Every single video that guy makes he complains about the Switch, he doesn't seem to understand what makes it stand out and why people are willing to give up on raw pixel counts to have portability. Other Digital Foundry members seem to get it, this dude does not.

If the Switch 2 isn't just a better switch, the losers arent us the gamers but Nintendo. Because then companies like Sony and Microsoft can really finally step into the handheld/hybrid market and put out a winning product.

For all of the power spec limitations the Switch has, it continues to sell 5 years in for good reason, the format works. Don't fudge it up.

I don't particularly care for these games, the first one was ok... I know people had no expectations on it. Turned out to be good so people overhype it. But this one, legitimately has caught my attention and Rosalina had to be part of the story from day 1, I'm glad they had the freedom to turn her into the bad guy.

I have my doubts they have that many active players...

Having played a few hours of it already, I disagree with some of the things said in this review. For a Switch game it looks better than most but understanding there's better looking visual versions out there on other consoles. Combat is very good but unless you're fan of SAO I can see why you'd be turned off.

There are so many excellent examples of games that were released on mobile, failed and were reworked to release on console specifically switch.... There's no reason not to that with this game. Check out Little Noah: Scion of Paradise if you need a good example of a Mobile game being reworked for console release and making a great experience.

As long as they dont put out 3 hour long boring pc centric presentations with commercials like geoff keighely, i'll be watching.

No other game is like it, plain and simple. Uniqueness is it's best feature.

Konami saw the money Eiyuden Chronicles pulled just by using the Suikoden name and realized people still like this franchise.

I have no problem with this, It doesn't surprise me though that Nintendo fans literally find the dumbest thing to be upset about... The game visually looks striking, but ofcourse they color combination is what they're ticked off about...

This was always going to be the case, anyone who was expecting otherwise also believed Metroid Prime Trilogy was going to be shown today.
