I'm actually a few months younger than Pokémon

and I grew up with the anime (even though I did prefer Digimon)

and it was my oldest cousin (I'm the youngest of the generation btw) actually introduced me to the games, mainly through Stadium 1 & 2 on the N64

during Gen 3 and Gen 4 I kinda fell of, I still followed it, but my intrest was low

then came Gen 5, the first time I could play a mainline title on my own console, Pokémon White
and my intrest in the franchise was back (though I didn't really follow the anime again till Sun & Moon)

and ever since, I've played every single mainline title (always 1 of the 2 with the duo releases) and followed the anime closer

and now, I'm able to remember all 1025 different Pokémon

but what about Shovel of Hope DX?!

these are the only ones I really want to see

maybe it's time we see more of Shovel of Hope DX

that 3D Shovel Knight title Yacht Club is working on

I bought it on Switch 2
simply cause the game isn't available on mobile in my country (The Netherlands)

and from what I heard, the Switch version is a lot more user friendly

and as someone who's favorite starter of all time is Popplio (seriouslly, I fell in love with this little sea lion since its reveal)

maybe they should had their creatures not resemble the Pokémon so much

Pokémon, Digimon, Dragon Quest, Yo-Kai Watch, Spectrobes, all their creatures are able to stand apart, due to the different art style of the creatures

the only think I'm still unsure about
is if the digital games you already own, will automatically be changed into these Virtual Game Cards

all they had to do was make their capturing devices no spheres

give their creatures a unique style, it's way too similar to the Pokémon style (especially when you compare it to Digimon, Spectrobes, Yo-Kai Watch or Dragon Quest)

the 23 we see is the launch roster
btw why bring up Sage? she's from a mainline Sonic game
not from side content (like IDW or Prime), or from a different SEGA franchise

however
they do specify that the 23 characters are the launch characters
that explains why no other SEGA franchises have been shown
it starts as a Sonic only title

also largest roster? it has only 23 characters
SEGA Transformed (PC) has the biggest roster of any Sonic Racing title, with a total of 31 (not counting Speed Battle with over 100 characters)

and that game doesn't take place in Sonic's world
so technically it is a multiverse

if it was a crossover title, there would be SEGA and/or All-Stars in the title
it's Sonic Racing, not Sonic and SEGA Racing or Sonic and All-Stars Racing

I say take the Luigi's Mansion 2 approach
where it is 1 location, with multiple mansions
though in this case, haunted locations
like a cruise ship, a mall, ect.

the logos between CrossWorlds and Prime are way too similar to have it be a coincidence

but Generations clearly shows that the events did happen, they are canon
-the Worlds and Prime from the logos match
-the portal colors match with the Shatter Spaces
-Shadow was the one who took the Paradox Prism

and Ian's statement is technically correct
it's more accurate that it takes place after Colors (because of Orbot and Cubot) and Colors is also after Advance 3
and the events may be wiped out, but Sonic and Shadow do remember the events

plus, a lot of details from this teaser, matches with Prime

and, Prime is canon to the games
