@AlexOlney Hello there! I decided to stick around this site, alongside, GoNintendo. That saying, I see lots of other people are not a fan of this news article as well, so glad to know its just me that feels that way.

@Balta666 I somewhat agree with you, though sadly not with giving this news/newspaper attention. Whilst its good to keep people informed, its very damaging as a society, to report on news that is not fully factual or omits important information.

GoNintendo reports on obscure news like a Japanese Lego Incredibles Switch advert, an Japanese baseball game for Switch, and a ETRIAN ODYSSEY X battle theme reveal.

Meanwhile at NintendoLife we get the usual tabloid garbage... like this. Thanks for the low quality news I guess.

Weather you like this game or not, this is great news. I can only hope it encourages Square Enix and other companies to make more RPGs for Switch.

Really wish the article title didn't state Sushi Striker as a reward. It is just another lousy wallpaper, and somewhat comes across as clickbait.

This is magnificent news. It now means I can buy every Switch console in the UK, and by scalping in time for Christmas I will be a millionaire.

It's a great thing this game is now digital only. By embracing the digital only future, it means the game will be uncompressed, where as the psychical copy will just be a 480p SD version, as opposed to 1080p.

It's a surprise for sure. With all the software sales Nintendo has seen since the NES days, I am thought there would be a further sales decline as there is not enough room nowadays for people to have more Nintendo games in their homes. The Earth must be full of used nintendo games now.

From what its safe to assume, Pokemon will be delayed to add in a dark story line and a tragic romantic relationship between the main boy and girl Pokemon trainer characters.

"Right now, the only real reason to play is purely for fun".

Maybe I misunderstood, I thought that was the whole pointing of playing games? If its fun and addicting, the game has successfully met its purpose.

You could say the same for JRPGs. It gets harder and time consuming to to level after half way of a game. Not really main purpose of any game either.

Grinding isn't really a problem in the game, more so if you are playing in ranked.

From what I also understand, WarioWare Gold was probably also released in semi limited quantities, if going by GAME stores in UK and previous history of swan song games on previous Nintendo systems.

I guess I should pick up sometime this week, as will probably be a rare game.

So the original 3DS version is better? Always wanted to play this one, but was put off at how EU version in comparison to NA and JAP is download only.

(gasp) its like everybody expected the Nintendo Switch to be selling highly as long as the Earth survives. Truly a shocking moment of events.

The game does look a bit naff, though you can't deny the Chicken Assassin character looks a bit badass.

With 2K Games involved, that's enough reason to avoid this game and series like the plague. With "NBA 2K flair", they mean a barely functional day 1 version with lots of bugs.

Nintendo shouldn't have allowed that company near the Switch, after the state of WWE 2k8 and NHL.

@AlexOlney Not a problem, I will be happy to search for another Nintendo outlet that strives on facts and actual timely info, without the need to resort to misinformation and/or click/flamebait. Tally-ho!

@JayJ & everybody else. I was under impression you couldn't turn off filters? 4:3 and no filters would be a game changer for me. Yeah, odd they use 16:9 to promote their games, as that actually puts me off.

IMO, it should be a criminal offense to force games like this into 16:9. Too bad, had they bothered to add proper emulation settings I would be more curious for those games.

There is a very good reason why Hamster are emulating Nintendos Arcade games on Switch.

Magnificent, now that I haw this game I can finally boast to my friends that I fought in WWII and even fought against Adolf Hitler himself. For some reason he is called General Morden in the game. Oh come on, most people bought this to feel like they fought in the war.

There is A LOT of stuff to sort out to make this a proper 'news' site.

Less articles as well on hacking. I noticed it is a lot less than begining of year year TBF. Unless you guys are trying to get an excellent Nintendo console killed by piracy and 3rd party outcry? Weirdly I didn't mind the Gamecube NES emulator hack too much.

You could do mini reviews for games lesser known, esp Neo Geo? Whilst done, several are missing and 2-3 weeks late at most?

Not fussed on Ads, so keep em without being too aggressive.

A physical release would make me buy those games. Still a tad put off those are based on PS1 versions and not arcade though (compared Gunbird arcade to PS1 versions music, and see what I mean).

@Yosheel Nope, though I have been following this site for a while an noticed A LOT of low quality articles designed for traffic. Unexpected, as I found this site through Nintendo UK and expected better.

As mentioned before, I treat my Switch with TLC with care. Not like a mad child who throws it around the room in a tantrum.

Also, GoNintendo recently announced pre-orders like BANNER SAGA 3 and 2 -3 others games on Switch today. Here at NintendoLife, us lucky readers get news... like this.

Doesn't make sense that Switch won't get the series, but can understand if Nintendo has a new console called "Swtich". Very risky there.

Haven't pre-ordered, as not really a MH fan, but may wait for a price drop. I'll be making sure not to click on any of the affiliate links,. though.

My Switch is perfectly fine. However thats also because I play in handheld carefully and always put in back into its case when finished playing. Not throwing it around the room, posting on Twitter hoping Nintendo UK will notice to give this site more over needed credit.

May as well not as Twitter as the source of every news article now.

That's excellent support. I suppose that makes other 3rd party support look poor. Sure, they put out maybe 5-6 max per year. BUT 12? I sense a BOTW/Xenoblade 2 among one of them as well. Only the outstanding RCMADIAX can give them a run for their money at this stage.
