It looks really awesome and kind of like portrait of ruin.

It seems like a shame though that they didn't make it Co-Op that's why I'm glad that I'm making metroidvania that's Co-Op where you play as a demon and a knight and can enter into Co-Op at any point

@strongest_link It also has been confirmed that it's more capable hardware than the original.

Finally they unlocked it, be prepared to play everything up to PS1 on this beast!

I wish they would make a new Digimon World that was more like the first game where they follow you around and battles happen in mostly real time haha.

All of these tracks are pretty awesome, my all time favorite is finally coming, Waluigi Pinball baby!

Probably my OG Master System, MiSTer takes care of the rest. Maybe my Gamecube as well because it was the first home console I bought with my own money.

I don't like that it isn't more like Megaman, never could get myself to finish any of the games.

The only thing that sucks about rise is that people are sooooo aweful at the game online fainting left and right like scruuuuubs lol.

Ever since I got a new phone they stay boxed, modern phones can emulate the amiibo NFC, allowing my amiibo to retain their boxed value and I can have all amiibo digitally. My 2 rarest boxed amiibo are Gold Shovel Knight and Wolf Link.

Well those are all horrible lol.

The gameplay loop was fun, but ya it was a little too similar in a lot of ways. I would prefer if they made less vaults and more stuff in the open world like dungeons, also lean into the godly weapons and have more of them from other gods.

I imagine it has been dumped as well.

They should make it super atmospheric that plays with your sanity and call it MOOD.

@Silly_G I still have one, haven't used it in forever. They were available in stores in Canada but not sure elsewhere.

My only hope is that they take accessibility into consideration because people coming in to warframe now have an insane amount of things they have to work towards to get level with everybody else. They need to design their end game structure so that it's friendly to new players.

@Bobb It's pretty easy to do and every version is moddable now. It is time consuming though.

Even with all the leaks they still make an ungodly amount of money, it's really just a nothing burger that they always freak out about.

Piracy is never going away until we no longer use money as a species, and even then in may live on in other ways.

I hope they are making a proper DKC:4 with the return of King K. Rool. It has been far too long since he has graced a DKC game.

@Silly_G To be fair though Monster Hunter World did the same thing and this looks like double the content Iceborne had. They also has confirmed a ton of post launch DLC, even more so than the base game. I agree the cost is high and they could have probably made it a good 10 bucks cheaper at the very least.

Great games! I still have 6 almost mint CIB. Hopefully they are cheap.

The Switch already hit it's maximum potential so unless a next gen Switch comes out don't expect any more impossible ports.

@k8sMum To be honest the dolphin emulator does it better. It's not as user friendly as the Nintendo option would be but it gives you more freedom to do as you please.

It's actually arguably better for kids to get acquainted with emulation because it actually teaches them stuff beyond turning a system on and playing a game.

I never wanted to sleep again anyway.

The next gen system announcement is going to be sweet.

@NEStalgia No I would never tag you or laugh or anything like that I'm way cooler and nicer than that lol.

I just know that Nintendo's lied every single console generation they've had since the first Nintendo about how long their generations gonna last and how long are they gonna continue to support the old systems. As long as the next generation system is fully backwards compatible I don't think many people will be that upset about them announcing something. Honestly them announcing the fact that it's backwards compatible is all that they need to do to sell it.

@NEStalgia I wasn't expecting anything in 2021, you have mistaken me for someone else lol. 6 years is a realistic lifespan for the switch and the final 1.5 - 2 years we will see many cross gen titles. It is likely why Prime 4 has been delayed so much and same for BotW 2, they want next gen system sellers.

@NEStalgia People who are still waiting to get a Switch are likely never getting one, it will not hurt sales in any meaningful way.

@NEStalgia I think they are going to announce a next gen system and that it will be fully backwards compatible with no re-lease date. That makes way more sense and will instill confidence to the board and investors without hurting any seasonal sales. They have done this in the past and have lied about the length of console generations since the NES.

One thing is for sure, we will get new hardware announced. Possibly a mention of next gen.

@ChromaticDracula I think they should give you the games and dlc perminantly for the years you were subscribed.

@Silly_G Honestly it's all emulation so just emulate it on a tablet or a PC. Would I buy a Dreamcast Mini? Yeah probably, but until then ReDream has it covered.

I am most definately going to avoid classifying/advertising my game as a metroidvania when it releases, action adventure with light rpg elements.

That being said this game does look really fun over all.

@ChromaticDracula All digital is fine as long as online connection is not required for games that have single player modes, it is quite easy to assign a unique code per console/user at the time of purchase. My guess is it was games that require a persistent connection.

@mariomaster96 If they went with a cel shaded style on Switch it would run fine.
