@NEStalgia I agree with you. AC:NH is a barren sandbox with nothing to do except customize things and it's a real shame since I've played and loved every mainline Animal Crossing game. AC:NH is the first time I can say the franchise fell backwards instead of moving forward.

@VoidofLight Nah this game isn't even focused on multiplayer. New Leaf was focused on multiplayer, with Streetpass and Tortimer's Island (and free online play) there are way more social activities.

Well I guess that's something to look forward too, not much going on in the gaming world right now.

Graphically, the sequel looks good but the concept seems generic.

This game has ruined so many senses of humor. Can't say certain words without people shrieking about Among Us in response to you and I can never tell if it's done ironically or not.

Zelda II: Adventure of Link is the only game in the Zelda franchise that I'd call an RPG. It's also weird to say character upgrades make the game an RPG. You can collect health and missile upgrades in Metroid as well as new abilities for Samus but because of those features I wouldn't say Metroid games are RPGs. Upgrades like that aren't like level ups in RPGs.

I never thought the controls for this game were bad. Fi's redundant low battery and low health reminders were far worse than the controls.

The Kong's banana hoard is beyond that door!

North America wins this one, the castle in the back looks nicer than the plain white background.

Possibly my favorite Zelda game. No other in the series is like it!

I think Rex as currently represented in the game is good enough.

I've wanted Nintendo LEGO sets for the longest time and I was disappointed with the Mario sets. If Nintendo and LEGO ever make official Zelda sets hopefully they are more like the ones we see here.

@FragRed Verification shouldn't be something people get when they "deserve" it. It should or is there to let you know that person/group/company is the official one. Everyone of some sort of notary or fame should have the check mark so no one is confused by fake accounts.

Wow I thought the differences would be far more drastic! Seems like it's just lighting and a slightly lower polygon count on the Switch.

I just hope they give GV the ability to aim, having to jump and shoot gets tiresome, especially when you're trying to go for a perfect run.

@MS7000 I think they would have stopped to mention that bit in the reveal so I don't think the costume comes with the music.

A good read! Reminds me of how I'd play games as a kid, mostly exploring the in-game world and making my own objectives rather than completing the main goals.

@KateGray The bunny is the mascot of Energizer batteries. Never occurred to me that Link had that resemblance and now I probably won't ever not think of it...

I still use mine regularly.

I'd think it'd be cool if they added a female character so there could be a two player story mode.

@pixelpatch To me it looks like a lot of the artwork and programing is already done, but I could see the funds running out especially with things like voice acting.

It looks like different people are cosplaying as Ryu and Chun Li. They don't look right.

Question is, will people without phones be able to get this?

The story and graphics were great in this game! I don't get why people complained so much about the motion controls, I liked them. The issue with this game is the lack of exploration, repeated battles with The Imprisoned and the sky portion is boring. More cities would have made it cooler.

@ModdedInkling But they have Super Mario All Stars on the SNES NSO program and they have all the games included in Super Mario All Stars on the NES NSO program as separate games. I don't think Nintendo cares if they have different versions of the same games on Switch.

I wonder if it'll be another Zelda remaster. Either NES Zelda would be awesome.

Neat trick! One thing I've always wanted on the 3DS virtual console was to play Gameboy games in color but you only had the option of playing in black & white or green.

@mariomaster96 I guess not, and this isn't a small thing like with the fan made render of Mario they used on the website, these are sculptures. I do wonder if they'll remove the cacti at some point.

That's weird they did this over costs. I have heard YouTube has a massive annual deficit but they keep that running. They might have turned a profit with these studios which they can't seem to do with YouTube.

The California Game Boy has a rumble feature and the Florida one is always sweaty.
