@Zuljaras I've still not cleared my Vita backlog, I didn't have trouble finding stuff I liked, and most of it was free on plus. Overall I've probably finished more Vita games than 3ds games, so I wouldn't say the quality is vastly better on 3ds.

Haven't jumped on switch yet because there's only 3 games that interest me and that's over £100.

I'd love to see a new Sony handheld, the Vita was a far superior device to the 3ds technically

Read the article. It dumps the rom file to the phone. If you dumped your own rom file to your computer you are doing the same thing.

Pretty sure this is no more legal than dumping a ROM to your computer and playing it.

I'd rather pay PS plus prices and get more thrown in tbh. PS plus is worth it for the games, so it feels like online is free. Access to a handful of nes games isn't worth 20 bucks.

I'd love this. The vita was far superior to the 3ds, was a real shame it never got the proper support it needed - the 3ds benefitted massively by being released when the Wii was on the way out and then supported as the Wii u was failing.

Or you can buy a portable battery for 20% of the price and also use that to charge other gadgets.

This isn't something like say concert tickets where there's a genuine short supply, this is entirely deliberate.

It's funny people getting annoyed at ebay and scalpers. Nintendo has always had a policy of undersupplying to create hype. It's out of date now and they should stop, but direct anger at them not at ebay lol.

This should be able to play roms. Who wants to carry snes cartridges round? Save some money and buy a psp

Or a psp could do this and more 10 years ago.

@hYdeks Its clearly a portable console that can be played on the TV. Why would you think otherwise, because Nintendo marketed it differently? Unless Nintendo confirms the dock is more than a charger and hdmi point that's how it will stay.

@DoctorOverbuild They shouldn't leave their bank account so short then. Or pay by cash or credit card.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, they'll repay the money so no harm done.
