I loved The Smash Bros. series. As smash approaches, you should interview all of them you can. It'd build hype for sure.

A cartoony Nintendo FPS would be sick, but I always thought they'd go down the route of Mario Paintball for that.

So, I'm guessing we will get a look at a lot of smaller features, as well as the few big reveals. We know of trophies, so there will be a trophy case. We will get a look at some final smashes, especially since Luigi's was hinted at. We should get a new character reveal (which everyone will hate until they get the game and love it), and a new course to look at.
And maybe, just maybe, Ganondorf (or hopefully some new Zelda boss).

I for one know I am happy to see these games, as I grew up on Superstar Saga and Advance Wars as my favorite GBA games this side of Rebelstar Tactical Command. But the saves corrupted, so I'm looking forward to gleefully shooting the mustard of your doom at the invaders~

If you're going to make a slow paced puzzle game with mediocre puzzles and excessive backtracking, you can't expect to find an audience for that.

I think selling this DL only is a bad idea, DL is still too new for many nintendo users who would be buying this. Even if it was up to $10 more for whatever reason, a boxed version would really help sales. Maybe Kickstart a boxed version?
As for me, not knowing anything about the series means I'm just treating it as a new series, one I can't wait to learn more about.

However this ends, it won't change my view on Layton. It's a great series I'll love forever~

@Jazzer94 Honestly, the magazine I find to be worth what I paid ($25 for a year's worth of issues, with bonus Issue 1 and poster... and either more posters/cardstock/84 page minimum. (Last 3 choices still need to be voted on).
It really is a great magazine though; and I always skim it first to see what @Corbs wrote.

@Damo So, when you defeat a pokemon, does it join your party, giving you 700 or so "levels" (since I'd assume you get a few starting pokemon)?

So, in going with Bandai Namco's name change, this logically would become the Swan BandaiWonder.

Nintendo just wants to make games for their own consoles, but I guess the world is too ignorant to understand.
If they ever ported games to App Stores, people would just complain about controls.

I think the Gamepad does exactly what @Peach64 pointed out; doesn't create innovation but still calls for it. If Nintendo dropped the gamepad, I wouldn't really care much, right now its just a controller with menus on it.
Offscreen play is the only time I ever use the Gamepad screen anyway. Unless I absolutely have to.

I am not excited for this at all, even loving the others in the series. They managed to even make the graphics look worse.

For everyone complaining about Rosalina over Waluigi, remember the point here is to make profit at the same time. Sakurai realizes that more kids and people will recognize Rosalina over Waluigi, and more people (little kids mainly, but others as well) would buy for the character they recognize.

This is easily one of the best eShop games, especially with these updates!
