Palworld is a lot of fun, I've been having a blast with it. It has pretty much become an instant classic.

Love it, very excited for this. Enough with the tiresome remakes, new original games like this please.

This game is the definition of lifeless tedium, and I love this genre. This game with it's hideous character models can't disappear soon enough from my radar.

Palworld is a fantastic game, I am 70 hours in and absolutely loving it. It plays NOTHING like Pokemon and I honestly feel like I'm having the adventure of a lifetime while playing it.

Very excited for these, have a lot of fond memories playing them as a little boy at my uncle's house.

This unimaginative clone game (complete with stolen artwork) looks pretty "boring" to me.

Why do the Toads have stickers of themselves on their helmets? Is this intended to imply a socialist workforce? Are they gender markers? Here's hoping for a controversy.

I don't want this generation to end, it's been a blast. The developers outdid themselves, what an EVENT these games have been from start to finish. I don't want to leave Paldea, but I know the time has finally come.

Ubisoft for the win!! The demo was amazing and I pre-ordered immediately afterwards. I wasn't going to purchase it because of the price but the demo won me over. Another Ubisoft classic!

The faux-pixel textures is a trend that can't die quickly enough.

Personally, I'm over Stardew Valley.

I have no doubt there are MANY gamers that are super excited for an AI game that never ends and just fuels their endless escapism into a meaningless, artless, void of colorful noise.

I'm glad Mario has a new voice. It was time. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Nintendo keeps frequently recasting him, I doubt they want any particular actor's name to be associated too closely with the character.

So much low effort garbage, its exhausting to try and parse through. So many terrible games with AI generated key artwork now as well, not to mention the same games spamming themselves over and over again as a new "Edition".

I love horse sim games and its infuriating to see such a beloved and respected genre infused with so much spamware. It sickens me.

I read an absurd amount. As in I ran out of shelving long ago and now just have stacks and stacks of books on the floor of a room.

There doesn't need to be more books about gaming. Reading about characters playing a game isn't inherently interesting just because you're a person who enjoys playing games. Your one hobby doesn't need to dominate and colour every other hobby or experience in your life.

I enjoyed The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom well enough, but it is in no way "game of the year". Not in a year with Super Mario Wonder, Baldur's Gate 3, and Harvest Moon: Winds of Anthos. Sorry, it just isn't.

I really wasn't into the muddy looking art style and arbitrary mish-mash of graphics.

So many good games this year that I really don't care if I missed out on one or two.

This article is dripping with condescension, the game is a 7/10 and the mark of a lazy author is quickly becoming the "nostalgia" word. Congrats on taking... Harvest Moon 64 down a peg?

Can't wait! All Pokemon news is good news these days, the franchise is on a hot streak between the success of this Gen and the upcoming Netflix series "Pokemon Concierge" (which looks fantastic).

Just wrapped up Indigo Disk DLC last night, and my GOD are these games good. Loved seeing the return of some of my old favourite mons as well as the new environment of Blueberry Academy.

Palia is a lot of fun on Switch. The multiplayer aspect is barely present.

@larryisaman I simply do not care about these kinds of opinions. The game has run fantastic for me, I've never experienced a crash or a bug in the 100+ hours I've logged in the game.

Frankly we've heard enough from you people. If you're "done with it" then be done with it. Go away.

I've had no disruptive performance issues and the game is fantastic and runs great on my Switch. It will stand as an example for other monster-catching games hopefully, in regards to its synthesis mechanics and overall gameplay structure. Square Enix knocked it out of the park with this one and I highly recommend fence-sitters to pick up a copy.

These are all garbage.

I dropped this pretty quick. The story, characters, and dialogue are badly written. Overall it's a snore.

I've yet to play one of these indie Paper Mario clones that has actually lived up to its hype. It takes a lot of delusion to imitate Nintendo and think you're going to achieve the same result. Having said that, congrats to the indie teams who are still managing to pump out these things no matter how middling. At the end of the day it is product on the Nintendo e-shop!
