So I was scared for a 70h open world Metroid. I'm relieved. Not that I wasn't going to pass it anyway but still, happy that it seems to be in the Prime Trilogy range of time to pass.
Awaiting for it to drop in the mail anytime 😀

I guess the whole world harassed SquareEnix for a Chrono Trigger game because they've withdrawn an updated/remake game from all of us all those years. ☹️

Yes Capcom, I love you. Do what you did in 2018 and reactivate Mega Man for a game and let him sleep for another 7-8 after that.

Seriously, I wish for a new Breath of Fire game or at least a bundle of the whole franchise.

A Mega Man X game would be the ultimate thing though.

I thought I needed this all my life, a new NG 2D game, but now I'm not sure.
It looks kinda generic honestly.
Silly idea, I'd prefer an updated NG Trilogy pack than this or even better, the original trilogy as a collection the way of Castlevania or Megaman collections over this.

Ever heard the expression of give someone an inch and he'll take a foot (or a centimeter and takes a meter 😉).
Well, Nintendo understands that and it won't be long and after screwing up the shoulder pads (or whatever else), you get a Samus looking like the Doomguy or whoever else and you could easily trash your franchise after tweaking the Metroids to become a bad copy of a Cacodemon.
That's how franchises become trash

Really hoping this will push to get Square-Enix to remake 4-6 and further ones. The base is done, they basically have to change the maps and it's done. Come on Square Enix, just a little more, you're getting there 😎

Why not do like Capcom, Square Enix, Konami and others and just shove them on Spotify/streaming services. I've got many Nintendo tracks downloaded on my phone added to setlists from all consoles which gives me more alternatives. Nintendo please, you're restricting yourselves

It'll always be a toss-up berween MM2 and MMX1 as the best game in this franchise. But what a fun franchise honestly.

Haven't played the Advance 4 version but in any case, the OG wins out. I've probably played more the All Stars version but I prefer the soundtrack of the NES version. The SNES (and I guess the Advance version) sounds weird in my ears at some points which reduces game fun.
Don't get me wrong though, SMB3 is one of the best games EVER in any version period.

Honestly, I wish they'd go back to the Deception-Armageddon konquest story mode. It wasn't super great but it was playing in the MK universe instead of being a movie cut by fights. With today's technology, they could make it better than what they did before and be more immersive... but I do think I'm probably alone on my island in Outworld to have liked that.

Can someone tell Square Enix that they'd have sold way more if they would care about this franchise as much as Final Fantasy. Where's DQ3 remake? Where's Dragon Quest 1-9 collection? Where's Dragon Quest ports from the 3ds to other systems?

Obviously at the same meeting, others said a Chrono Trigger remaster/remake, a Dragon Quest "Pixel remaster" style collection, a Secret of Mana remaster port to Switch with a few adjustments...

Haven't played a Smurf game since somewhere around 1992 when I bought the Coleco game version (used). This game might be the next one 😎

They'd have my bank account if they'd release the ds ports of all the Dragon Quest on one compilation. The Dragon Quest 3 remake is taking forever to release, that too I'm waiting for.
I'd take a Chrono Trigger remake and a touched up Secret Of Mana remake of a few years back anytime on Switch.

I'd wish they'd concentrate on a new X game. As for the votes, I voted nothing. I'd basically want an improved 11 which had great graphics, music and overall Megaman feel but was too short.
A transition 'à la' Megaman 1 to Megaman 2 is what I'd want. A little longer. Bring back Protoman and that's about it. Not complicated Capcom. Get back the 10 guys that did 11 and give us 12 😎

I was gonna buy RCG2 for PS5 since it runs badly on switch according to the review on this site but the Canadian Price of 54$.... nope

How about a Ninja Gaiden Nes trilogy remastered. These games need love imo.
NGII is in my top 5 nes favorites and the first not far behind.

I honestly don't understand why Chrono Trigger was not in the first 3 games ever made. Hell, it deserved a remake/repaint/2D-HD remake before Secret of Mana did.
Being on so many games at once, I've been putting off a replay of CT since a few ywars because for me it's just so evident that there needs to be a remake of this.

Now if they could squeeze another release in this time of a Dragon Quest Collection 4-9 ported from the DS/3DS, my life would be complete

Neo would go better with Street Fighter imo and Wick, seeing how "gun" characters came out (Robocop, Terminator and Rambo), I really hope not to see this... except if you leave Wick with a pencil only 😉

A little dissapointed that it looks like A LOT more of the same. I'm sure there'll be new stuff obviously but it just looks the same for now. Really looking forward to hearing the soundtrack as the first was so awesome. Maybe not a day one buy but I'm not gonna wait months after its release
