Gonna look at reviews some more. Triangle strategy was more exposition and story then actual game. I want something more akin to final fantasy tactics where I can tweak classes, stats and load out obsessively.

Some of you are gonna say "disgaea!" but no. Disgaea just wants you to grind ad nauseam and it'll soon loose all challenge.

@Gamecuber I'm old and grumpy and to me remaking re4 is stupid. It already is one of the best games ever made and remaking it is pointless. Like the dead space remake. Would you remake the sistine chapel? Why not just do something new with the ip. Finally make re revelations 3?

I was 10 when half life came out and the beginning was incredibly scary to me. You encounter your first headcrab completely unarmed and seconds later a headcrab possessed person. Amazing game though. I'll still say fighting the marines with their aggressive Ai was peak video games.

Damn I'm desperate to play r2r but not this desperate. Wish Nintendo would upgrade the hardware so I wouldn't have to go out and buy the steam deck.

Yups I'm super excited for this. I love deck building and horror so this is gonna be great. Completely unrelated, I also want SOMA on the switch. By far the scariest game in recent times, only rivaled by the alien game whose name I forgot.

Anyone can confirm that this game has been patched?

Well I'm out. I was planning for xcom style strategy but with coop.

If you can coop the campaign I'm in. From day one. You listening ubisoft? I'll buy all of it if the coop is good

Having never played this I'm damn excited. I loved tactics advance and crave more. Disgaea is too annoying and triangle strategy is wayyy too long winded so im stuck with playing battle brothers forever.

How's the performance on switch? Anyone playing this? I'm super interested but if I buy a new game I'm gonna have to stop playing battle brothers. Fat chance of that.

@Chocobo_Shepherd they bought the dead space studio, turned the game into a lootbox shooter and when noone bought that they closed the studio. Funk them.

Well diablo immoral made 24 mio usd so far. Shareholders don't give a funk if kotick spends his free time murdering puppies.

If it had touch controls along with sticks I'd be interested. Sadly the only one that does this is the deck. Making it the only handheld worth a damn for fps games.

Combat is excellent in this game. Really tight controls.

I don't hear it mentioned anywhere but the steam deck has track pads! Track pads people! Two of them. Now I don't have the time to get or play with a steam deck but imagine if fps games are actually good on the steam deck and you'd be a viable contender in multiplayer fps games. That would be amazing.

Then you can install Pico 8 on it and program retro games on your retro computer. What a time to be alive.

It bothers me when a port like this downgrades the audio as that seems to only be a matter of storage space. The most upsetting is the audio downgrade in dark souls, which is otherwise an excellent port. Why oh why downsample the audio? Atleast give players the option to download the full quality audio.

Asylum and city are amazing. Howbout just skipping the porting of knight to make sure the former two get it just right?

Astroneer is coming out on the 13th. Insta buy for me. Let's see if it can dethrone monster train, which is very unlikely. My switch is basicly a monster train machine.

Most impressive was dying light. It runs insanely smooth and looks gorgeous.

Most fun was quake. Goddamn that's fun.

This is the game I want most for the switch. If it has a super smooth framerate that's all I'll ever ask for.

From the preview videos it looks super smooth. I cant wait.

This game is absurdly good on the switch. Maybe the best adaptation of the gyro controls so far.

Well I bought it and I like the combat system and the upgrade system. I might end up seeing this story of lesbian anime robots to the end.

If it keeps being this good I'll buy a physical copy aswell.

I came to post this very thing. Isn't EA already the poster child of corporate greed?

I love this game but the writing is at times horrible. It's so bad it hurts. The main storyline is good, with crane doing some bad things for the "greater good". But some npcs have horrible lines and horrible VO's. That is all really.

I have to go back to sniping zombies with my ranger bow. Also breaking zombie legs is the best.

I'm revisiting dying light on the switch. It runs very well. My nitpicks would be that there's no options to fine tune gyro, like at all. Which sucks tech land! If you guys need inspiration look at quake remastered, it damn near reaches mouse levels of accuracy. Also the writing is horrible. So goddamn awful. Bashing zombies is great tho.

I'll probably go right back to battle brothers after that. Maybe my favorite game on switch.
