I just don't understand all the hate on the price. The PS4 and XB1 controllers are both $64.99 unless they are on sale and the XB1 controller doesn't even come with a rechargeable battery. The PS4 controller has terrible battery life too. This controller lasts way longer and has more functionality. I'm sure it will be available for cheaper in a few months just like the others.

Looks like it will be a great game for parties, and at $40 (best buy) it's not a bad deal at all. I'd rather they do this than pack it in and raise the price to $350 (WiiU).

I'm glad it's doing so well. This game is incredible and I'm having so much fun with it. I love all the little changes they have made to the formula. It might be my favorite thus far.

With that said, I have definitely played my WiiU more than my PS4 and XBox One combined. In my opinion, it has some of the best games of this generation.

I'll never understand why Nintendo didn't lower the price to $199.99 last holiday season. I think that could have helped a fair bit. Not enough to save the console at all, but I think it could have helped sales considerably.

Well, it looks like I'm goingto have to get all three of these along with the game. They're just too cute!

I love games like this, so I think I will pick this up. Some of the pictures are reminiscent of U.N. Squadron which never came to the Wii VC and I really hope comes to the WiiU VC.

Pre-order confirmed! I don't have a full complement of GameCube controllers, so this bundle is perfect for me. Let the tournaments commence!

I have a Vita and a 3DS...my Vita hasn't been turned on for months yet my 3DS gets almost daily use...but thats just me.

Demon's Crest!!! Finally!!! I've been waiting for that game since the VC was announced for Wii way back when. Excite!

I really enjoy the design of this even though I'm not a big fan of the motorcycles in general. I'm really looking forward to this DLC.

I will be replacing my launch blue XL with the new black XL. My blue XL is a trooper but it's time for a replacement. I prefer the size and increased battery life of the XL and I also don't care much for the interchangeable faceplates or the fully colored buttons. I prefer the colored letters on the buttons themselves.

@Krambo42 that is probably the exact order it will be. 5, 6, 7, X3. Which is fine with me.

I can't wait for Mega Man 6, 7 & X3 to hit the NA eShop.
And technically shouldn't it be "Capcom's Mega Man 7 is sliding to the Wii U eShop"?

@Giygas_95 How could I forget 7?! That is a great idea for Mega May on the WiiU! I really wish they would have done that. I would have bought every one of those.

I would definitely pick up Sonic if I didn’t live in NA, lol. I guess I'll have to get Wii Party U since I have the other three. Oh well, free games are better than no games!

It would truly be Mega May if we could get Mega Man 5 & 6 and Mega Man X3 on the WiiU VC.

This makes my decision to buy digitally or not that much easier.

@Capt_N have Mega Man 5 and 6 been released on the WiiU VC yet? We never got X3 or MM7 on the Wii VC and that has always irked me a little. Also, give me Demon’s Crest!

I got both, X for me and Y for my dad. I'm 31 and he's 60.

I really like this idea. It takes me back to the original Zelda for NES days where you could buy the candle and keys in shops and find bombs from defeated enemies. I'm all for changing up the Zelda franchise.

The inner child in me is freaking out at the prospect of having a match between Mario, Link, Sonic and Mega Man. Now the true hero will finally be revealed!!! ^_^

I'm very excited for this! To me, Kirby is at home on portables and this one definitly shows why.

This was a great trailer and exactly what this game needed to get people excited. Lots of new stuff and twists on some old stuff too. I can't wait.

A friend of mine upgraded from his black 3DS to the blue X/Y XL edition and I think the system is gorgeous. The gloss finish and design is top notch and even though it shows finger prints easily, I think I like it even more than my blue XL.

I think they need to show off some new footage for Super Mario 3D World. There doesn't seem to be a lot of excitement for what is sure to be a great game. It's has this negative aura around it for not being "Mario Universe" and "just" another SM3DL game which seems unfair. They need to show off something to get the excitement going for it.

When given the chance between WiiU and 3DS, I'll pick WiiU everytime. Sonic Lost World, Smash Bros and Mighty No. 9 are all WiiU pickups for me.

@luke17 I am not charged sales tax for my online purchases. Sales Tax rules differ from state to state, but generally if a company has nexus in a state, and are in the business of making sales, they have to charge sales tax. So for you, ordering via Amazon seems to be the best course of action...or using a different zip code

@luke17 I buy from the eshop so no sales tax and I get the DDP cash. The ease of having everything on the console and not listening to the disc drive is nice too.

I'll be downloading this and picking up an external drive. While I love having the physical media, I'd rather save money on tax due and get some cash back with the Deluxe Digital Promotion.

@Tra_Venous same here, I downloaded the game last night around 9:30 PST and I'm going to keep the limited edition sealed on my shelf.

I'm another who's waiting for the Steam release/Steam sale to pick up GTAV. If it came out yesterday on WiiU as well though, I probably would have bought it. Having GTAV on WiiU would be fantastic for the platform.

I pledged $60 this morning! I am Beyond! (anybody?) excited for this and hoping for a WiiU release.

I told myself, and you guys, that I was going to wait. Then I got my preorder text from GameStop....the rest is history. I can't wait to get home tonight!

I need to finish New Super Luigi U as well as finish collecting all the fruit in Pikmin 3. I also want to play through The Legend of Zelda on the WiiU VC (again) and of course I'll be taking care of my town in AC:NL.

Wind Waker HD bundle for $299.99 has also been announced which is exactly what I said they should do. I think this is a smart move. A great game packed in with a system that is $100 - $200 cheaper than the competition will look really good this coming holiday season. Also the 2DS is great idea for kids which are who they are marketing it towards. Nintendo is making some really smart moves.

The Murfy levels were in the challenge app, right? Those were some of my favorite levels! The controls seemed fine to me, they were just really hard. I want to get this game but like everybody else I feel like I’m on platformer overload. I am still working my way through the New Super Luigi U DLC, I just finished Mega Man 6 on 3DS and with DK:TF and SM3DW my platformer itch is getting all the scratching it needs. I will pick this one up when the price drops for sure.

I think I'll take a little trip to GameStop after work and slap down $5 on this bad boy. I really enjoyed Sonic Colors and this one is looking even better.

Pikmin 3 was my first big retail download and I'm really happy I did it. I do miss having the box but having the game on my WiiU is really convenient. Also I like getting the DDP points and extra Club Nintendo coins. I'll be downloading this one for sure. I really wish Nintendo would do account based downloads but I've never had a Nintendo system fail on me so I feel safe.

I'll be picking this up on day one in the US. Keza at IGNUK seemed to have more control issues with weapons later on in the game but a 7.4 on the IGN scale is still "Good". The last half of this year is filled with amazing games. My wallet is going to hurt...

I'll be downloading this as soon as I get home today. I was going back and forth between downloading on the PS3 or WiiU but seeing as how I will be playing my WiiU and future PS4 going (way)forward, the WiiU seems like the logical choice.
