@Rykdrew Agreed.. just like Mario Strikers with 9/10 rating. For this game I think I'll trust Nintendolife's rating and review.. I love when a game this big on Switch (16 GB) has solid performance. Now that's worthy of 60$ for me.

optimize Pokemon games pretty well so I'm surprised to read this issue... I'm sure they will patch it before release. I like what I see in Sword and Shield so I think I'll buy this too.

@Eagly Agreed. Xenoblade games with its complexities set the bar pretty high and Monolith Soft is really incredible... arguably the best developer for Switch games imo.

@PinderSchloss For me the game kinda loses its steam after chapter 5.. hopefully we can get post story or something soon (really hope we can see them reunite again).

Overall XB3 is a fantastic game with great story (that newborn baby scene at City was so beautiful.. I cried because they were so innocent. Probably the best scene in the entire XB3 for me), plot twist, cast and soundtrack.

Out of the three Xenoblade games (except X), the best one for me is still Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition.

@Ralizah That's why I'm not quite agree with the term hybrid console. It's perfect for my 15" portable monitor, but for 40" TV and above...

Yep I'd even recommend K-ON and Haruhi Suzumiya as one of anime starter pack lol. I'm surprised to know even Konami funded it.. maybe they hope it will be as popular as Love Live. Hopefully it will be.

I love anime from KyoAni as well like Hyouka, Hibike Euphonium, Chuunibyou, Kyoukai no Kanata.. and Violet Evergarden really is one of the best in animation quality.

The idol Rei NIkaido is one of my favorite in that VN and I like her personality. Can't wait for the sequel

For Fire Emblem I believe Ufotable studio (Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, Demon Slayer etc) would be the best.

Chainsaw Man, a new anime by MAPPA studio has one of the best animation quality I ever see in anime series.

@wicktus I kinda doubt it. Their current business model is very profitable when they can cut development cost releasing subpar 1080p games at 60$. Powerful hardware will increase demand for high quality games. Just look at Mario Strikers (and Pokemon too).. but as you said, Nintendo is naive if they think they could keep delaying it.

The way I see it, we can put it this way too - If Steam Deck can even emulate Switch games (some might run even better than Switch), that says a lot about Switch's hardware.

Bear in mind making an emulator is really difficult and need a quiet powerful PC to get the best possible result.

Let's not forget "the best sport game on Switch according to NL" with 9/10 rating aka Mario Strikers Battle League. Legacy Fifa 23 has better features and modes for people to play than that overpriced Mario Strikers.

I'll wait for Youtube gameplay and review.. kinda annoying to see stutters and loading times in the first Oxenfree on Switch.

@victordamazio Video games are luxury, not necessity. Developers forbid anyone to pirate their games and there is nothing that can justify piracy, simply because without paying for it, we can't play it. My point is, there is no need to justify piracy at all..

I'm surprised that they released this game since it's still early for that imo.. unlike SAO games and anime (or even Attack on Titan), the world in Made in Abyss is still a mystery. I definitely would buy this game soon despite its flaws.

@Royalblues Some delusional Nintendo fans still believe Switch is powerful. What can we expect with ancient processor, only 4 GB RAM and eMMC storage speed (or microSD, which is slower) and yet some people still make fun of Steam Deck. I believe they have no idea about hardware, or ignorant (probably still in school).

What kind of message? They will never be able to get Chen and the devs team from China. Gary is not a major player, just a PR man. Western market isn't the main market for them (TX) unlike LATAM and Asia. Gary is a pitiful scapegoat from Nintendo to hide their security flaws..
