As in many other countries Greece is full of Switches.
Regardless of the economic problems Greece is a PS land, plus the price doesn't help: PS4 €200-250, Switch €330.

How did all these people deduce that this is a westernised (whatever that's supposed to mean) game. From a 2 minute trailer? Funny that these are the people that would revolt if anyone dared criticise Switch prior to its release.

I did myself a favour and bought PS4. Lots of new and great games. I don't know how dead it is when it's getting Japanese games like Nier, Nioh, Tales of, Persona, Ace Combat...

Wii U got abandoned for a console we didn't ask for, as well...

For me the two Metroid games stole the show, although I'd have liked it if the showed gameplay or at least a trailer of Prime.

Xenoblade 2 was and is a big disappointment for me.

I couldn't think Monolith could disappont me so much... I don't like the art style at all it reminds me of a bad anime and I don't know what to think about the new arts system.

@NintySnesMan What you wrote about Greece is probably true, but it's considered a somewhat successful launch. Better than the Wii U's and the 3DS's. Some other interesting facts about the same market is that almost everyone who bought a Switch bought BotW, too. Also, a third of them bought the official carrying/protective case at launch. 20% bought the pro controller in the first three days.

Pre-ordered BotW Wii U version from Amazon. Still hasn't shipped. I got a 5 £ coupon and an offer for the digital version at the same price, though I was told to wait until Friday because it may show up...

@ScorpionMG Yeah Switch is a bit pricey (340 € over here), so I haven't bought it either. I was talkning about the Wii U version of BotW. I'll wait until more games come out and the price drops before I pick it up.

@ScorpionMG Of course you can find everything in Greece (I guess every major retailer has it), but I'd found BotW for 40 £ on Amazon, so preordered it to save some €.

Its price and online fee are definitely a bummer.
Zelda was amazing, but I have a Wii U for that.
Xenoblade 2 left me disappointed.
I wish they'd shown more of SMT because this is a game that could convince to buy Switch.

@Mister_Wu You're right but this is the case only with few games (which also include Portuguese ). However most Nintendo games in PAL territories are presented in the five languages I wrote.

Many people here suggesting that one should buy a Nintendo console for the 1st party games and a PS4/XB1/PC for the rest. However, what about the people that can afford only one console? Why should they stick with Nintendo (especially after what happened with WiiU) if Switch's library won't be that diverse.

I can't say that I'm a big fan of My Nintendo, but I'd never got to play Super Mario Galaxy despite the critical acclaim and now I've bought both games for 28€ thanks to My Nintendo.

I guess I share the same opinion with the investors. Overall I'm pretty disappointed...
But then again I was pleasantly surprised by the partners list. If Switch ends up getting games from some of those major developers, I'll gladly reconsider.

As most people here agree Eevee is fine. In Greek there's also a female name pronounced exactly the same, Ήβη.
Also Onyx is a Greek word and it means both nail and a kind of ore.

Very disappointed if all this turns out to be true...
What I really want from NX is 3rd party support which seems rather improbable judging from these rumours.
I'm "proud" owner of a 3DS (huge and great library), but I'll always favour home consoles. However, I really can't afford 2 home consoles and despite that in the last 2 generations I sticked with Nintendo. Regarding the Wii, things weren't bad, I always found something to play. However with the Wii U... The only games I've bought (except for indies and remakes) are Bayonetta, Smash and Xenoblade (really enjoyed only the latter) and hopefully I'll enjoy BotW in the future.
So unfortunately if these rumours prove to be true, I'll be migrating to Sony...

The art style kinda reminds me of WoW, which I'm not a fan of. But I guess it's great news for everyone who enjoyed the 2nd game.

Lucky me! I was contemplating buying Oot 3D to quench my Zelda crave (along with Wind Waker HD, too) till Breath of the Wild.

@TheWPCTraveler Apparently CD Media will also be the distributor in some Balkan Slavic countries (Bulgaria, FYROM, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia) plus some others (Cyprus, Albania, Romania).

Regarding these news I'm really happy about it although I'd prefer NoE itself to take on the distribution. After Nortec closed down I was pretty pessimistic and believed that Greece would be left without any distributor at all. Let's hope CD Media does a good job.
