@samuelvictor Yeah, try telling someone completely new to metroid that completing the game faster makes her strip more at the end. It's just pretty dumb when hindsighting lol......

Happy birthday, childhood hero.

They're making you more sexualized with every new game featuring you, but your true fans will be discarding that gross stuff and just keep that magnificent lone warrior that you are.

Language.-Morpheel (sorry for that!)

Re: Reggie Fils-Aime on Why the Wii U Was Misunderstood

Smokingspoon

Oh please, all wiiu games were either too short, lacking or forgettable. Just to not say mediocre even.
Nin themselves didn't love wiiu-- which is why Wiiu was my last purchase from them.

Let us see about BotW... My prediction, an 'ok' zelda. They won't surpass Albw for sure.

Yeeeeeesss! I love that game so much! I remember beating it a second time immediately after finishing it haha. (Beat it the second time with the first little wanzer (make belief hard mode)).
It's worth noting also that Yoshitaka Amano worked a bit on the project. SquareSoft at it's climax

By the way, is it me or Brenda kinda looks like Meryl Streep?

Re: Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Needs To Sell 2 Million Copies To Make A Profit

Smokingspoon

What does 2 million copies mean anyway ...? In US$ I'd guess it would mean the budget for BotW was around 120,000,000$ ? But they give a generous cut to retailers.. don't give such cut to digital customers.. What's the usual % of digital purchase for their other big games? There's shipping, taxes, Nintendo VIP taking a cut, paying organized crime for whatever reasons, advertisement...

I'd guess it's at least 60 million $+ in production budget. If I understood anything.

Re: Video: Take a Look at the Hyrule Warriors Legends Link's Awakening DLC, Due On 30th June

Smokingspoon

Ugh.. I don't think I'll buy any more dlc except if they were to add more stages. It's already a redundant game, but seeing and hearing the same stage and song is just too much.

Marin looks rather dull in creativity juwt like Medli. I know Medli was for free, but.. meh. Also, it didn't take a lot of time to realize she was based on the 3ds capability, looks so underwhelming on wiiu with a weirdly too close camera to the character.

Re: Hands On: Embracing Freedom in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

I'm just really, really , REALLY hoping the world won't feel dead, empty and just having details in spots around the world. Spots connected by a big empty world.

Sorry for being pessimist, but I think lots of people might get disappointed by this LoZ.

They said the demo was 1% but that can be deceiving. They said something like that for Xeno, but then you finish the game at 38%. Realizing that it's just all the little side quests and collectables that make up for the rest.

Re: E3 2016: How The Sin of Getting Lost Has Been Pardoned in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Smokingspoon

Something like that, yeah. Even then, those side activities don't have multiple avenues on how to be completed. Not that I'm complaining.. I like narrative stories.

I could only see something truly non-linear with somekind of very advance A.I. that interacts with you on every aspect. Paving a new road for you.

Beside, even every geek's dream, a star trek holodeck, has to be played within the writer's parameter lol
