Well... Here we are at the end of yet another week. This week brought us all sorts of April Fools nonsense, including an excellent (but fake) Nintendo Direct presentation, and even some potential - and tasty sounding - leaks from Best Buy, but now it's time to sit back and talk about our weekend plans. Members of the team have done just that below, and we'd love for you to join in via our comments and poll sections below. Enjoy!

News that Civilization VI now supports cross-saves between Switch and PC reminded me that I’ve been meaning to go back to that game for months now, so I would love to find a couple of hours over the weekend to sit down with a Civ I haven’t tried yet.
I have visitors this weekend, though, so I expect we’ll be cracking out Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and perhaps some Overcooked 2. Alternatively, I might try Catastronauts out on the unsuspecting crowd – it’s essentially an Overcooked ‘clone’ that channels the same frantic action and management while mixing in a healthy dose of Star Trek. It’s good, solid fun that gets a thumbs up from me.

This weekend I'm doing something usually unheard of for me, actually leaving my house and seeing some other human beings for 'fun'. As such, my current playthrough of Yoshi's Crafted World will be temporarily put on hold, and I'll likely end up playing several rounds of what is arguably the Switch's best game for gatherings: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Having said that, the friends I'm seeing also love to have the odd round of Party Golf, a quirky little game full of all sorts of crazy shenanigans. With a bit of luck, we'll be laughing our way through that, too.

This weekend I'll be really mixing it up with some comedic case solving with the classic collection that is the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. When I'm not shouting "Objection!", I'll be attempting to survive and thrive aboard a starship in the deep space of Out There: The Alliance. I loved FTL and this looks like it'll scratch that intergalactic management sim itch. Finally, I'll be getting my point-and-click on with the Kickstarted world of The Mystery of Woolley Mountain. Look out for all three, in review form, next week on the site.

April is a big month for the Switch and this first week certainly delivered. My weekend will be mostly made up of eShop masterpieces such as Feather, Hob: The Definitive Edition, Overwhelm, Pressure Overdrive, AngerForce: Reloaded and the part brilliant, part hardcore run’n’gun insanity of Mechstermination Force! For cartridge based entertainment I will go with the ridiculously addictive Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission (got SSJ4 Broly on my first Gacha attempt, everyone lost their minds!) and the Air Conflicts Collection double dose for generous amounts of aerial combat.
My game of the week is the truly special The friends of Ringo Ishikawa, a delightful 16-bit throwback to my rebellious Japanese delinquent youth days. Don’t worry, I cleaned up my act and nowadays I write for Nintendo Life.

This weekend I intend to spend the majority of my time trying to escape from prison in Furi. I’m ashamed to say, but this is a game I somehow overlooked when it was originally released on the Switch eShop at the beginning of last year. I was immediately sold when I saw the update trailer for the game the other day. It’s easy to see why the developer says it’s been inspired by the likes of No More Heroes, Metal Gear Solid and God Hand based on the game’s funky combat, aesthetics, and soundtrack.
If I get the chance, I would also like to train up in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission. I’ve oddly been craving a Dragon Ball card game on the Switch for some time now, so this is a great chance to finally get my fix.

Shantae Pirate's Curse and Yoshi.
Finally bought Smash Bros and absolutely loving it. Spirit board, local MP & some online for me this weekend. Also need to make some progress in Hollow Knight too.
SMT Devil Survivor Overclocked is quite challenging but really addictive. I’ve got a long bus ride tonight to go to a concert so I’ll be taking my 3DS with me.
Persona 5 if I get some telly time time weekend, but might not happen.
Everyone seems excited for April Switch releases, but it’s getting a little rest for me at the moment.
Binding Of Isaac. Am still hitting my head against The Keeper. The character is infuriatingly hard to get anywhere with, but the potential synergies are delicious, so I am still hopelessly in love with the game. 855 hours in. Have a great weekend, all!
I'm devoting time to Smash Bros. Loving the depth of content. The fight stats and replay are brilliant in analysing weaknesses. Also loving the audio section. This and MK8 are my favourite flagship games. Other than that, Civ6 and trying to see my Spartan civilization through to the end.
Started listening to Crypt of the Necrodancer's soundtrack. Looks like I might pick this up for the weekend. It's either this or Final Fantasy IX or XII: The Zodiac Age; I've been in the mood to play an FF game lately.
EDIT: Picked up both Crypt of the Necrodancer on Switch and FFXII on PS4. Maybe after FFXII, I'll try revisiting Revenant Wings, just to see if it makes anymore sense than when I played it roughly a decade ago.
I can't stop playing Gems of war. I'm hopelessly addicted to it.
This weekend I'll be trying to love Super Smash Bros Ultimate some more, playing more Yoshi's Crafted World and continuing with Final Fantasy VII.
Iconoclasts was on sale this week so I picked that up and am really enjoying it so this'll get a few hours this weekend too.
I don't think I'll be doing much except playing games this weekend.
A bit of a different Saturday for me as I am at egx rezzed in London and will try a bunch of games. Just had a run in kunai on switch (that I never heard but is a really cool metroidvania with double grappling hook mechanic) and next will be katana zero, steamworld quest and cuphead. And all sort of different stuff! Happy gaming weekend everyone
I REALLY wanna get stuck in to something else this weekend... so far I’ve just played Tetris 99 though lol my daughter has practice tests to do and my son is making his First Holy Communion on Sunday, so there’ll be very little gaming done to be honest. Have a good weekend everyone.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission is addictively fun to play. Probably no other game will show this weekend.
Though, still a little bummed out my retailer didn't provide the DLC code for the 11 extra cards, while friends of mine did (from other retailer).
Picked up my first 3DS yesterday, as I grew tired of waiting for the Switch's virtual console to beef up. So I'm very happily playing Super Metroid (at last!), but will probably also jump back on Switch for some Dark Souls Remastered and Undertale, as I've kind of let them slip for a few weeks.
@MJInnocent I REALLY wanna get stuck in to something else this weekend... That's just what MJ used to say......Your profile pic, is REALLY offensive.
More Valkria Chronicles New game + and Child of light. Will also be starting Starlink.
Hob is lovely. Enjoying it. Bit more Rocket League, some Towerfall (how good is this?), Isaac and whatever else takes my fancy.
Too much choice really.
Definitely going to try and get back into Undertale. Kinda let it slip off the play list the last few weeks. Gonna also try and blast through Kamiko since it's been on my system since I bought a Switch and from what I've heard its a pretty short game.
I recently beat Mega Man 10 as all three characters, which unfortunately means I'm finally done with all the mainline MM games. After beating MM9, I assumed that my great satisfaction with the title simply boiled down to it being an NES-styled MM game created with a modern touch of creativity. So I was rather surprised to find that I didn't enjoy 10 as much even though it has a truckload of content and more fair level design.
Gonna make some more progress with Yoshi’s Crafted World and start Darksiders!
I just finished the sidestory of The Last of Us which was excellent, so I've just ordered the main game. Until then I'll be playing some more Yakuza Zero and Axiom Verge.
This week I will be mostly playing
Yoshi’s Crafted World
Though I’m also dabbling with
Hydroventure Spin Cycle
A little bit of Brain Training: Arts
Breath of the Wild Korok Hunting
Splatoon 2 ( Yes that’s all I need to say NL )
For me it’ll be a great weekend of indie games: Hob, QUBE2 and Mechstermination Force.
Plus deliberately making my way slowly through BotW’s Champion’s Ballad. Re-fought all the bosses and now about to start the dungeon beneath the Shrine of Resurrection, or as I like to call it, The Divine Basement.
Happy gaming to all!
Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It took me a while to get into it but now it’s all I want to play.
Mostly Yoshi and Master Chief Collection, need to headshot 250 grunts in campaign to unlock the other nameplate associated with MCC's April Fools event (The Yappening).
I bought Enter the Gungeon on sale and I’m enjoying it so far. It’s my first twin stick shooter (I think that’s what it is; correct me if I’m wrong, please!), so I’m hoping that this opens up a whole new genre to me!
I’m gonna play more Smash Bros, and maybe try and clear through my backlog a tiny bit.
Everyone have a safe, blessed, and fun weekend! 😃
I'll be spending time hanging out with the Friends of Ringo Ishikawa. It's the surprisingly chill River City Ransom I never knew I wanted! I only played a few in-game days so far, but it's really great for winding down your own day. Casually beat up some punks for money, study to get your grades up, have some smokes while doing the delinquent squat (hold A+down) at the pier, all at your own pace. Very relaxing.
@Shiryu At the school, on one of the bulletin boards it mentions Karate and Judo lessons. Have you come across that? (at the end of the second screen on the ground floor of the school) And where can I go to join? Or does it take place somewhere that opens up later?
@Krull I still play my 3DS. To me, it is perfect to take to work and play on my lunch break. There are many smaller games: shooter, puzzle, racer, that are perfect for about 15 minutes.
I am still playing Yoshi, and about to jump into Hob. And I am starting to get into some harder sections of Trials Rising.
This weekend i play :

1. Pokemon Alpha Sapphire
OMG...!!
I got Rayquaza and Deoxys this morning !
And...
2. Pokemon Omega Ruby

Continue the storyline after got first badge from Roxanne.
I've stalled on Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate . I think it's because I feel like a monumental tool running round and killing these magnificent beasts. This could be because I've been watching the new David Attenborough doc. Before this I still suspected that the subtext of MH was the continued hunting of whales around Japan for "scientific" purposes.
Instead I delved into Night in the Woods which was a bit of a slog at first before the story and atmosphere roped me in. One moment I was losing patience with a bunch of mammalian hipsters and the next I was sorry to say goodbye to them at the story's culmination.
This week I've got Axiom Verge and Starlink in my crosshairs. Those should keep me busy until I can get my paws on my pre-purchased copy of Cuphead.
Same as I have been doing for the past month, TJ and E: Back in the Groove
Yoshi, Smash and maybe Hob
FF Maxima, Darksiders and maybe also Valkyra Chronicles
Getting stuck into racing game Grip and Starlink with the free content availiable this weekend. I need to start my sealed copy of Yoshi's Crafted World after that....
Im hooked on Inside. What an incredible game.
warframe,fortnite,yoshi,XC2Torna and a bit of smash
Yoshis crafted world with my son and pikmin 3
Final Fantasy IX via my PS Vita (first time playing; I really like these characters!) and Poochy and Yoshi's Wooly World on my 3DS (the unlockable movies are simply the cutest things I've ever seen).
FE echoes DLC boot camp!
I started up a new Civ VI game, so I'll be 4Xing as much as I can this weekend.
Mechstermination Coop! Buy it! It's great!
Splatoon 2 & finally been giving Warframe a try.
Pretty much just Gems of War and Monster Slayers this weekend. Maybe some runs in Rico. On PC, probably some Blackout, and Monster Hunter. Mainly Borderlands Enhanced tho.
Kingdom two crowns, firewatch, mechstermination force, Tetris 99, advance wars DS, and Darksiders.
I'm still chipping away at Dark Souls. In lower blightown. I hate the mosquitoes!!!
@imogenpeach played it last April all I want to do is pay it again
Waiting another few ,months at least
I have one last gem to get in Yoshi’s Crafted World. I’m taking my time and getting 100% of everything as I go, so I’m really getting the most out of it. Other than that, I’m plugging away at FFVII still, plus I landed a GBA cartridge of Mother 3 with an English translation, so I’m playing that on my old GameBoy Micro, putting it in sleep mode between sessions, for fear that the save state won’t hold on the questionable media.
Mostly Atelier Meruru at the moment.
Currently planning to play Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed on Wii U and Doom on Switch. Birthday tomorrow, so most likely will be playing whatever Switch game I get as a gift.
Just finished let’s go which is awesome and now I’m playing blossom tales 😁
I’ve had my eye on Yet Another Zombie Defense HD, and last night I downloaded it. I’m loving it so far. I’ll be playing that, maybe some Minecraft, and failing at Tetris 99.
@masterLEON I have only found a gym where you can do weight lifting ...but I could not afford the lessons. :x
1. Assassin's Creed Odyssey
2. Making my game ( mostly playing/testing )
Dead Cells, Yoshi and Darksiders.
As far as the Switch goes, mainly Yoshi's Crafted World, along with cleaning up what spirits I have left to get in Smash Ultimate.
For me: Blossom Tales, Fairune Collection, Final Fantasy 7, maybe even Final Fantasy World and Oceanhorn. (I will also be playing MLB The Show and Star Wars Battlefront 2, maybe Unravel or Unravel Two on my PS4.
@617Sqn I’m (not) sorry you’re ‘offended’ by the truth. I’m genuinely offended that you’re making jokes about allegations of child sex abuse, false or otherwise. Seriously sick.
Forget to say Harvest Moon Light of Hope on the Switch too.
Just finished Sekiro, and still playing mlb 19 the show
The article mentioned Civ VI, but when I went to vote for it, it was not an option.
After seeing the sick trailer for xenon racer I’ve been itching for a racing game. Then after the terrible reviews I decided not to get it. I’ve had a gaping racing hole that I needed to fill. Debated buying grip or other cheap racers in the eshop, then I popped back in Mario kart 8 and haven’t stopped playing the online since. What more can I ask for. A competitive racing game, large online community, drifting, smooth. I’ll definitely be playing this classic.
Samus Returns (almost finished).
Fitness Boxing (I missed two weeks).
@617Sqn If you don't like this user, just either ignore them or report them. I think his comment was innocent, he was stating what he wanted to do this weekend.
Windows Phone:
FIFA 15: Ultimate Team - Offline only now as EA has shuttered the servers.
Bubble Guriko - Still messing around with the Bubble Bobble wannabe.
Windows Store:
Zombies!!! - Still watching my Let's Play.
Mostly Final Fantasy XIV, I think. I was going to start Seiken Densetsu 3, but right after coming off of Secret of Mana I figure it'd be better to start up a different game to avoid burnout on similar gameplay. Hence, I'll be playing Phantasy Star for the first time.
Fallout 3 DLC for the most part.
Enter the Gungeon, Super Mario Bros 3, and Starlink on the side.
One of my kids and I and making our way through Zelda games right now. He is playing botw on his own, but when I’m around, we playing skyward sword. He loves it. Next will be OOT since we already played twilight. He wants to play majoras mask but I told him we should play oot first.
I’m also playing Hob and Tetris when we not playing Zelda.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
@Dromosus Are you watching Our Planet?
I've started a new rule this week which I've actually practiced and held to it. Only playing a rotation of 3 games at a time max. I've been playing too much at once and not finishing games because of it. With that said , my 3 games are spirit tracks on Wii u, Celeste and tons of darksiders. I'm seriously hooked on that game. On the 2nd dungeon already. It also doesnt bode well for my new rule that enter the gungeon was on sale so i bought it last night. Self control is really tough! No gungeon until you finish these other games, stick to the plan!
FFXIV. That will be my answer until SMM2 comes out in June...... I can barely hold the geeky joy in. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
I’ll be playing some Yoshi, Hyrule Warriors, and BotW. Maybe with some Labo dabbled in.
@MJInnocent Here’s a tip for your son; even if the cup is really low, don’t take it from the priest 😂 I was near the end of line for my First Communion and was trying to tip it slowly. I didn’t get anything, and the priest started to take it back. It became a quick tug of war with a ten year old over wine lol.
@Donutman doing something similar. What are your favourites?
Finally finished Ocarina of time - what a great game. Love Hyrule Castle.
Just started A link between worlds which I’ve also never played before.
Also bought The Mummy Demastered on sale and had a dabble with that but not played enough to decide if I like it or not.
Currently playing through Ghost 1.0, Enter the Gungeon, Towerfall, and Brawlout, all of which I invested under a sale.
Biding my time till My Time at Portia comes out with another run through of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and BOTW.
Capcom goodness!
MHGU, RER2, FF......
@AlohaPizzaJack funny story, thanks! They don’t give wine here, are you from the US? I remember going to Mass in America years ago and was surprised / delighted to be offered the cup!
@Aven Same! Gems of War is super addictive!
Replaying Links Awakening. Next up is Majoras or Ocarina.
I'm probably gonna be playing Civilization 6 quite a bit.
@MJInnocent Yep, in the US. Only the Catholic churches still use wine around here
Yoshi's Crafted World, probably also some Splatoon, maybe some Smash. If I finish Crafted World this weekend, probably also either Final Fantasy IX or VII (I still have to finish IX too).
More Bravely Second: End Layer on the 3DS is in my gaming forecast this weekend; I think I'm about halfway through the game at this point and would probably be close to the finish line if I wasn't so preoccupied with doing side quests. XD
I'll also be starting Darksiders: Warmastered Edition on my Wii U in a little while. I picked up the game last year but never have played it yet. The hype for the Switch release has made me dig it out in anticipation.
I'll also get out for a little while today and play some Pokemon Go. While I prefer the main series, there's just something mildly addicting about this game....
Have a good weekend all!
@thesilverbrick since you’re almost done with Yoshi how much time have you put into it and your thoughts? I have yet to start it but am curious as to what I’m getting into.
Gems of Wars.
This game is very addicting.
@Mamabear I’m going the completionist route, so I’ve put in somewhere around seven or eight hours. The game is loaded with charm and although some reviewers didn’t like revisiting stages over again for the scavenger hunts, I actually really like them. If you’re a fan of past Yoshi games, you’ll find a lot to love, but don’t expect a lot of challenge.
I'm gunna be playing blaster master zero 2. Its a super fun game to use an arcade stick on.
Also probably smash because I cant get enough of that game
And I just got towerfall, so I think I may play some of that.
Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2, Smash Ultimate, Yoshi's Woolly World, Lego Incredibles.
I’m still in Hallownest... Lol I’ve gotten all the grubs and have about 600 essence left. I’m currently at The White Defender which is proving difficult 😓. Then I’m getting some grimmkins(?) and finally the boss. I don’t think I’ll be completing The Trial of Fools - the last one was hard enough! 😅 Maybe I can finish this this weekend and then start Yoshi! ( I know I’m sounding like I’m going on repeat- I said this last weekend lol)
@thesilverbrick Thanks! I was wondering if it would be along the lines of Kirby- relatively short and easy so it sounds like that’s kind of what I’ll be getting into. Sounds perfect for after Hollow Knight which is turning into a behemoth.
PS4- Dead or Alive 6, Tekken 7, Fist of the North Star, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Switch- Mario Tennis Aces, Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu, SNK Heroines, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
@NESlover85 yes, just started. Wonderful stuff so far.
Mechstermination Force and lots more Nuclear Throne for me!
Playing Mechstermination Force and loving it a LOT!
Super dragon ball heroes and trails of the cold steel ps4(so much better than the vita version)
I’m flipping between yoshi’s crafted world and darksiders:warmastered edition
@AlohaPizzaJack My sister and I were little rebels and only pretended to drink the wine because we didn’t like it.
I played Feather, Tetris 99 (failed miserably), and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker before bed last night. I’m trying to be good and play Animal Crossing: New Leaf every day. I might play The Sims 4 and who knows what else.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission, along with Chocobo Mystery Dungeon whenever I get bored with either.
Might try Tetris 99 this weekend as I've been meaning to for a while. Also Mario and Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story and maybe some Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush on Wii U.
Warframe. That is most likely it.
@SterlingEyes that’s tough question as for any Zelda fan, I love them all for what they are. Twilight princess and skyward sword are prob my most replayed, but oot/link to past, between 2 worlds are also favs. Been playing Zelda for like 30 years so it’s a tough question. What are yours?
Probably some smash bros with family, as well as Captain Toad and Sekiro. If I play anything on my 3DS, it’ll be Prof Layton Azran Legacy
Nothing this weekend - working today, gardening and aquarium maintenance tomorrow. Hooray for Spring!
I’ve been itching to play Pokémon so I might cave and finally buy Alpha Sapphire or Omega Ruby. I wanted to get Soul Silver (which I stupidly sold) or Heart Gold but they’re going for ridiculous amounts these days. I’ll probably settle on downloading Crystal.
@Sunsy happy early bday!
@SterlingEyes not that you asked me...but....... a link between worlds is my favorite 2d possibly even favorite zelda. I think you'll love it
Season Pass Bonanza 😀
1.
Assassin Creed Odessey: catching up with season pass
NinoKuni 2: new season pass dlc
Shadow of the Tomb Raider: new season pass DLC
2. Civ6. PC+Switch.
been playing mostly arcade archives and aca neo geo games like Donkey Kong 3, Donkey Kong Jr., Punchout, KOF 2003, some Tetris 99, and over on xbox resident evil 2 remake
I forgot also baseball stars 2
Tales of Vesperia, Resident Evil 2 and Yoshi for this weekend.
SMT III (PS2)
Animal Crossing for Gamecube (NGC)
Borderlands GOTY (PC)
Doom (PC)
Persona 3 Portable (PSP)
Sekiro on pc,
New Super Mario bros 2 on 3ds,
Dead cells on switch.
Warframe as always.
But since I think I read that Furi has an update, which makes it easier, I am gonna boot that up again. I loved the game, even if I felt it was way too hard for my taste. Beat - I think - four bosses, and enjoyed the style and music, so will check if anything has changed with the difficulty.
@NintendoByNature excellent! I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.
The First Tree, and also The Gardens Between
Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu.
I'll be blitzing through the Ace Attorney Trilogy for review, and if I manage to find any spare gaming time aside from that I'll be sure to dip back into Yoshi's Crafted World. That game is just so delightfully charming.
@thesilverbrick that’s one if the things I loved most about Woolly World, just taking my time to really enjoy, explore and appreciate the world they created. No timer no pressure! How are you enjoying Crafted World so far? I’m hoping to get it next month.
Atari homebrew and classics this weekend- Scramble And Space Invaders 7800, Halo 2600, Kaboom, Yar’s Revenge to name but a few. Then Star Wars Arcade on the Jaguar. 👊
@kostasfil I’m so looking forward to playing Sekiro.
Darksiders for me. Great fun
Paladins (pretty much my go to boredom game) and trying to finish Blaster Master Zero (good ending) so I can start the sequel. Finding that I really like the Switch Inti Creates games.
@Donutman I've been playing games for about the same amount of time but have only got into Zelda since BOTW so I've got the whole series to experience now which is awesome.
I've probably played A link to the past about half way through but keep putting it down because I was emulating it on laptop and don't really enjoy playing games that way. It seems like a great game but think I'll start a new save on the 2ds. So I've only played BOTW and Ocarina all the way through. So far BOTW is my favourite.
I want to play Twilight Princess but can't stand how bad it looks on Wii through an HD TV so will probably end up having to buy a Wii U just to play that and Windwaker.
@617Sqn have you ever actually added a comment to this thread that is about, oh I dunno, what games you are playing this weekend? Or is it some kind of weekly ritual for you to come on here and give people grief?
@nofriendo playing Hob now, it's excellent
😀🔥
Trying to finish Valkyria Chronicles. One of the best games on the Switch! Touching story and great gameplay
Warframe primarily, as since the day it launched. But also hope to get some Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Dead Cells time in.
@Ryzaerian good choices. I really need to get some Dead Cells into my life.
@Medic_alert I've never played it before but got the orange box today for my 360 as I really wanted to try portal. How does it hold up?
@Bow4daBowza77 Right? Love how it’s both simple and cryptic at the same time. It’s been really well-designed. You just want to spend time in its world, something a lot of 3D platformers lack. Enjoy! I certainly am.
@SterlingEyes twilight on Wii U looks great. Plays better not using motion on wii. Skyward has great motion controls. Twilight I loved because it’s has so many dungeons and story based events. I could never get into windwaker, just seemed short and boring but I’m one of the few who prob didn’t like it. Zelda is by far my fav series. Every couple years I replay like 4-5 of them in a row, and always replay a couple before the next one comes out. I avoid any videos or gameplay and use so guides do that I’m not spoiled in any way.
Can’t say I’m not obsessed but it’s zelda.
@Donutman yeah I’m pretty obsessed at the moment. I just wish the whole series was on switch in HD. I’ve got 2ds and switch so limited access to some of the games. Need a CRT TV so I can get the wii looking half decent.
@Medic_alert great to hear!! Never played portal or sequel before. Playing some of these older titles in upscale 4k has to be one of the most appealing points of the X1X, wish my ps4 had backwards compatibility. I'll be playing on an og 360
@Dromosus It is really good. I love those types of documentaries.
@MJInnocent I think you just completely summed up what I’m loving most about Crafted World. The leisurely pace of the game, coupled with all the cleverly crafted and adorable background elements and the souvenir hunts really make you slow down and appreciate the sheer amount of detail in every piece of this game. This game is on the easier side, even moreso than Woolly World, but it totally makes up for it in sheer charm.
@SterlingEyes my 3ds is a portable Zelda machine. It only missing the couple big 3D ones but I think every other Zelda is on there. I think switch will have entire series someday. We playing skyward right now and it looks horrible blown up on a 60” but still, it’s zelda.
Probably alternating between Breath of the Wild and Mario + Rabbits Kingdom Battle. I am still discovering new koroks and areas I previously overlooked.
I`m trying to play Flipping Death, but it sucks It doesn`t have a save option. So much so I don`t know If I`ll actually play through it.
I`ll also play Diablo III and some Fallout 4.
I am playing SDBH on my Switch and the first time did my Gacha pull was Haru Haru and Goku Ultra Instinct and a bunch other ones too. I nicknamed Haru Haru Child Star, Astrojet from Buddyfight and made a few cards out of Kohu (V-mon) Gotenks (Vetenks) and Cooler (XVetenks). I'm a Cooler fan. But Frieza and his dad King Cold are crazy hard I barely stood up to them. Froze had an army Frieza and it such murder. But I beat him. This is my dream game.
@thesilverbrick great thanks for your reply, I’m really looking forward to it.
Hollow Knight, Yoshi and Sea of Thieves for me
Dead Cells! I was supposed to be going through Darksiders (again, because reasons), however I fired up Dead Cells as it’s been a while... then it was bed time. Darksiders will have to wait I guess.
@NintendoByNature Thanks for the birthday wish.
With that said the game I got is Shining Resonance Refrain. Looks like I'm going to play that as well this weekend.
I have gone for Yoshi's Crafted World, Youtube life OMG, Farm Together.
I'll continue with a little more Odallus, dabbled in The Raven, which is definitely my kind of game, but a little slow for my taste atm, so I'll back burner that for another day. I downloaded Donkey Kong 3 and so glad I have the original DK trilogy now. Lastly I'll get back into Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes and will likely play it with a partner so we can nerd out on it. Special mention to Tetris 99 which always gets played a smidge lol.
Finally getting around to playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey. 20 hours in and I'm addicted. One of the best games Ubisoft has made, IMO
I wish they'd have just made this a stand-alone historical epic RPG instead of attaching it to the Assassin's Creed brand though. It's not much of an AC game. It pulls even further away than Origins did. More like "Witcher Effect: Zero Dawn", which I am totally okay with.
Also have to give them credit for putting some real thought into the stories that are told in the side quests. Huge improvement.
I'm on holiday, and for some reason that makes me want to play lots of enter the gungeon and crypt of the necrodancer. I'm still rubbish at both of them but really enjoy them.
I also picked up castle of the heart for a ridiculously low price, but not got wifi here so will wait until i get home to download it.
Currently finishing Dragon Quest Builders. With the second one coming out I've resolved to complete the game, as well as I will be starting to review two games coming out soon in quick succession, Cuphead and Mortal Kombat both the Switch version.
Nelke, Warframe, Gems of War and Xenoblade. Some Smash Bros and Downwell inbetween, too.

Just to say, if you haven't played it before, play Majora's Mask. While it's perhaps the most divisive Zelda title, if it clicks with you it will ABSOLUTELY click with you like no other game. For me, it is the greatest game I have ever played. It is absolutely jam-packed with atmosphere and interesting, intricate characters. On top of that, every single one of them has their own 3-day cycle in which they come to deal with the impending apocalypse. The game is, simply put, a masterpiece in almost every way and every time I talk about it, I remind myself of why I'm so in love with it, with Zelda and with gaming
Mechstermination Force for me, picked up Endless Ocean for my kid's
