Where did this idea regarding the ARMS fighter being like Bowser Jr. and Hero come from? It's the worst possible idea for a character from this game.

We're so close to getting P5 on the Switch. With this game coming, we at least know that P5's engine is compatible with the Switch.

Is the Earth Liberation Front, who have committed multiple acts of arson and violence and also received funding from PETA "non-violent"? I never said all pro-animal rights pro-veganism groups are terrorists. What I did say was that PETA has supported multiple groups and people who use violence and arson to support their cause, which is terrorism.

Here’s a reminder that PETA’s animal shelters kill the majority of animals they take in and the company has a track record of financially backing domestic ecoterrorist groups.

I'm happy the end of grands prix does not also mean the end of new content. In a way, I'm happy I'm not going to have to constantly worry about my placing in the nitro standings, but the huge blast of themed content was fun to collect.

There’s no way Nintendo will let Astral Chain go to other platforms. Unlike TW101, Astral Chain sold very well and has the potential to bring more people to the Switch.

@RupeeClock I mean going straight to the credits scene is entering a state in the game where the win condition has been satisfied to some extent. Plus, timing in OOT any% speedruns end when Link makes the final interaction with Ganon, so at least skipping the final cutscene in the game isn't drastically affecting the run's timing.

@sleepinglion He's using the game itself to alter the game's code. If he was using an external device like a Gameshark or linking the console up to a computer running a TAS, I can see why someone would say he's cheating. However, he's performing ACE with his own hands using a Nintendo 64 controller and nothing else.

I'm so glad any% is a thing so I can see the endless salt coming from people who can't fathom speedrunners using glitches and exploits to beat the game rather than "beat the game the way the devs intended".

@WreckitRyan If you have Sword and Shield, you need to pay for the pass for both games separately, not together.

@Wolfgabe But if you're transferring from Home, you still need to pay for the service and potentially Bank, so technically it's not free.

FYI if you want to obtain the Pokemon returning in the expansion pass (assuming you're not going to trade for them), you need to pay for Pokemon Home and Pokemon Bank (if you're transferring from a Gen V, VI or VII game) or just Home (if you're transferring from Go or LGPLGE) to even be able to transfer your Pokemon to SwSh.

@IxnayontheCK Mario Kart is for little kids. It offers significantly more content than this game, even factoring the $20 price difference. Also, trying to excuse horrible garbage because it's "made for kids" is more of an insult to children than it is a defense of the game.

I hope this kid doesn't grow up to be a spoiled brat. After all of the financial exploitation he's gone through in such a short amount of time, I really hope this doesn't mess him up in the future.

Even if Blizzard hadn't pulled the crap they did over the last week, I still wouldn't have bought this game because they had the gall to release a "physical copy" of the game while not even providing a cartridge.

Hey, Game Freak, what's so balanced about a move than can instantly paralyze all opponents?

I have a feeling that this game was intentionally made to bomb so EA could have an excuse not to support the Switch anymore. I think EA realized that the Switch's audience isn't as willing to shill hundreds of dollars on FIFA points and their digital gambling than other playerbases. I'd argue that a lack of EA games on Nintendo systems would actually be a welcome thing, since most of EA's recent internal output consists of slot machines themed around sports and beloved franchises/studios that have been driven into the ground.

I think this is the first Spirit Board event for a third-party game that isn't even in Smash. That's pretty cool.

Who would've guessed that the best way to get a great Genesis mini console was to get rid of AtGames?

I can't wait for games with trash premium currencies and gambling mechanics to crash and burn. They're slowly killing this industry by ruining promising games all so the publisher can get a few extra bucks out of their players. I also hope the people who keep buying these games realize how bad of an investment it is to continue financially supporting these series.

I wish they weren't in the game in the first place, but it's still great to see Psyonix respect their customers and remove these garbage loot boxes.
