But at some late point, the first one was around 3,5 million sells, and was the first third party title, before MH Rise took the crown with 6,5 millions...

But to fail or to win is not determined by the place in some sort of competition. There is a lot of videos about gaming history (but I only now French chanels, as I am).
Somme of the "minis", or lite versions, etc..;is just to grab juste a bit more, and is part of the main model range.
It's just a matter of economy, for determining what is a success or not, in the end.
After that point, we can discuss of quality of hardware, pads, games, etc...

@CaleBoi25 It's not how it will work (normally) Share are increasing, but Switch decrease, Nintendo won't lose its momentum. The longer you wait falling, the hardest it's to climb. You have to pursue agressively while you're at the top, for being at an even better level. Sorry, I'm not fluent in English...

New announcements in February Direct for filling Switch until September with remasters (already known + 1) and one new game (with Zelda and Metroid Prime Shadow drops ?)
MP4 in July.
No DLC, developers are focused on Switch 2.
And after February Direct, I will be sure it's not what I planned at all XD

It's my Switch Icon of the year, and even the best title screen, and promotional music with the gaelic song !
This game is my "coup de coeur", and my 4th favorite Switch exclusivity this year (behind ZLOZ : TOTK / Super Mario Bros. Wonder / Pikmin 4). But the most emotional, and with a nice artistic direction.
A forgotten and underrated game for me.

It's normal, there's only cinematics, zero gameplay.

Bayonetta Origins as too expansive for a game that looks like indie game, bu tis not. It's a wonderful game, and the end is intense, emotional, and a good link with the main serie. Excellent music and artistic direction, original gameplay. A shame not having covered/promote it better.

I want it, but for a bad looking game, and just "punch" game, it's awfully expansive.
I already have Fitness Boxing 1 & 2, and Hatsune Miku is coming, but this time, it's difficult for me to pay just because it's a Hokuto no Ken skin.

It has to be played with N64 Controller. It's unplayable without it, the game was designed for that 6 button controller ! Like GoldenEye is Ddfficult to play now (and Perfect Dark probably too, if it comes). The controls are not awful, but not adapted to modern controllers, and sometimes, our use of FPS/TPS controls became different because of the second Joystick.

All of them, too ! Along Zelda and Mario (3D and RPG 2), they're my favourites N64 Games. I have the Rare Replay, but playing them with the N64 Controller in HD will be a pleasure (Jet Force Gemini is unplayable without it).

That's the "fastest" way, for Sonic, to compete.
Even if Sonic rises, Mario has a lot of games and successful story that Sonic cannot achieve...

We don't know when Switch 2 will be released...but I don't think Switch will reach this record before it. But, I think it will still sell well, and surpass other consoles.
PS2 sold a lot of unities after PS3 release (more than PS3 itself for years ).

This serie has my favorites soundtracs reunited, Yasunori Mitsuda is the best composer for me (ther is a lot of them really good, too).
Music is very important !!
