Nintendo has overestimated mobile market, £34.99 isn't going to a happen.
Most mobile gamers, are ultra casual, and like stuff for free.
I doubt this is going to take off.

Sonic has been sub standard since the end of Dreamcast.
Consistently to get it wrong so many times, there should be an award for that.
You know, like the Golden Razzies or something.

Nintendo could make a better Sonic game than Sonic Team could.

Super Mario Galaxy, where do you even begin with that.
A masterpiece which forced you to smile throughout.
The musical score really put the cherry on the cake.

Sega is a complete joke.
They don't seem to be able to do anything right regarding their own IP.

This looks sick, so fingers crossed it gets to Europe.

Totally flagging on 3ds games, only got one this January and so far only have 2 games.
Super Mario 3D Land and Dead or Alive Dimensions.
Obvious choices aside, any recommendations ?

@TheDavyStar The one in Carlisle is atrocious.
They wanted £39.99 for a used copy of Zelda Ocarina of a Time 3D.
Good to hear elsewhere they appear to better.

The sonic tweet was savage, hilarious.
What they can't back up though, is the past 10+ years of mostly bollocks Sonic games.
Also that "Big Announcement" hype which turned out to be a sham.

As for the trailer, yeah it's not brilliant at all.
But people are far too critical of everything these days.
I still want to play it to judge myself.

No surprises there as it's ridiculously short.
I liked it though a lot, felt a bit fobbed off paying full price though.
Lacked content for sure.

That should be a loud message, you can't and shouldn't fob people off.
Credit where credit is due, and pay your damn staff.

This game is a complete joke, and it's absolute dross it was given 5 out of 10.
Devils Third got like a 3, and it was way better than this game.

There is the new Namco Arcade at the Metro Centre in Gateshead UK.
It's ok at best, but it's one of the few UK arcades left.

The big problem with UK arcades is they are generally gambling slot machines, and prize machines.
When you do find a video game, it's always like £1/£2 for a go which is ridiculous.
I went in an arcade in Blackpool, and they had a "new" Star Wars game.
The cabinet was sick as it was like a climb in X-Wing cockpit, but at £5 a go, screw that.
I've yet to find a decent arcade in the UK.

Sega World in London was ace, but from what I hear, that's long gone now.
Same with the Arcade in the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
Gone with time unfortunately.

If Nintendo come in with an expensive powerhouse they are done for.
They can't compete with Microsoft and Sony in that department, they had their moment, and it didn't work.
I'd rather they come in with an innovate, original, affordable machine again with great games.
Nintendo has always been about great games, I don't care if the graphics are next gen standards, I just want excellent Nintendo games.
I'm sure that echoes a lot of people's thoughts, and opposes just as many.

Mojang need to hurry up and announce when the physical release is hitting Europe.

I wouldn't be surprised if NoE tie the physical release in with a Wii U Hardware pack.

Well it always sucks to hear of people getting made redundant !
Whether your flipping burgers, or pushing pens on the office, it's a pretty stressful time.
Feel bad for the 300, who were probably working their dream job shattered so abruptly.
It doesn't surprise me though, as Disney is a company which profits really do matter.
I would imagine this was doing alright, just not well enough.
That's enough for Disney to go, it's time to pull the plug on the project and move on.

Can't really say I've ever been a fan of Disney's games, maybe Mickey Mania being the exception on Snes, and Mickey Castle Of Illusion on Master System.

Will be waiting for a retail release in Europe though.

Here's a reason I'm not keen on the score system, and that reason is when it comes to scores, reviewers jump on the bandwagon.
Devils Third for example, everyone gave terrible reviews.
I doubt a lot of reviewers even played that game properly, as from where I was standing it was definitely not a 3 out of 10.
Personally, I thought it had a lot of potential, but was dragged down by poor execution.
A 6 or 7 out of 10 would of been more appropriate.
I read all reviews with a pinch of salt, try it yourself.

Star Fox Zero for me was a 7 out of 10.
A very good game just let down by lack of content, and motion controls.
That's only one opinion though, you have to gauge it for yourself.

@Utena-mobile I can't stand the on screen controls, yet if you put up with it, it's a pretty good game, yet only a short one.
I try play it like the originals, bar when you have to use the screen of course.
Although saying that, the motion controls to control the cross hair on the TV screen can be useful.

I am in two minds about it.
I mean, it's great the Wii U had a bit more shelf life, from a selfish perspective.
But to miss the holiday season, and then to miss E3 with the new machine, and any game demo bar one.
Nothing short of lunacy.

What about Paper Mario Splash ? Another Wii U exclusive ? Anything ?

I guess it's a case of wait and see.

They may as well not show up.
I mean one game, for arguably the biggest show of the year ?

Star Fox Zero is a good game, it's just not the same Calibre as Bayonetta 2.
I really enjoy it, but there is somewhat a lack of content.

Was excited for this, but as you can't buy it in physical retail separately, I'll be giving it a pass.

I had a PS4 and Xbox One side by side playing games, and we all agreed there was very little in it.
PS4 maybe had the edge, but it was marginal, and didn't effect how the game played on the Xbox One.
I really rate the Xbox One as a machine, I think it's unfairly tarred with a brush at times.

Upgrading machines ?

Sega completely flooded the market for themselves.
I know for myself, I buy a console for the convenience of not having to upgrade.
Consoles and PC is slowly blurring into one, even more so with Steambox.

Mighty No 9 years later.
This may be the new Duke Nukem Forever.

Starting to borderline on fraud this Mighty No 9 saga.

I remember the day I got that machine, and it just reminded me of an Ice Cream truck.
In comparison, the PSP was this sleek bit of hardware.
And the DS, was this silver brick, which was purely about fun.
It's pretty much in pristine condition, and hasn't lost its charge for over 3 years now.
Mind you, never go on the thing now.

Clay Fighter was great because it sucked.
It was just a great laugh, terrible puns, terrible gameplay.
I had a blast playing this with my friends.

I'm just not buying into it at the moment.
The "Confidential Property" sticker on it suggests to me it's an elaborate hoax.

As much as I love the Wii U, it's a good call by Nintendo.
On a positive note, it sold better than Sega Saturn, and I loved that machine.
It had some great titles, a very underrated machine.

That ending, terrible, what a way to stick it to the fans.
Got to see the funny side, only SEGA could F something like this up.

First off, the camera is on the bottom, unless you like taking pictures of your chin it's useless.
Which leads me to believe, the pad could possibly be upside down in photo.
Also, if you look at the top left of the pad, you can see what looks like either a grip, or bumper button.
The image itself, looks like a top down view of an in game map.
There is numbers or words in yellow at the top.
This until further will remain a mystery, I'm swaying towards it being a fake, but who knows really.

Playstation VR, an overpriced fad like the rest of VR sets.
It'll have it's flash in the pan, and then It will be out.
I don't think Nintendo have much to worry about, they just have the get NX right and come in at an affordable price.
If it's over £249.99 in the UK, and the machine is similar to Xbox One and Playstation 4, it's going to flop.
It has to be innovate, accessible, and a something different to its competitiors to succeed.

The obvious answer would be they don't have room on their server, and they are deleting them quietly, to try and clear some space.
Seems underhanded, but they are providing a free online service.
I see both sides of the argument, but would definitely agree with people playing it more so.
Why are, and why should levels be deleted ?
