Re: No More Heroes 1 & 2 Physical Releases Announced For Switch, Pre-Orders Open Next Week

@Nintendofan83 only frustrating is that after the LRG release they give the publishing rights back to the developer. This results regularly in other physical releases. Especially in Europe the frustration can be high, as most of us usually prefer a European version over a US version and it would have saved us quite some intercontinental shipping costs. The exclusivety is also gone which is for some collectors a pain.

@RudyC3 I am in Netherlands mate and when you order something outside of the EU with a DDP shipping option, you should be fine. I have received over 100 orders of LRG without any additional costs, while in non-DDP situations customs take every opportunity they get to charge me as is currently happening with orders from Super Rare Games.
Yes sometimes the wait takes like forever with LRG, but that is the concept: first they take your pre-order during the pre-order window, then it can take months of further preparation and start of actual production. Carts go from Asia to the US, there the further kitting will be done and then the picking/packing/fulfilment process starts for intercontinental shipping. Corona didn't help and if you want to save some money by combining some titles, then the last one to be finished is your bottleneck. However if Belgium is in their DDP countries list, which I believe it is (check their site), there really should not be any additional hidden costs.

Re: Feature: Every 2D Super Mario Game Ranked

We never added "USA" to the Super Mario Bros 2 title in Europe...
Still a great game today! But my vote would go to SMB3 followed closely by SMW. Boring opinion, I know
And then to think, they wanted to add-in Yoshi already in SMB3!

Most nostalgic stays the original SMB though. Reminds me of the days when we had to do with 1 videogame per year! Yes kids, that's right: 1 videogame per year! But hey, it was that good!

Re: Review: Turrican Flashback - An Annoyingly Incomplete Collection That's Still Worth A Look

PiXeLSteF

Don't the Strictly Limited releases (Games spread over 2 carts) contain the Turricans you are missing?

Edit: Yep!

Vol 1 contains:
Turrican (Amiga)
Turrican 2 (Amiga)
Super Turrican (SNES)
Super Turrican Director's Cut (SNES)
Mega Turrican Score Attack (Genesis/Mega Drive)

Vol 2 contains:
Turrican 3 (Amiga)
Mega Turrican (Genesis/Mega Drive)
Mega Turrican Director's Cut (Genesis/Mega Drive)
Super Turrican 2 (SNES)
Super Turrican 1 Score Attack (SNES)

So grab it while you still can!

Re: Video: Digital Foundry's Technical Analysis Of DOOM Eternal On Switch

PiXeLSteF

@Ventilator I think it would sell incredibly well actually, both GTA IV and V in their xbox360 shape.

Doom Eternal/Doom 2016/Wolf2NC: I own these games on both One X and Switch and I prefer playing them on Switch. What I mainly hate about 4k gaming is that everything in the distance is razor sharp. I don't consider that realistic compared to real life.
Now reconsider releasing Eternal physically.
