I actually think the design is really charming. We didn’t expect it to look exact, and I think it’s way better than what we could have ended up with.

I love it! I really hope this it, and I’ll be a bit sad if it isn’t.

Mario usually has his knees bent a bit, pushing his behind into his overalls thus making it appear “bigger”(I never thought I would have to explain this😳). In the poster it’s apparent that he’s standing very straight, or at least more than usual, resulting in the disappearance of his butt.

Kiwi 64 looks pretty great. Beefy looks really nice too. I love how they just keep making simple, satisfying platformers.

Me and my sisters were obsessed with this game when we were little.😄

Go Vacation. I haven’t played it since I was like, seven, but I’m guessing it’s no where near what I remember being. Other than that, I usually either hat games or love ‘em.

Xenoblade 3. It’s sad to hear you say it doesn’t run well on handheld because I don’t have any way to play it in docked right now. Maybe someday. It runs much better than the last two, at least.😂 I’m almost 60 hour in and I’m on Chapter 4. I’ve really only done a ton of side quests since I’ve started the chapter, but they really are just so much more entertaining in this game and it’s hard to stop.

I just want more Pokémon. More Spin-offs would be cool, but I also want more open world games. Legends dlc too.

I’ve played an unholy amount of hours of Terraria over different consoles and mobile, and it’s easily one of my favorite games ever. It’s been a while since I’ve played it, but maybe this will get me back into it.

@tseliot, I just remembered that I beat The World Ends With You through the NSO trial. I guess I should say I’ve never bought a SE game.
Edit: Apparently they also did a Mario Basketball game on DS that I had when I was younger, and Mario Sports Mix on Wii.😅

@tseliot, well start believing.😂 I guess I’ve played a bit of Various Day Life on Apple Arcade, but I’m not sure if that counts. I’m thinking about starting an FF game, but I don’t know if I really want to.

I feel like there was a ton of buzz around this game before launch, and then it just kind of disappointed a lot of people. Would anyone say if it was really worth it?

I love Animal Crossing with all that is in me, but the comparison to it is driving me insane. I get that this seems a bit too similar to not compare, but still.

@Fonsettboy I’m hopefully going to be able to start Xenoblade 2 after 3! I’ve just recently gotten into Xenoblade because Shulk was my Smash fighter, and I am so obsessed.😆

Surprise! More Xenoblade. I wasn’t getting bored, but a bit bogged down by the fact I’m a bit over-leveled, and I’ve just reached a point in Chapter 3 that I was just waiting for (didn’t know about, was just hoping would happen)and was so epic. I’m pretty sure I’m almost done with Chapter 3, and the area I entered is just so beautiful.

I really loved Three Houses, and I hope this pulls it off as well.

@BenAV maybe just try it for a bit. I felt the same way, but the demo completely changed my opinion.

I was going to preorder it, but decided I might as well play the demo. Super disappointed.😭 The RPG elements are really fun, but I was hoping for more of a cute, relaxing farm sim with some fun battles. If it gets good reviews when it comes out, then maybe, but for now I don’t need another JRPG after Xenoblade for a while. Rune Factory 4 it is.

Maybe not on release, but most likely for Christmas. I need to put all my focus on Xenoblade 3 before Pokémon releases.

@AstroTheGamosian yeah, that makes sense. I had had a PS3, which I sold for a Wii U, which I sold for a Switch, so I’ve never been able to play the GC version. I own it, just don’t have something to play it on.😅 The additions to the remake sound awesome. I hadn’t noticed most of the ones you mentioned!

I feel like the NA/EU one really captures the almost gritty feel to the game that I’ve always loved. Both are really great though.

Xenoblade 3. I’ve had a busy week with school so I haven’t made much progress, but I’ve just recently unlocked side quests in Chapter 3, and I’m having a ball. Ribbi Flats theme is absolutely beautiful and I’m not sure if I want to leave yet. Other than that, I’ve just finished the Harvestella demo, but I’m not sure if it’s for me. I’ve never played a Square Enix JRPG, so this is a bit of a shock to what I was expecting. I’m trying to decide whether I want Harvestella or Rune Factory 4. Can anyone help me decide?

@Jhena ohhhh, I see what you’re saying. I completely agree and I hope they’re able to pull it off to where it still feels light enough to feel like Zelda. I haven’t actually played Twilight Princess yet, and I hope it comes to switch eventually.😅 I will say that I feel like BotW did well with keeping a positive tone while adding some extra “flare”. It’s very interesting to hear your point of view.

This was my favorite Direct in a long time. I love Zelda, Pikmin, farm sims, RPGs, and Fire Emblem, so this was really made for me. I wouldn’t of minded more Zelda though(still hoping for an OoT remake or a port of 3D). No matter how fun or disappointing a Direct is, it’s always a great time.

I’ve never played it, but I’ll give it a shot despite hearing about it’s age.

@Jhena isn’t that a lot of Zelda games? Majora’s Mask, OoT, etc.

I loved this Direct, and it’s really sad to see other people not. I hope in the next one there is more stuff for others, but I absolutely love A Wonderful Life, Rune Factory, Harvestella, and most everything else that was announced. So excited for FE and Zelda. I wasn’t really expecting WW and TP remakes because of how long they’ve been rumored and still haven’t appeared. I completely forgot about Silksong, and it kind of makes me sad looking back.

I’m actually not going to pick up Splatoon until around the Holiday Season, mainly because I have some other things I need to finish and by the time I do that Mario+Rabbids, Sonic, and Gen 9 will be out. Still going strong with Xenoblade 3. I have absolutely fallen in love with the characters, and just everything about the game. I’m pretty sure I’m almost done with Chapter 2, might even finish it tonight.

@SothisPocus I completely agree. Hopefully the future updates will revive my interest p, but for now I’m satisfied with 2.
