@ModdedInkling Nintendo is not really that big a company, they have to expend some talents for the theme park, especially their top level staffs - for design, supervise and quality control.

@anoyonmus Kids these days have played violent games and even seen adult videos on the internet, Danga is not shocking to them at all. You should know. When you are older you will enjoy less violent games.

Nintendo spent so much time and money on their theme park, only for it to be ruined by Covid-19. All that effort could have been spent on making new games.

Ace Attorney is a more grown up game without those teens yapping voices and lame jokes.

This game looks good but the developer should polished it more before selling it. It's a very rough game, not just bugs but the gameplay just feels 'home made' - it's games like these that made me appreciate Nintendo 1st party games.

Call this The Long Dong Boy, or in the UK - The London Boy.

Tetris Effect coming in Oct is no coincidence. Nintendo will use this game to sell their OLED Switch.

This game was probably destined to launch a long time ago but Nintendo told them to deferred it until the OLED Switch launched.

This is not just a game console, it's a handheld computer. You can literally run Photoshop or video editing softwares on it, or even Unreal/Unity to make games.

Connect it to a monitor/TV and get a bluetooth mouse/keyboard - it can double as as a workstation.

@jojobar @electrolite77 Win10 is free, of course it runs well, it's using the latest AMD chip from a laptop. You should check out the latest Yuzu emulator, it can even runs 30fps Switch games at 60fps. You don't have to pirate, there are tools for you to extract roms from the carts.

Also, there is Linux version of Yuzu - so you run Switch games without installing Windows.

It's better value than OLED Switch, you can run CEMU and Yuzu on this thing to play all the Switch and Wii U games for free.

@Snaplocket You can install Windows on the Deck and run any PC games you want including Wii U and Switch emulators.

The Deck is a much better deal than the OLED Switch. Nintendo's disappointing new revision Switch will help sell the Deck - Valve is smart to unveil it after the OLED Switch.

I am so happy Nintendo is going bust again. Gamecube and Wii U produced some of the best Nintendo exclusive games - when Nintendo was down and out. Whenever Nintendo is doing well, they won't work but sit and count their money.

I am still playing this game on my Vita, but I doubt they will release the DLC for it. The physical cartridge was released for the Vita a couple months ago.

OLED on a Lite makes more sense. You paid $50 for that screen, why would you want to put the OLED Switch in a dock?

A Switch Lite with OLED and HD rumble is what Nintendo should have done.

The Switch is like a matured Nintendo, just like BotW - it loses the fun spirit that Nintendo used to embodied. Playdate is filling that void, that's why it's selling.

When Nintendo is embracing OLED, Playdate is going for monochrome LCD - which ironically is more special in today's world. Playdate is selling something Nintendo used to have - fun.

Now Wario just reminds me of Elon Musk.

Switch to a new pair of joycons if it drifts, that's the proper way that Nintendo intended.

It doesn't sell as well as other Nintendo franchise because it has no cute factor.

10 years ago, OLED has wow factor - OLED TV cost over $10000, that's why PS Vita was so desired but the price is unattainable for many. Today, OLED is so common - it is no longer a selling point. Nintendo should just sell it at the same retail price and phased out the old models.

This is a repeat of 2012: Nintendo released 3DS XL after E3 in July all of a sudden without saying anything. Only Nintendo will do something like this.

Btw, the Switch Pro will still be out this year. Nintendo done this before in 2012 when they claimed there's no 3DS revision coming before the E3 of that year. Then out of the blue in July 2012, they announced the 3DS XL. People were pissed because they bought the regular 3DS thinking Nintendo is not releasing a new one. Nintendo didn't say a word about it in E3 just a month before the 3DS XL launched. They don't want people to stop buying their old model, they will only announce their revisions 2 weeks before it's selling in the stores.

Most of you aren't even aware that Apple is making a portable console. It has the same form factor as the Switch and will be competing with Nintendo directly.

Right now only major 3rd party gaming companies knew about it's existence, as they are making games for it secretly. Apple plans to ramp up their Arcade with AAA games and launch their console with it. It's going to be the first subscription based console.

With their M2 chip in the console, the graphics performance is between PS4 Pro and PS5, and CPU speed faster than any home consoles today - all in a portable running on battery. Nintendo should be very afraid, as indies WILL jumped to Apple's platform, but competition is good for all of us. Also, Nintendo makes better games when they are losing money, so it's all for the best.

Funny that no one talks about HDR? The main reason to use an OLED screen is HDR, it will make games look so much more vibrant.

HD Rumble is not so impressive after experiencing PS5's DualSense Haptic Feedback. Nintendo should improve it to 4K Rumble - needs more resolution and power.
