@Bratwurst35 hmmm, good point. I suppose it doesn’t have an excuse. I should be disappointed, but I’m not; I’m super excited. I can understand disappointment and even frustration/anger, but here I’ll be making up bad excuses for why I love it. Who knows? Maybe we’ll get a sequel with some more TLC for the plot. Are you planning on seeing it, or have the reviews changed your mind, or maybe you weren’t very interested from the beginning? If you do decide to watch it, I hope you enjoy.

Right. Because Mario usually has a great story. What was Odyssey’s story again? Oh, yeah. Bowser hires four bunnies to help him do what he always does. So creative. I’m going to love this movie regardless of story quality just as I do the games.

I’d like to get both, but I already have an OLED and a Pro Controller. If anything I’ll get the Pro Controller, but there’s no way I can get the OLED unless one of my friends would be willing to buy my current one.

I didn’t realize until now that SS is so disliked. I didn’t really like the Wii version, but the port was great. Also, why are the originals above the remakes/ports?

Why are the Skyward Swords so low? HD was so good, and definitely much better than the Wii version.

I’m excited, but I’m not letting myself get any more excited than I would for any other game. I love Zelda so much, and anything new from it will be perfect for me. I’m not expecting the game to be perfect, but I know I’ll love it and I’ll be more than satisfied. I feel like people have blown expectations too large. Botw is great, and I’m sure TotK will be great.😆

2022, I’d say. Obviously 1998 and 2017 were great, but I wasn’t alive yet in 1998, and I was prejudiced against the switch up until 2020 because I couldn’t afford one. I was still playing my 2DS and my Wii U.😂 Besides that, Xenoblade 3 beat out Hollow Knight and OoT for my favorite game ever, and I really love PLA and Sparks of Hope. FE: Three Hopes was also really good, and we got a lot more info on TotK in 2022. It’s almost impossible to choose, but this is what I’ve decided on.

Both me and my friends have considered getting them, but I think we’ve decided to hope that they eventually come to NSO. It would be super disappointing to spend money on them, and then have them come over.

I know I’m basic, but City of Tears is my favorite area. I love rainy areas, and the music is one of my favorite themes ever. I would do all of my geo farming there so I could listen to the rain and music.

I’ve never heard of it, but it actually looks really fun.

Oh wow. Metroid Prime is amazing, and I‘m so glad they’ve remade it for a new generation. I feel like I still prefer the 2D Metroids, but keep in mind that they’re some of my favorites so the comparison doesn’t mean much. I love a good jump, and I’ve had several so far; some weren’t even staged and were just me being unaware of my surroundings.😂 The dark areas are an absolute pain. They’re fun and all, but I tend to panic a bit. I’m thinking that Dark Samus doesn’t come until 2 or 3, but I keep feeling like she’s gonna come around a corner.😅

I honestly don’t like many of these. I personally feel like they’re too boring, or they’re kind of tacky. I do really like the BD/SP Lite, and the B/W and X/Y models for DS/3DS.

Wow, I didn’t realize this was such a big franchise. I thought there were one or two, but this is insane. I might need to try these out.

Skyward Sword Link for me. I feel like he’s the most expressive next to WW Link, and he just feels more human.

I couldn’t be more excited about this. This better release in 2024, because TotK is going to be my GOTY, but this could be my GOTY for 2024.

I really want an option for turning off move animations. I don’t know if I’d ever use it, but it would help speed things up a bit.

Well, that’s super disappointing. I live in Indonesia, but there isn’t any sort of Nintendo store here. I’m going on a trip to Thailand in August, and I was really looking forward to visiting the store. I guess I’ll have to go to Japan.😂

I finally finished RF4 Special! I love that game so much, but I was at 90 hours and I couldn’t take a second more. My cousin bought the Pokémon Sw/Sh DLC for me, so I’ve been enjoying running around the Isle of Armor. I don’t have the fondest memories of Shield, so I’ve been really surprised by how fun the DLC is.

After I finish the DLC I’ll finally be able to start Metroid Prime Remastered, and then I’ll be free to play Torna.
Believe it or not, I have about five other games, one being botw, that I have after that. I played botw on Wii U, but I’m excited to play it on Switch before TotK.😅

I feel like I love games too much to rank them. I have to rank the by “want/have” and “don’t want.”😅 I have 32 of these, but I’ve only played like, 27 of those.

I was still playing my 3DS up until 2021, so I would say 2022 would be the best year for me. We got Xenoblade 3, PLA, Mario+Rabbids, Triangle Strategy, and more. Most of the other years have been great too, and 2023 has already been great.

I just finished Rune Factory 4, so I’m all farm simmed out into the AWL remake comes out in June.

I’m not a Bayonetta in the slightest, but this might be one entry that I can be on board with.😄

I was having a super hard time beating Thunderblight Ganon, so I decided that I would go get some food and better arrows and stuff, but when I jumped off Vah Naboris, Link just screamed and the screen went black. I spent 3 MONTHS, 3 MONTHS trying to kill Thunderblight before I realized that I had to stand on the pad at the entrance to the Divine Beast so I could teleport out.🤦‍♂️ I’m not a huge fan of guides unless it’s for 100%-ing, but this almost broke me. I relished my freedom from that moment on.

I haven’t had a single problem getting mine, and I hope others can get their’s without resorting to the scalpers. Also, this is my first time playing, and it’s so legendary! I’m loving it.😍

I have 6 of these, and I want 21 of them. I need a lot more money and time.😂

I held out to buy physical, and I’m so glad I did.😄 This will be my first time playing a Prime game, and I’m super stoked.

Really any IP, but Zelda, Metroid, and maybe Xenoblade. Pokémon would be awesome too, but I’m. Not sure how that would work out.

And I’ve finally bought it.😂 I played it on Wii U, and I would always go back to it if I ever wanted to play it, but I’ve recently been frustrated by the graphics on the Wii U version. I decided to get the Switch version before TotK, and it’ worlds better than on Wii U. I’ll always have fond memories of the Wii U version though.

I don’t know. The movie designs feel like better, more realized version of the original characters, and the originals look almost ugly beside them. I won’t be dissatisfied with them while playing a game, but the side-by-side comparison is really rough.

I really like all the designs, but that Dread one is so fresh. I still can’t get over how good it looks.

I’ve yet to play the Primes or Fusion, so I think either Super Metroid or Dread.

I haven’t ever had to pack small, so I’m good with my OLED, but I’m not at all opposed to a Lite. I might get one someday.

Side Note: I live in South East Asia! I’m American but my family moved here last year. The city doesn’t look nearly as nice as where you were, but there are some great views if you go looking for them.😂

Not Metroid Prime. The physical release seems so far away.😔 I have several other games to finish any way. I’ll be playing Rune Factory 4 Special, and hopefully getting to Sparks of Hope, Mario Maker 2, Origami King, and Lego Skywalker Saga soon. Then I’ll play Metroid Prime.😅

@Anachronism I agree. For that very reason I tried to ask her about a good bit in SS HD.

I haven’t played TP, so Fi is my favorite. I was never annoyed by her like most people were, and I really want to see here return in some fashion other than the little nod to her in the botw dlc.

I really am excited to play Fusion; it’s the only 2D Metroid I haven’t played, as long as your counting remakes being separate. I hope they add Zero Mission too.

I’d just use the vouchers, but I want physical.😭

@Deemo37 ohh, yes! In Fates, I would go into slow motion just before my unit was attacked so they could dodge in time.😂 I swear it worked.
