Disappointed as I thought this was a retro collection. Oh well, this looks ok.

Still loving this game. I am not too worried about making it look pretty though. My house is basic, and whenever a quest asks me to pretty up one of the areas I just place 10 items in a lump together, then delete them to pass the quest!

It’s not that often that I will play through every game in a series and not get bored, but the first 6 Layton games made me do just that. I still have the fondest memories of the first one, but they were all great. The last couple seemed to drag a bit though. Would be keen for the professor to make a comeback.

Great review. I’ve seen others that just say “it’s great you should buy it”, but this goes some way into explaining why without spoiling anything. This sounds too good to pass up, and the price of physical seems pretty decent.

Chibi Robo Zip Lash! is probably my all time favourite 3DS game. It was just some nice comfy old school platforming. Aah

Awesome game. DQ6 felt like a bit of a letdown after this one imo.

Top shelf game. Have played it a lot this year, but have shelved it for now due to Disney Dreamlight Valley. Will go back to it at some point.

Love this game, its actually awesome and I am glad i spent the $45AUD on it. There is always something to do so it is really addictive. Will see how it fares in the longterm but i have been playing it daily for a few weeks now and not bored yet. Wish i had more time in the day to play it lol.

Fighters History is a good bit of fun, Daiva seems ok but maybe I need to give it a bit more of a go.

^ I too have all of my appendages crossed that Unlimited Saga is released again soon. I had it on the PS2 and while it was a frustrating bumhole of a game, it was super interesting and different and I really want to play it again.

I’d really like to see a mock up or drawing of this thing!

I still cant believe my parents paid $128 AUD way back then to get a copy of SF2 for my SNES. That is so expensive compared to game prices these days (excepting Tecmo Koei maybe lol). Fair to say that me and my mates got our value out of the game though! We'd play for ages, and add or remove one star of the handicap each time there was a win or loss! Made it really interesting

I actually really enjoyed Zip Lash, it was one of my favorite 3DS games.

Well i'd probably get it if digital, or available in normal games stores.

Really applaud the devs supporting this game and adding so much unexpected content over time. I've played it a bit and think that voices and items will really add to it. Looking forward to sinking my teeth into it some more!

Really hoping for Unlimited SaGa. It was an absolute ar$ehole of a game, but the art, story and concept were so incredibly nice that I want to return to it.

Rival Turf is pretty fun, ive smashed a fair bit of time into it previously. Pinball is ok for a while. Havent played Congo yet, might be ok. I'm happy they added some new games.

Well that video was... disappointing lol. I dont have this game yet, but im on the fence still due to the lukewarm reception it has (see: above comments). Might pick it up if on a good sale, I like Looney Tunes so would have to get the expansion.

Would rather play Smash TV. Shame that nobody can have a decent stab at recreating the feel of such an old game.

I like that they are adding more and more to this game over time, i just wish there were some unlockables or something more fun for the single player to do.

Didn’t sell well perhaps, but has deservedly become a stone cold classic over time. Banger.

Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth - Wow i think i owned this game at one point. I remember the cover well, but not at all the gameplay... perhaps i have blocked it from memory? It looks ok when i youtube it though

Couldn’t get into splatoon 2 for some reason, I absolutely adored the first one on Wii U though. I doubt I will boot the game up to check this out, but I suppose at least the option is there

I’m a bit slow here, but have been playing Slay the Spire a little and have now finally started Earthbound for the first time. Have played Beginnings a bit though. Probably sit out the next backlog game though as I don’t own any of them. Keep up the great work Kate!

I watched this the other night and really enjoyed it. While i was watching the end bit, it reminded me a great deal of the end bit in Super Mario 3D World...

Only just subbed to NSO. I finally caved in, and wanted online to play Chocobo GP so decided to get the expansion pak as well. This is the first game I played on the N64 app, have never played it before and always wanted to. Good fun so far.

Some absolute bangers in that list. The 3DS was an excellent RPG machine. Sad to see it go (and me to grow so old)!
