I can still order it on bestbuy. What did nintendo THINK would happen? They flooded the market with this thing, and it wasn't even very impressive. No galaxy 2, and they didn't improve anything either. Did they think retailers would just stop selling it? They clearly didn't buy back the copies or anything. They just removed it from the e-shop. That is literally all they did. I have games of which there were only a few thousand copies made. This game has millions out there.
Why not bump the release date to April 15???(US tax deadline date)
This is a missed opportunity. Still, what a funny little game. I too would like to be a turnip avoiding the criminal government and its evil taxes. To become the hero, Turnip will become the villain.
The only reason they Chose Ryan Reynolds is because of his name, nothing else. It had nothing to do with how well his voice fits. In fact any open casting call for voice talent would have resulted in a better fit than him. I'm sorry, I don't hate him, but he is a commodity now, not to be seen for talent, but as a brand to draw people in. Danny Devito's voice was funny because it is the polar opposite of cute fuzzy pikachu, and Reynold's doesn't channel any of that attitude from what we've seen, its just him speaking like himself, which just sits in a lukewarm area that sounds off. It also snubs the VO for detective pikachu in the game too.
UniQlo always has designs that are just short of being interesting to me. Not bad, but never quite inspiring enough, or the good ones are for something I don't care much about(In this case that nice Yoshi shirt). Oh well.
not gamecube controllers, and not even real pro controllers...also why would you need to kickstarter this? Why not just set up shop and sell them? Starting cost can't be all that much, clearly they have the money already to paint them, they already have the designs, and already have some ready. Just seems like a scam to "fail" the project and abscond with some dough.
@AlohaPizzaJack I think it is a bit disingenuous to compare a crappy 90's toy to the kind of stuff we can make now. Manufacturing has improved immeasurably since then.
Two NES games a month is kind of pathetic. I mean, I'll get the online service for pokemon once it comes out, but between poor netcode for smash and these paltry NES offerings(what few there are) I'm content playing single player games and local smash games with friends. Sorry Nintendo, try harder. 2 NES games, 2 SNES games, and 1 N64/gamecube game a month might turn some heads however. But bringing a handful of 8 bit era games to the switch is not impressive.
Europe still getting the best version overall. The pins are way cooler than anything else. A usb stick with the songs is a bit strange, but honestly if you want the songs, you'll rip them from the CD to play on a phone or computer anyhow, just odd considering thats so much more costly than a CD. But still, the nicest looking edition of them all really. Though the shape of the europe boxes is less attractive than the Japanese ones.
The steelbook for the Japan one isn't really all that nice compared the the one Europe and North America are getting. This one actually seems to be the weakest of them all.
He just wanted to show off his CIB collection of games.
No, but that is nice. I appreciate the people who are humble and take the time every now and then to recognize that we are both thankful to each other. Fans for the ability to enjoy something wonderful, and the creators to be blessed with the ability to keep making something and support themselves and express their talents.
Tetris singlehandedly destroyed the USSR and brought peace to the land. It is the best game ever created and shall forever remain there. But I don't like the idea of competitive tetris, so I'll not play Tetris 99. But I do pop in the old gameboy version every now and again.
funko pop figures are demons sent from hell to harass us all. Send them back to the dark dimension. Keep that Coraline crap out of my life. This is evil and satanic. Spare us this monstrosity. One day when these little things come to life and kill you all, don't say I didn't warn you.
It would need to be the exact same specs, be much cheaper and have better battery life to be worth it. Otherwise I doubt it would sell. Bizarre they weren't working on a higher spec system in the same form factor.

This movie is going to be one for the books.
Re: Nintendo's Tom Nook Tax Day Tweet Has Sent Animal Crossing Fans Into Overdrive
It has nothing to do with animal crossing. At most its just going to be some mediocre e-shop sales.

Re: Soapbox: It's Time To Admit That F-Zero X Is The Best F-Zero
