@Hee-ho-master Basically the opening ceremony had a scene where LGBT performers have a party as if they were the Greek pagan gods as a nod to the original ancient Olympics however people are upset because they didn't realise they are Greeks gods and thought they were mocking Christians as well as they are angry that gay people shouldn't be apart of the ceremony.

The sad thing is this may encourage Nintendo to not do competitions and championships anymore. Why risk giving prizes out to racists when you could prizes to no one?

@GammaPhonic I go to Download and lots of gigs plus I play Pokemon and Splatoon. People are more interesting than stereotypes.

Stuff like this is good in theory but asking people who have been drinking for 4 days to play a demo of a game that isn't more arcadey or pick up and play wont go down well. If it's raining I can see the booth being full just for the sake of shelter.

In any case go see Calva Louise, they are playing early on the 4th stage but are one of the best live acts going.

@KateGray I saw Queens at their London show 6ish months ago. They are in career best form at the moment. Sometimes they can be hit or miss live but with Josh going sober and recovering from cancer he’s really rediscovered his love of playing live again which you can tell. Hope you enjoy the gig!
