The first game was very good and introduced a new type of racing physics that really differentiated it from everything else. I also like that they kept these vehicles as toys that are racing around within a building, it adds a lot of charm.
I HATE seeing drivers and car doors opening in racing games as well, so this game was perfect for me.
I have the game pre-ordered, and I'm also using my Steam Deck a lot lately for some Wonderful reasons. As much as I hate elephants in real life, Mario Wonder really seems like a revolutionary title for 2D Mario! Happy gaming ya'll!
They are all bad. The obnoxious bottom banners kill them, and the European title doesn't have enough contrast in the actual name of the game. The Japanese one is probably the least offensive just because it covers up less of the art. If you want a masterclass in good box design, check out the one for Horse Tales: Emerald Valley Ranch. It is perfection.
The games are great, the DLC was a lot of fun and a great addition onto the base game. For anyone sitting on the fence about these ones: take the plunge. The Pokemon games haven't been this exciting since Red and Blue and I can't wait for the next part of the DLC and the franchise's future. Open world looks VERY good on the series, and they have prioritized what is actually important in these games: they've made them fun.
"Easy" game for "young children" shouldn't be a ding against something called Pokemon. A lot of people in their late 30's need to retract their heads from their a**es.
Looks great. It is a telenovela with people playing Pokemon and is exactly what I was expecting. Very excited for Pokemon Concierge as well. You love to see it.
I'd honestly love if they delayed it for an additional year and really polished these games up for the Super Switch. Maybe even two years. You love to see developers getting the proper time to do it right!
@Poodlestargenerica I know you’re embarrassed because you got called out for being a pot stirrer of exquisitely boring drama, but just remember that you don’t have to be such a rude poster in the future. Thanks babe.
These games could be on no lists and have sold zero copies and it still wouldn't make them bad games or games that aren't wildly fun. (Which thankfully isn't the case, they've been extremely successful)
As someone who has been playing the series since Red and Blue, I've never been more invested than Scarlet/Violet. The fun and sense of adventure captured in them is exactly what all video games should strive to be.
The DLC is fantastic, its been so much fun returning to Paldea to catch up with my little critter friends and explore the new lands of Kitakami. The new mons, the new TMs, and the new partners in crime really shine in this. Haters can drown in their misery, because Scarlet and Violet are a whole lot of fun! XD
Can't wait for The Indigo Disk so the adventure can continue. Pokemon has never been better.
These games are revolting and have no business being widely available. They should be relegated to retail only, and the retailers should be adult/smut shops ONLY.
I'm already absolutely killing it at this game (the interior of my house is stunningly gorgeous already) and don't need any tips, but I'm glad my fellow farmers have this helpful article!

I don't think things like these should be manufactured, or at the very least their creators should have to pay enormous environmental taxes.

@Poodlestargenerica So why drag it into this article? Jokes are supposed to be funny, you're just being divisive.

All I see is YOU being annoying and trying to stir something up.
