WW is my favorite Zelda, probably top 5 of all the games I've played. Metroid Other M wasn't too horrible. It had plenty going for it but some poor direction decisions held it back. I like that Nintendo takes chances with their IP's. Metroid Prime is an amazing example of taking a big risk that paid off ( for gamers anyway, I know the series isn't a big seller).

Castlevanias and Metroids top my list

The Gamecube/Gameboy (GBA) combo is glorious. So many amazing titles in those libraries.

Cool. Pull those resources to make online better please.

BOTW, Odyssey, MK8,Animal Crossing etc. are still selling well. Maybe Nintendo is holding things back because of that.

I probably won't play the new demo. I'll save my hunting time for the real thing here in a couple of weeks.

And with Monster Hunter Rise dropping next month, Nintendo will continue to dominate the market in Japan for the foreseeable future.

I would buy that in a heartbeat but I only own a Switch Lite. The design looks good and much more comfortable for large hands like mine.

@AmplifyMJ I waiting for DOOM Eternal at $20, no matter how long that takes.

I still don't own the Switch "essentials" like Odyssey and BOTW ( have it on WiiU ). Nintendo is notoriously stubborn with pricing on their IP's. It's likely I'll find a used copy locally for sale at a reasonable price.

There are some brilliant Wii Ware games that should be rereleased. Castlevania Rebirth immediately comes to mind.

I didn't enjoy using it in the demo but that could be because I never got comfortable with it. Hopefully it will resonate better in the full game ( which is likely the case).

A compilation of the N64, Cube and Wii titles would be amazing. Those are the 3 best ones IMO and people new to the series can play these fun titles.

Just to nitpick a tad, I feel the the criticisms of being repetitive and lacking depth can be construed as the same thing.

New SMB DS isn't as iconic as World or SMB3, but I personally put it up there with those classics. The mini and mega Mario powerups were a refreshing inclusion, as well as the mini games. 10/10

Spending a few hundred bucks to have thousands of people advertising your product on IG is smart business, but I'm not taking the bait.

@Jedge396 The majority of the impressions I've seen is that it's very fun. I have to agree and there's a lot of content already in the base game.

I'll buy it digitally a little bit down the road. Owning a physical copy is pretty sweet, great purchase to those who got one. I didn't love this game when I had it on the 360, but having it portable sounds very enjoyable.

And the beast Monster Hunter is waiting to be released. 2021 will be equally impressive for Nintendo. I bought my Switch last year and hardly turn on my tv since.

Thankfully I've stayed working through the pandemic. My job requires a lot of physical effort so in a sense, I get paid to work out 👍

I love all things Monster Hunter but I'm sticking with the base game only.

Damn nice impression. I was not going to play the demo and wait for the actual grind, but now I'm very interested in seeing the new mechanics.

I'm playing IFR now and it's a mixed bag for me. I'll put a good chuck of time finishing the story but I'll likely pass on DLC.

Monster Hunter Rise is the main reason I recently bought a Switch. I'll be there day 1 and stay through the end of the updates.
