I ended up buying Final Fantasy IX an X/X2 Remastered with the Days of Play sale. Since Thursday is payday I want to either get Kingdom Hearts or more Final Fantasy.
There’s a reason the only current EA stuff I buy is The Sims (19 years of addiction isn’t going away). Otherwise, I’ll stick with their stuff from the GC era.
I don’t think he’s a Ditto, but that little kid face does NOT look right on that body. However, at least his parents had the sense not to name him Hop (poor rival).
It's time Nintendo realizes Fire Emblem has an audience in the West and re-releases the games with official translations. I'd like HD remasters of Radiant Dawn and Path of Radiance (they're so expensive!) on the Switch.
I decided to wait for reviews before buying this and I’m glad I did. Until Nintendo does a real Nintendogs on the Switch I still have the DS and 3DS games.
Depends on whether or not I can stay awake after work.
If I can then I’ll play The Sims 4, make more progress on The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age, play a bit of Mario Kart 7, and play some Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
@Moroboshi876 They might’ve just gotten the Wii recently. I didn’t get mine till 2011 (Mario Kart Wii bundle, so black and backwards compatible); my best friend didn’t have one till I decided to give her mine last summer as a birthday gift after getting the Wii U. Or maybe the disc got scratched or a little kid broke/lost it. There’s a reason I don’t let my nephew handle my discs or my Switch.
As for me, I still pick up Wii games if they look interesting and I still love Mario Kart Wii.
@FullbringIchigo Yeah, I think it’s smoother, but it’s been about 10 years since I played the Xbox version and I just got the GC version recently. My first Xbox died about 10 years ago, so I brought all my games to my sister’s house to see if they worked on the 360; I think this was the only one that did. Now I have a replacement Xbox, but I only have the two games I insisted on getting (I plan to get my old games back).
@FullbringIchigo I have the GameCube version (my copy of the Xbox version is at my sister’s house). I recently restarted and just reached the Moria campsite.
I’ll get Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and a couple 3DS games.
I didn’t get a Wii U till after it was discontinued and didn’t get the 3DS till 2016, so the rewards still have value to me plus I’v gotten some cool desktop backgrounds from them.
@AlohaPizzaJack My sister and I were little rebels and only pretended to drink the wine because we didn’t like it.
I played Feather, Tetris 99 (failed miserably), and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker before bed last night. I’m trying to be good and play Animal Crossing: New Leaf every day. I might play The Sims 4 and who knows what else.
@Grumblevolcano That’s what I figure too, but you have to admit it’s funny to have FFVII and not those two on a Nintendo console.
It’s pretty ironic that Square and Final Fantasy came back when Nintendo went back to using cartridges when the cartridge format is why they went to PlayStation in the first place. Then, all of a sudden, we get a barrage of Square Enix (except Kingdom Hearts 😕) and Final Fantasy.
Shoot, I bought physical for about $25 a few months ago because I couldn’t get it on the eShop. I really wanted it because Nintendogs was my first DS game and a friend lost it.
I hope we’ll get a Switch version with more breeds.
My 2 best friends gave me an original 3DS for my birthday in 2016, so I took it with me on a vacation immediately after getting it (didn’t get to play much since I had bridesmaid/babysitting duties and only had 1 game).
I now have a fairly respectable library and keep it in my bag so I can play during breaks at work. I also took it to Disney World last month so I could play before bed.
The 360 was pretty faulty hardware, but I liked my brother-in-law’s and there’s a reason my Xbox One is mostly filled with 360 games. The Xbox controllers, aside from the Duke (I have one), are excellent and I love that I can use them on my computer.
I bought a fully functional fat PS3 (not PS2 compatible) for about $60 last spring and like it a lot. My PS3 library is mostly exclusives, PS2 HD collections, and PS1 games. I ended up getting an Afterglow controller for it, which I think is comfier than the DualShock 3. The menu is a bit messy, but I do like my “Book of Spells” theme.
@Wavey84 I mostly have the Xbox One for Rare Replay, a few other games, Xbox 360 games, and original Xbox games. I also have an original Xbox for games that haven’t been re-released.
Both my original Xbox and original Xbox One died and needed to be replaced. My brother-in-law went through several 360s 😑

Re: A Full Sequel To The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Is Now In Development
Three Directs (2 regular and 1 Nindie) in a row ending with announcements for Zelda games. It’s a great time to be a Zelda fan!
I just need every Zelda game on my Switch 😊
Re: Just Dance 2020 Arrives On Switch And Nintendo Wii This November
Gotta hand it to the Wii for STILL getting new games released.

Re: Get A 20% Discount When The Puzzle Game Forest Home Arrives On The eShop Later This Month
I’m not installing what should be a mobile game on my Switch. Not even for cute woodland animals (I’m a sucker for foxes).
Re: Super Famicom Exclusive Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 English Fan Translation Released
It's time Nintendo realizes Fire Emblem has an audience in the West and re-releases the games with official translations. I'd like HD remasters of Radiant Dawn and Path of Radiance (they're so expensive!) on the Switch.
As for this project, I'm impressed.
Re: All Those amiibo On Your Shelf? You Can't Use Them In Super Mario Maker 2
That sucks. I wanted to play as Link. 🙁
Re: Introducing Pokémon Home, A New Cloud Service Compatible With Switch And Mobile Devices
Thank goodness. I love my shiny Charizard.
Re: Review: Little Friends: Dogs & Cats - Not Quite The 'Nintendogs On Switch' You're Looking For
@gloom Nintendogs Mobile is a brilliant idea.
I decided to wait for reviews before buying this and I’m glad I did. Until Nintendo does a real Nintendogs on the Switch I still have the DS and 3DS games.
Re: It Looks Like Zelda Crossover Cadence of Hyrule Will Surprise Us By Launching This Week
Yay, the 30th is payday and I’m getting a bonus. Day one for me since I love Zelda! 😊
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 25th)

Re: Japanese Charts: Nintendo Switch Games Take Up Eight Of The Top Ten Spots
@Seacliff I know, but it’s pretty sad to be so far behind. They’re not exactly doing all that well worldwide either at the moment.
Re: Once Again, EA Angers Switch Fans By Falsely Advertising FIFA 19 Content
The only modern EA games I buy are the Sims on PC. 19 years of addiction.
Re: Japanese Charts: Nintendo Switch Games Take Up Eight Of The Top Ten Spots
I kind of feel a little sorry for Xbox. The original was the first home console bought just for me (the NES was shared and the N64 was my sister’s).
That said, it’s good to see Nintendo getting most of the top spots. It’s a great time to be a Nintendo fan.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 18th)
Definitely Pokémon Go and Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming. I’d also like to play The Sims 4.
I hope to fight the Balrog and finally get out of Moria on The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age.
Re: Nintendogs-Like Pet Sim Little Friends: Dogs & Cats Is Now Available To Pre-Order On Switch
I’d rather have an official Nintendogs, but if it doesn’t happen I’ll go with this or just keep using my 3DS.
Re: Super Mario Maker 2 Nintendo Direct Airing Tomorrow, 15th May
Already pre-ordered it. It comes on after I get home from work. 😊
My collection of Wii U exclusives is quickly being replaced with the Switch, but I keep it around for everything else.

Re: Be The Very Best With This New Range Of Limited Edition Pokémon Phone Cases
@PrettyPatrick Embrace the weird. Flaunt the weird. If they’re not paying for it then it’s none of their business.
As for me, I’d have to see if I can find anything cuter. If I’m going to have an Eevee or Vulpix phone case it needs to be the cutest thing ever.
Re: Get Discounts On Zelda, Metroid And More With My Nintendo Rewards (North America)

Team Sonic Racing and Castlevania Anniversary Collection. I might get Assassin’s Creed III
Re: Which Games Are Most Commonly Played By Consumers On Their First Day Owning A Switch?
I bought it for the BotW. Then I got Mario Kart before the month was over. Later that year I picked up Splatoon 2, Super Mario Odyssey, and Skyrim.

Nintendo Switch: “Here’s some psychological horror with a woman who looks like Clarice Starling. Is that what you want?”
Re: Reminder: Switch Enters The World Of VR Today With Nintendo Labo
Today was my first time using VR. But it wasn’t a game; it was training at work. Why’d they have to do it on release day?
Work stole my VR-ginity when I was saving myself for Link. 😪
Re: Star Wars Pinball Is Coming To Switch With Exclusive Features And A Physical Edition
I'll think about it since I'm a sucker for Star Wars (I still have Star Wars Ewoks: The Haunted Village on VHS).
Re: Video: Here's Your First Look At Armoured Mewtwo In The Upcoming Pokémon Movie
The new art style isn’t really working for me and I miss 2D. This is just redundant when we already have the original.
I literally just watched the original for the umpteenth time. Didn’t stop me from ugly crying despite being almost 27.

The weird moment when FFVII is on Switch but OoT and MM aren't. They didn't even do anything for OoT's 20th anniversary.
