In Poland we have got acces to eshop and local currency in it since 3ds have came to market(?)(but from 2012 at least). And digital games are always more expensive than physical. We have got oficial distributor (Conquest entertainment) from may(?) 2014 which finally do something.

For 2,5 year old game? Without online multiplayer?
Monster Hunter 4 have good price.

I think there are many ways to hack 3ds.
Other games with qr codes, Amiibo/NFC.
NFC have got many holes. Paypass/Paywave is easy way to lose money. In 99% you have got credit/debit cards with that "thing".

Card/collectiable games. Very accurate way to lose a lot of money.
Online? Is it 100% free? "Redeem code cards found in specially marked Pokémon TCG products to unlock online booster packs, theme decks, or promo cards!" So, probaly not all cards are for free.
Like with drugs. If you want play for real you need more cards.

You have complains in UK or Germany about that event.

I am from Poland. We have got finally distributor from May (?) 2014 who do something. Nintendo have been never so popular in Poland. But it doesn't mean there is no fans of Nintendo. From about 4 years there is something you can call nintedo games in shops but their (Nintendo games and consoles) still so few in comparison to Sony or Xbox. So ebay is only option.
Polish equivalent of ebay stinks. I have reported them many fakes of gameboy advance games and those resellers are still there. Also prices are in most cases higher [even when you buy something on ebay in Euro/Usd after conversion from polish złoty (our currency) its still cheaper than buy this from resellers on Allegro in most cases, even after adding cost of delivery]. And of course there is not so many things to choose from stock (but yeah, comparing international shop/auction site stock to polish, kinda dumb i know). There is no problem to buy 3ds and wii u games but try to buy older (ds, gameboy advance) .

@BulbasaurusRex Emulating from scratch? For you or me or rest "developers" of emulators. But its their (Nintendo software and hardware) so its easier for Nintendo to do that. (but as you said its still complicated).
As for DS games, they are plenty of fakes... so its easier to buy them directly from Nintendo and dont get f*****.
And gameboy advance ... best games and Nintendo honestly don't want my money. And fake gameboy advance games. Their numbers are far more than ds fakes. But when you have finally found original game with manual and box... prices from space .

We in Poland have bigger problems. No nintendo club, probably(?),definitely(?) highest prices of digital games (comparing to our salaries) (not only in Nintendo eshop) in Europe (maybe/probably somebody have got worse situation comapring to us in Europe(?)i don't know)(remind me about official price of PS4 in Brazil.....) . I have heard you have sales on nintendo eshop cards. (50 usd card for 35 usd or something, something same in UK). We can only dream about that now in Poland. Since May (?) 2014 we have finally offcial distributor who finally do something (comparing to earlier "official" Stadlbauer who have done almost nothing).

Why no SNES titles in 3ds eshop? Why Nintendo?

Why so "few" titles in virtual console? (few, bad word. There are still plenty of fantastic games to be released).

All new nintendo 3ds come with power adapter in USA and Canada (even i remember old 3ds xl).(You buy "old"nintendo 3ds xl fire emblem limited edition and no power adapter )

Now i am looking for requirements of Unreal Tournament 3 and Heroes of Might and magic v Tribes of East. And i'm still wondering. How is it possible that my graphics were more heated during play of Heroes than Unreal?
I also remeber that Heroes have got more (far more) hang/freeze issues than Unreal.
Matter of good optimalization, drivers. Epic and Blizzard have been known for good otpimalization (I can't say it about Starcraft 2 Heart of The Swarm but it still better optimalizated than most of modern games).

Seriously? I almost bought Fantasy Life, wanted to preorder and then "happy" information about dlc. Then information about that Fantasy Life got online mode but only with friend code . (i want to show my middle finger but i realise that it is pointless) Why game industry look like now? "No, it has nothing to do with that you let them to be fooled". There was "ancient" times that games got addons (since 2004?). And they (addons) seriously add things to games. Who am i talking to? You will buy another call of duty/ whatever/ battlefield anyway.......

You all have forgotten about it. I recall all of you. Its little offtop but its about youtube. Youtube application on 3ds have been released in Novemeber (?) 2013 if i remember correctly. It was bugged. I remeber it hangs/freeze 5 times in 5 minutes for me (and obviously for all). In Novemeber (?) 2014 came patch. From that time i see no bugs. But youtube for 3ds still cant play playlist automatically. (not to mention about writing comments but with 3ds ram it could probaly take ages ) Is this tubehax work on patched or/and unpatched youtube app?

Why no score on your site? Seriously? Game WAS released so what are you waiting for? Maybe we all should lower scores because of plenty of dlc. More dlc to game, lower score more? Or we should wait till all dlcs will be released?

I will repeat till you start vomit it. Who want to steal game will steal it that or another way. Who want to support developers/publisher will buy them (games/programs).
Smealum said that his hack will never play roms of 3ds games. He is a talented programmer but who really knows what this homebrew give us. Remember petit computer? Maybe if Nintendo give us a tool (even if we have to pay for it) in eshop (but far more advanced than that this "s*it" with basic)?

There was sale on all Darksiders on gog about 1-2 months ago....
for about 15 euro (?).
I have heard Darksiders 2 on wiiu got tragic (30 to 12-10 fps) framerate. If you want/ have to play it better on pc or other consoles.
