Years ago I read an article that said one of the contractual obligations of winning the FIFA license was you had to publish on all major games systems. If that is correct, and knowing how FIFA will want it's brand out there as much as possible, this has nothing to do with profit and everything to do with minimal effort to meet contractual obligations with the licence holder.

The execs can justify it to each other that Nintendo fans don't buy yearly updates and they get to extend the licence agreement and milk the micro translations on PS and Xbox.

Great game, very enjoyable and well worth £3.59 on the 3DS VC.

This doesn't bother me too much, although the level itself is frustrating. There is stuff I wish they'd done, like a download code to the music, or booklet to accompany the release, but this will likely be patched it. Sunshine is the only one of the three I've not 100% completed in the past. Maybe this time! Maybe.

@Ferkner haven't got to that part yet but even in the first couple I noticed large pieces missed out.

For me this was one of the great consoles. I went mainly digital and the VC library in your hand is superb, especially if you were lucky enough to get the GBA games. Still play mine often, and I still love the 3D technology. I know it wasn't for everyone but I thought it was amazing. The 3DS library is diverse and fantastic. A perfect console for me.

Maybe it will be bundled with NS online, like it will with Gamepass. Probably not, but I can't see many people paying a monthly sub for such a meager output.

I had it for a few months on Xbox and then cancelled as I didn't get much value from it. It can only be worse on the Switch.

Not sure ARMs customer base will see this as good news. Also interesting to see claims that SoftBank are offsetting other loses in the portfolio, namely WeWork.

Still working through High Score on Netflix which so far is excellent.

A complete Lego replica of my Island. That would be fantastic.

Physical of these (even digital download) would be nice. Better than not having them at all though.

Ordered from Amazon as I couldn't get anything through on shop to. If it calms down tomorrow I might switch across.

I was out of internet connection bang on release time. By the time I got connection again I managed to get one in my bag but it wouldn't purchase, and then they were all gone. Disappointed but hopefully more are produced.

I wish they'd make another Lego city. Far and away the best Lego game. Dimensions was good, we have a load of the figures.

Backed the standard version as I love the idea but am terrible at drawing. Looking forward to something else different on the switch.

@doctorhino I have that one and the two Nintendo compendiums. They are all fantastic books. The master system is possibly my favourite. Well worth it.

I have this ordered but thinking about cancelling. It's neat but the whole collection is going to be a lot.

@LimitedRunDoug I'd talked myself out of the $60 edition, but $30 puts it back in the aisle of temptation.

Considering a second switch. Animal crossing had put a lot of strain on the whole family playing.

I've been hit for this, and it's a bit annoying. Had they put £16 extra on the backer fee then I guess i might not have done it. What's equally annoying is I was out, and the royal mail website has been unable to take payment to get redelivery.

I haven't had this with other kickstarter campaigns, but then I've had complete failures so at least this time I should get a product. Eventually. Kickstarter remains hit and miss. This one goes in the middle.

Yea this is a lovely lp but it's been out for quite a while. If you want to know what it sounds like head over to Spotify. It's been on there for ages.

I recently replaced a 3DS shell and buttons, but these screen replacements seem a whole other level. Maybe one day I'll give it a go.

I love Farfetch'd but haven't managed to evolve him yet in Shield. Very pleased to catch a few in Pokémon Go last night. Probably start the expansion pack next week.

I was getting concerned this wasn't going to emerge. Day one purchase. Just hope it runs well.

I think there is a decent run of hardware stock coming in the UK at the moment. I would suspect a lot of people are buying MarioKart with their new Switch.

Yea I'll buy this, I had it built in to my master system 2 as a kid. Bought the M2 version, and would play new levels with updated graphics. A good nostalgia hit.

I see Grid is on there at about a third off. First time I think it's been discounted. Think I'll pick that up.

@Heavyarms55 I haven't got to grips with pokemon home but was looking at it the other day. Support for Go would be welcome.

@JoeM103 It's a bit of an awkward scale. I think it's annual revenue for Pokemon Go, in Millions. So 1K on the scale = 1 billion USD in annual revenue. So 2019 revenue was 894 million USD.

For switch I've gone almost all physical. 3DS was mixed physical/download, but you could pack so much on to the memory cards I ended up taking advantage of quite a few offers with the gold coins.

Xbox I'm mainly digital. The sales are usually pretty compelling (I rarely buy new releases), plus you have to download it anyway and I trust Xbox more to make my purchases work on future consoles where I know Nintendo will try and sell me the same game again and again.

This wasn't on my radar but is now. Sounds pretty cool.

I've seen a lot more advertising for Luigi's mansion so that's obviously paying off. Who knew?

I still think the UK is weak for Nintendo, stock shortages just mean demand is outstripping supply. But who knows what the supply is like.

Either way, traditionally it's been a poor territory so it's great to see so many Nintendo titles in the top ten.

I considered getting FIFA 20 on the Xbox last week but it's still £30 for something which is meant to be a bit of a mess. I would have been day one for a switch version until they made it legacy edition. Let's see what FIFA 21 brings.

Never played COD or GTA5.

This does illustrate how little star wars is currently on the switch. Looking forward to pod racing later in the month.

Maybe on sale, that price seems high. Have it on 360 and the remastered is about £5-£10 regularly.

£20-£25 and I'd probably be swayed.

Definite day one purchase. Loved this on the PC some twenty years ago. Price isn't terrible, but online would be nice.

@Mr_Zurkon Cartoon Network I think. Whatever channel Teen Titans Go is on. Sure a few other channels like Nickelodeon or Disney XD. I think sometimes one add break can contain three or four switch adverts.

My kids have been watching a bit more TV lately and switch adverts are on all the time.

We share one Island on one switch, my youngest hasn't got the attention span and my oldest and I are ok to share. But I can't figure out how the second player can get the DIY recipes that the first player got from people like Blathers.

Such a great game/fitness. Looking forward to trying these.

Good, this closed down right around when I bought my first Xbox. Pleased to see it back.
