It is tempting offer because there are only few games on Nintendo 3ds with online multiplayer. But without dlcs? Not very tempting .

and not. I am from Poland. I have only my local currency on my account (PLN, polish zloty). I bought many games/books on humble without created account. I paid in usd.
BUT when i wanted to pay for something from their(because i got discount coupon from other humble i bought; you can't give your discount coupons to others ) store they charged me in Euro ;(.
It seems stupid because in purchases history it has written that i paid in usd but i know that they charged me in euro.
My advice? Buying without logging . They will charge you in usd always (?) then.
But always buy on same email adress(same as your humble account ), so you can add your purchases to you account.
I am 100% sure that you can pay in usd,gbp and euro. I don't know about the rest currencies.

Most credit/debit cards allow you to pay online... without need of paypal account. Even if you pay in dolars/euro/whatever currency and your local currency is not dollar/euro.
They will charge 4,75% provision for conversion if you pay in euro but don't have euro on account and same to other currencies.

Keep buying preorders,dlcs, early acces, "new" call of duty, "new" fifa, "new" Needforspeed still and then have complains to devs/publishers not to yourselves.

Yes, it is truth but it is also a lie. It is a shortcut in thinking. There is no global trade to gen 4 anymore. And obtaining any pokemon without "lan" friend...nightmare. You can trade and request only pokemon that you saw previously. Also read about wifi
