharp . I think everything looks great and love the voice acting .

I would love to see Sega do a proper sized game gear with built in games , I adore the game gear and was mortified when they released the absolutely pointless range of game gear micros . So the fact they have even mentioned a non micro sized game gear as a possibility makes me happy , I feel like it’s unlikely though. Would also love to see them go down the 8-bit route and do a master system mini

I have heard that stock hasn’t sold out but they have not confirmed when you’ll be able to order from the site , this is such a shambles and why can no one actually tell people what’s happening ???!!
