I was subconsciously expecting them to be tradeable, but now that I actually think about it it makes a lot of sense development (and sales) wise. I was buying anyway so I don't really care.

Doesn't come with a charger? Wat.
That'll confuse at least a large chunk of newcomers who didn't have a 3DS.

@ThomasBW84 Wiiware =/= Wii U eShop, but you said 99 Seconds was on Wiiware (probably because you mentioned DSiware).

Not for Nintendo's Debug team, it wasn't.

Probably a case of a developer thinking "Oh, its just a bunch of pixels it shouldn't be hard at all."
And then they realize it is too much work, rush out a copy and it is terrible.

Its sad how everyone always asks for new games to come out, and for you to report on them, and then they don't bother to look once games are announced.
And dang, that programmer is pretty inspirational.

Back on topic, this looks very hectic, to say the least, I'd need a demo to sell me right now. I don't doubt that its fun though~

Sad to hear online is dead, I know I'd buy it if there were matches to be had.

To be blatantly honest the selling point is the fact that they still go for $20 used each, so $30 for three is a steal. The graphics aren't very different and are practically the same, definitely not the selling point.

@Usagi-san I believe it has PS1 graphical capabilities. But I can't find where I saw that. D:

@IxC I'm sorry, but did you want Nintendo to wait 8 months to sell MK8, and basically leave the Wii U to die? I think you can make an exception here.

How are people complaining? Mario Kart 8 is a completed game. It has more than enough content to justify a $60 purchase. Millions of sales prove that.
Now, Nintendo is allowing people who enjoyed the game to buy more characters if they like. In fact, DLC is just allowing people to buy part of a game cheaper to see if they like it, rather than have them spend $80 initially which is very off putting.

He needs to release it on Nintendo first because for some reason a number of Nintendo fans get butthurt when it comes out somewhere else first.

@WaLzgi Right, but they didn't deny it. And they have been told of other leaks, which they don't respond to at all, some of which became very big as well. This was a quick decision to try and remove the content, which was their property they claimed, and did not deny at all.
When they're confirmed, you'll see.

The leak is legit. The amount of time to put into creating a collection of videos of that caliber, fluid and all, is too much to do since E3 unveiled the menus. To then take the characters and perfectly line them up while the screen is moving would be very time consuming. Finally, during this time of supposed creation of the videos, it would be likely for these characters to be unveiled... making it a very minimal chance this is fake. Someone wanted to cause a stir- and they did. The fact that Nintendo bothered to respond confirms it, as no other leak has recieved mention at all.

@Miss_Pixelheart Someone filmed the ESRB's video copies of the game and leaked them, most likely. Which would mean the game is being rated right now by them.
Sakurai will be upset by this, but probably not mention it.

@SpaceKappa I'm on your side, seeing as the game is so close to release. There's no way this is fake at all, and if someone claims it is, they are just proving they know nothing about game development at all.

Yeah, this looks real. I don't care what anyone says, the game is too close to release to just throw this out there if its made up, it wouldn't be worth the person's time.

Ubisoft would only approve if the DLC cost money.

Everybody should download Disney Infinity for the Free Club Nintendo coins, of course.

@DefHalan Judging by the info I was given, I think its a sequel but will focus on the combat more than the story really. I don't think missing the first story will affect the second much, though don't quote me.

They really need to fully stabilize the market, if anything.

Whenever I see an article on EA or Ubisoft, I don't care much anymore. They always hide their true intentions behind magnified facts.

So long as it comes to Nintendo systems, I will keep buying. If it goes to smartphones, I can't buy them, mainly because I don't have one.
If it keeps the company alive, hey, I'm all for it. Its not like its $10 or anything.

Honestly though, the remake is most likely coming eventually. Why they couldn't put these efforts into making a new game, I'll never understand.

Their sales are already rising, I'm sure. We'll see good results in January so I'm honestly not concerned at all. Though the best thing for Nintendo to do is GET THOSE SALES RESULTS OUT ASAP. People will be hesitant if the latest sales they can see were these, and they weren't so hot. By saying the systems are really selling, they cause a more hopeful outlook.

@Squidzilla Ah, I never encountered that issue. You should try the falling off the map one though, simply try out a track you're editing, and drive out.
Overall, I agree with you, this game is iffy... but definitely could be a good game.

I hope the second one has a more entertaining story. There's a couple of points I've just grown completely bored with BD. :/

The way Bill Trinen announced it on the stream was so awkward. He basically said it randomly after a round of smash.

@Spoony_Tech I agree, I'm going to wait on any $15 - $40 downloads Nintendo puts out this year, then see if I can grab one free.
