Link's Awakening and Dragon Quest. I was also able to secure an amiibo for the former. Baldur's Gate and possibly Icewind Dale are on my radar for later on.

I'm getting the game digitally, but it still would have been neat to have. Though honestly, I would have tried to import the Euro Steelbook version if it didn't sell out immediately.

The only problems I've had that weren't my fault were my old NES inevitably getting the screen blinks and an N64 controller's A button that stopped working after a while.

@Roibeard64 It was on Sonic Classic Collection on DS in 2010 I think, but that was the last release of the game to my knowledge.

Some years back I bought a Minecraft pig plush that could reverse into a porkchop. It was 20 dollars.

Unpopular opinion here: I mainly agree with this list. Chrono Trigger is definitely my favorite game on the system, remake or not, and I think both the DS Zelda games are garbage.

I'm pretty sure I'm nearing the end of Dragon Quest Builders 2, I'm gonna try to clear that this weekend. Also gonna start getting into current endgame stuff on Final Fantasy XIV.

I'm pretty excited to be able to play around in the DQX setting, especially since Squeenix will probably never release that game in the west.

I'll be playing Final Fantasy XIV as usual, I'm right at the final boss of the new expansion. I also still have a lot more to go with Dragon Quest Builders 2 so I'm going to focus more on that when I'm done.

I wouldn't trust modern Rare to be able to tie their own shoes in the morning let alone make a decent game. All the Banjo devs went and made their own company, and their spiritual successor ended up being incredibly divisive. There is a market but it's not a huge one from what I can see.

Final Fantasy XIV and Dragon Quest Builders 2

I've been hyped for this since they announced it like last year. Had some fun with the demo and am highly looking forward to the game itself.

From what I can see here, this is a no-buy for me. Considering how I use my Switch, I wouldn't be able to do a lot of what I use it for with this new model, and as far as a dedicated handheld goes, my 3DS is still far more convenient.

Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers is in early access and I'm basically just playing that.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 demo! Perfect timing, too, as Final Fantasy XIV is down today while they impliment the new expansion.

I'm resubscribing to Final Fantasy XIV today, so at least mostly that.

Got the slime controller preordered. It'll look great next to the PS4 one!

Sorry, but I've lost faith in Bethesda to truly do right by their consumers the past few months and I'm not giving them any more money. I'm not denying that they've made good games and I already have Skyrim and Doom on my Switch, but I got those before the Fallout 76 debacle and that's gonna be it from here on out.

I've been told that I'm near the end of Final Fantasy VI so hopefully I can power through the rest of it. My goal is to clear it before I resub to FFXIV next Saturday.

@Fred13 Not as much as a standard controller, but not bad in my opinion.

@BlueMage Lots of folks say it's uncomfortable to hold, which is understandable. I personally wouldn't go that far, though it does take some getting used to, and the D-pad is at a slightly wonky angle. I played the majority of DQXI with this and had no issues.

I have the PS4 one. I am incredibly tempted to get this one as well.

Is there gonna be an article like this every time a Just Dance game is announced for the Wii? Other than that, there are no new games for the system and the online store was deactivated earlier this year. As far as I'm concerned, the system has been dead.

Still working on Final Fantasy VI Advance.

Seems like it would be neat, but like Pokemon Go, it doesn't really fit my lifestyle so I probably wouldn't play it that much.

Final Fantasy VI Advance

Looking to finish up Crystalis and move on to some assorted shorter games to boost my clear count for the year. Still have a way to go to try and surpass 50 (last year's count).

Been feeling kind of "blah" lately and haven't felt the want to play much. If anything, I did finally get a chance to grab Joker on Smash, so I can play that for a bit and explore the new content, also Final Fantasy XIV and Crystalis, the latter of which I really want to complete but haven't been in the best of mindsets to play.

This just makes me wish I could play all my 3DS and Switch games on the same console and have all my favorite stuff split between less things.

Need to make up for lost time on Final Fantasy XIV, but I've also started Crystalis for the first time, so I'll be putting some progress into that as well.

Joing this would involve giving Besthesda money, so that's a dealbreaker.

As much as I dislike DLC like this in general I'll still bite for some of it. I don't care anymore.

More Final Fantasy XIV and Poochy & Yoshi's Wooly World

Glad to see many of my favorites on the list; Wario Land, Mole Mania, Final Fantasy Adventure, Pokemon, and of course Link's Awakening: my favorite game of all time. Another game I would recommend if you can get a chance to play it is For the Frog the Bell Tolls. It was only released in Japan but I picked it up last year and it easily became one of my favorites on the system; super fun and full of charm.

Nothing for me right away but I'll likely pick up the Smash Bros Fighters Pass after I get paid next week.

Mostly Final Fantasy XIV, I think. I was going to start Seiken Densetsu 3, but right after coming off of Secret of Mana I figure it'd be better to start up a different game to avoid burnout on similar gameplay. Hence, I'll be playing Phantasy Star for the first time.

@NotoriousWhiz I like this version more. As much as I like the Genesis version I'm not very good at it, and even with the difficulty turned down I've never passed the third epoch with the limited continues. This version has a lot more polish and enemy variety and is overall more interesting and fun to me.

I completely disagree. I was looking forward to this for months and was not disappointed. My friend and I played through it and had a blast.

After a couple months break, I'll be getting back into Final Fantast XIV today. I also forsee myself clearing my current run of Secret of Mana and possibly finding time to start up Seiken Densetsu 3.
