I hate how 3 houses was essentially a Nintendo game disguised as a Hentai dating sim with a dark dramatic plot sprinkled into it. The impactful decision making simply came far too late in the game.

Engage…. This games story and generic characters makes me want to bash my face with my Switch repeatedly until the pain and suffering stops. I like the classic game elements, though.

Is it simply too much to ask for a NEW Fire Emblem that doesn’t have silly new mechanics oozing out of every aspect of it?

No way. Mario Maker was largely a ruined experience due to the sheer amount of absolute rubbish on there.

For everyone one level that was worth a play, there were 9,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 useless levels that shouldn’t exist.

While I do believe that Star Wars itself is severely over-rated and over saturated in today’s world, the original 3 films are classics and offered some real thrills and feels through out.

The new films? Yikes. One of the films opens up with the rebels “prank phone calling” an empire ship. I wish this was a joke.

I can’t tell if this is an early April fools day joke or not. Please, God. Please kill Fortnite already.

Fortnite is already single-handedly responsible for killing the minds of a young gamer generation. They’d rather play mindless Fortnite than classics like Mario, Zelda, or whatever else. You can literally tell when a kid is an either a good child or a menace based on if he plays Fortnite.

If you’re a Fortnite player, I likely dislike you.

These games were built around being accessible through Online Multiplayer, and the fact it’s removed completely makes it an easy pass.

But can we get some of that online multiplayer?

Here’s my dilemma…

I love Nintendo games. I spent an insane amount of hours exploring every little nook and cranny of this game 25 years ago on the SNES. I LOVED it. I’m undoubtedly going to buy the remake on day one and be one of the schmucks who immediately pays top dollar for it.

Ahem. Here the issue; New Content? Will there be any new content with this game or it literally be the same game with a new coat of paint? If Nintendo continues to Nintendo things, it’ll likely just a carbon copy of the original. Le sigh…

Can we please address the elephant in the room that these new-age 2D games always lack online multiplayer? Wtf. I would argue that’s easily over 50% of the player base that immediately will never get to experience multiplayer in this game due to the lack of an online option?

It’s 2023, with this game launching in 2024. Can we please be more proactive about having the OPTION? It seems insane that it’s literally 20 years of this stale conversation.

Pretty weak, Honestly.

1. ANOTHER JRPG Sword Using Coming to Smash!! Even if it's a first party Nintendo Character, it's still another GENERIC SWORD USING Anime character. BARF!

2. About.... 10,000 additional JRPG games nobody really cares about coming to Switch. How am I pumped up to play SaGa Frontier again? All the other games are solid passes.

3. Triangle Tactics or whatever it's called... Square can't even name it's games properly anymore. Demo put me to sleep.

4. Mario Golf! HOORAY!!

5. Splatoon? Splatoon but BORDERLANDS?!?! COOL!!!

.... And then it's revealed to just be another Splatoon game. Just like 2 was identical to 1, 3 looks to continue the trend and be nothing really -New- but just more of the same.

For the record, I would go in heavy on a Splatoon/Borderlands game.

Well... Atleast we have all the juicy Zelda info and new Zelda games coming to digest... Like maybe a new Four Swords Adventures that could capitilize on the Switches online play / capabilities?! RIGHT?!?

I play exclusively on the TV, and I even own a switch lite. In the rare event that I’ll take THAT Particular device and use it, it’ll be handheld.

I feel like the worst part of the switch lite is it’s inability to connect to a tv at all 😅

Is there an option to play the endless challenge mode yet without getting 3D Mario Levels?

I really enjoy the NES and SNES levels but have a distaste for most user created 3D content since it’s generally like... “Get Cat Bell, Charge Forward Blindly, Win.”
