The invasion slide looks like Link stumbled into an episode of Fargo.

One of the first games I bought for the Wii U after launch was The Cave. This looks like a similar situation, though I don't expect this to have horrible framerate issues.

Ryan North is a funny guy, judging by Squirrel Girl.

This game deserves to reach a larger audience than the Wii U afforded. But, I'm hoping for a 3DS spinoff that's like Ikari Warriors with inklings and ink weaponry. C'mon, it'd be super fun.

I've skipped a lot of information on this game. Is there snowfall/rain?

There's just about no chance that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be on the Switch, and that's a problem. I haven't had a non-Nintendo console since the 360 and would rather not, but if you want to play the big upcoming 3rd party games , you have to have an additional machine.

Dropping the ball on something as simple as analog triggers just makes no sense.

I'd free up my Switch preorder for somebody if I could be around when a Neon goes on sale, but I've missed it twice now.

I know they want to distance themselves from the Wii U, but I wish they had stealth found a way to let the Switch be a two-screen experience. If Pikmin 4 is not that 3DS game, I will long to play it in stylus mode. I thought I might have issues with a Switch Mario Maker, but to be honest, I never created a level while looking at the TV. So, I could unholster it, make a level, and put it in the dock.

Did ARM have anything to say about Arms?

@WeeManStudios I'll give it a try as long as you use my money to have a pint with a gorgeous girl with a sexy accent. That's Ireland in my mind, at least.

It reminds me a lot of the original Descent, hopefully now with 45% less motion sickness.

I'll buy that for (considerably more than) a dollar! But only if it comes to a Ninty system. For the record, I prefer the NES games to the arcade. The original looks gorgeous with upscaled RGB!

That FDS storage box is adorable, but I think I'll try to import that Complete Guide. It's useful to me, who is playing on a modded AV Famicom rather than the more limited NES/Famicom mini.

Star Wars game looked pretty cool. Dig Dug was a little weak, but it still looked fun. Would have been fleshed out, I assume.

Glad to hear they've scaled back on the Metroidvania (which already ruined Castlevania). Still, I'll wait and see about the Switch. But, maybe if it's cheap enough, I'll get it for the soundtrack.

I lost interest in this a long time ago when it was revealed that the story is basically them grinding an axe against Microsoft. Your problems aren't mine, guys. It's as bad as Styx releasing a song bashing Dennis DeYoung after their falling out. The whole Occupy vibe ain't for me, either. I'm getting a Switch, but not this.

I'll wait and see if it comes out on Switch.

Under "Eternal Star," it says "Pill Popper," which obviously means there's a hidden Dr. Mario suit that no one has ever found!

@Chrayfish I've been told by people who have tried it that you don't need to leave the door space uncovered. As long as you have 3x3, that space will just be deleted by the game. No harm in deleting it yourself if you want to be safe, though.

The New 3DS deal seems to have gone fast. Amazon was out in short order. I got mine in, even though I can't really afford it. Finding out they're already out of stock made me keep my preorder.

I don't know if the other retailers still have stock, but I read they went up sometime after Amazon.

@Luna_110 I thought that, too, IRT to Super Mario Maker, but I never once looked at the TV while designing a level. To play the end result, yes, but a touchscreen lets you create all the levels you want, test them, and then dock to really play them. I think it'll be fine for this.

There's a song in Top Secret called "How Silly Can You Get." Play this if you're a person convinced this won't have touchscreen capabilities.

I have yet to play the full game, but the controls in the demo were fine--and I'm a baby about controls. I gave up on Sunshine since it didn't have Y-axis inversion.

The stylus controls spoiled me. I wish they'd create that option for 1 and 2, and create a waggle-free option for DKCR on Wii U.

There was an episode of The Middle where they're on a family vacation and Brick is reading a travel book about the area. The dad says, "Look, Brick! It's the oldest tree in the state!" He says, "Eh, I don't need to look. I can see it in my book."

I got sick of these games fast. Basing it on a boring movie probably won't turn that around.

With the mention of AVGN, Super Pitfall actually inspired part of the recent AVGN vidya game. His exaggerated version of that first instant death pit was realized in his game.

There are plenty of fish in this game, but it's all about that bass.

I'd buy it if it included the stylus control. Since it won't, I can just use my Wii discs.

I want to be stranded on a desert island, build a rocket ship out of coconuts and bamboo, only to have the launch ruined by my li'l buddy, Tingle. Eventually, I do launch and can go to different planetoids, SMG-style.

@Anti-Matter It's worse than that. The cartridge can sense if you don't have the galaxy design 3DS and won't run.

I wish the scope was a little wider. There were canceled Star Wars games as far back as the 2600. This didn't feel very different from the previous Factor 5 canceled games video.

Confirmed: the NX will be able to park your car.

It looks like they really tried, unlike a lot of eShop shovelware. It might be worth supporting if it doesn't come too dear.

I'm sure NX will make the New 3DS obsolete, but I guess having one for the history is okay (plus, I always wanted the small one). I'm going to be one of the few to miss 3D if the NX is the next Nintendo handheld.
