Looks an easy port to Switch. Put it in physical together with Papers Please and it'll sell like hot cakes at the the quayside.

I'm guessing what they mean is NINTENDO regard these Joycons as fake because they aren't licensed because they didn't pay money to Nintendo.

@boxyguy I have fibromyalgia and this is the main reason I'm not getting LABO VR - it's going to get uncomfortable to use after a short while and my body can't handle that. I have to save my money for a proper VR system instead. I'm hoping Nintendo link up with Oculus Quest.

These are going to be tiny experiences. They're sweet bonuses. But LABO VR remains only really worthwhile for kids or parents with kids.

Toys to life will come back as a trend at some point. Probably that will be when 5G makes Internet Of Things a reality.

I think UBI got things a little backwards. They thought toys would sell the game. It has to be the game that sells the toys. A game has to be really fantastic to persuade people to buy things associated with the game. And while it won a few fans who hard love it, it seems most people found Starlink a fun game but not a fantastic one.

You can only merchandise a game if the game is 9/10 or 10/10 for enough reviewers and enough gamers.

I'm getting this on Switch pre-order at Base dot com. For big screen experience I can simply dock my Switch to my TV. Having it portable will be really nice. Once the price falls I might double dip on it for Xbox or PlayStation but that might be on a next gen system and it would certainly wait until I have a much better TV.

They should make it rugby style.

I utterly adored this game on Amiga and on PC when they came out. It's not a hard game you just have to practice. Everything the Bitmap Brothers made was amazing. But the cover banner graphic of this remaster is awful, weirdly the original cover graphic stands up as an incredible piece of art and is well worth looking up.

But its price is ridiculous. I'll wait for a sweet sale and enjoy it as a treat.

Sounds like a solid 8/10 for those of us who haven't played the series before.

My pre-order of this is solid. I think this will be one of the games of the year on Switch. Having it portable is a big plus.

Because only 12 people including me have have rated it. C'mon people give it the love it deserves! It's for sure a top 20 game.

Alternatives: Horizon Chase Turbo is a brilliant racer on Switch and Isle Of Man TT Rally looks like it will be absolutely amazing on Switch when it releases.

Given how genuinely brilliant Fitness Boxing and Mario Tennis Aces and Just Dance are for people like me who are fans of those games, I've high hopes for this game. The bar has been set high for fitness/sport games using motion control on Switch. There have been a few games that haven't met that bar but given the huge national pressure to get this one right, plus its presumably deep pot of money to spend getting it right, I expect this game will be great!

I want this so sooooo bad. It was one of the best games on Amiga. But the price is ridiculously high for an ancient easily ported game. Gonna wait until it's on sale or in physical.

I think it's brilliant they wanted him back up and gaming with repaired gear as soon as possible. Probably they were assuming he owns other controllers. It's amazing they comped him a year's extra warranty for the hassle.

On the other hand if they could have simply given him new Joycons that would be next level outstanding. I'd be totally cool with Nintendo swapping Joycons like that AND Nintendo separately refurbishing and selling on Joycons handed in to them. C'mon Nintendo!

8/10 sounds generous. Review reads like 7/10. Think I'll go for Mortal Kombat 11 instead.

I'd like to see games that are genuinely erotic and sexy, that appeal to both women and men. Literature, TV, and film all manage it so games should be able to also.

I've nothing against puerile titillation boob games but they're not grown up erotica so they're not my cup of tea.

Looks A-awesome! I think that some of the clip showed Switch gameplay as background was misty. Which I don't mind. I don't play fighting games to stare at the background. Similarly I've absolutely LOVED Trials Rising. I think this is going to be brilliant on Switch. My pre-order is steady as a rock hard fist!

I have and enjoy Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and NSMBUD and Mario Tennis Aces. It's only BOTW that persists in having an extra high price.

It can now be picked up for just under £10 physical.

I've not bought BOTW. Still too expensive for my taste. I'm not paying £57 for the game card of a nearly 3 year old game.

I think Nintendo's increasing collaboration with Xbox to the advantage of both is indicative of a huge new openess to to non-Japanese things. It's great. Can only improve both companies.

According to some Wii U owners Nintendo hasn't yet changed enough. They want to see Nintendo putting fresh IP out or giant new franchise updates that justify buying a Switch for them.

I'm a newbie to Nintendo so I don't feel that of course but I hear them.

To make this game easier for you, simply use a wired controller.

There's a staggering variety of wired controllers for Switch and they're not crazy expensive.

@locky-mavo Shovel Knight launched on Windows the same time that it did on Nintendo consoles.
