Already bought Power Rangers. While the lack of content at launch is very disappointing, I am amazed at how well the game plays. It's exactly the MvC clone I was hoping it'd be!
Gain Ground...
No, pop-up window. I can't think of anything else to say.
We could use an updated review for Baseball Stars 2. The current review is from the Wii VC days.
Picking up the physical dragon marked for death soon. I want Power Rangers BFTG but only 9 characters for 3v3 seems incredibly lacking unless you shell out $40 for the "collectors" edition with a season pass, maybe a complete physical release later.
Will get Yoshi someday, but not until it’s $40 or less.
I feel like I’m falling out of love with gaming. /sigh
Yoshi physical release for me this week
I'm waiting for a good sale. I'll spend loads of money next month with Dragons Dogma, CupHead, Final Fantasy...
@DockEllisD Thanks!
Nothing for me this week. Not trying to get heavily invested in something before all the good stuff releases next month.
@Mach_Rider can you use the mega-zords or is it just the rangers?
Yoshi and Darksiders shall busy me until Dragon’s Dogma and FFX/X2 (SE Asia all in one card edition) as well as possibly MK11 and whatever else (Cuphead/Steameorld Quest) hit in April; as well as the new StarLink content. What a busy season for gaming!
If you have Prime, Yoshi is only $52 right now, go go go!
Physical copy of Yoshi
Alex Kidd
Baseball Stars 2
Oh adorable Yoshi, my buddy. You deserve all the downloads. Yes, you’ve gotten more and more cutesy over the years, but you’re still number one in my book.
Wheel, snipe, celly boys!
Yoshi and darksiders! Maybe metagal too
Goken looks great! Picking that one up
Just Yoshi and maybe Metagal for me.
Yoshi and Darksiders (both physical) and Alex Kidd for me.
I just placed my order with Amazon for Yoshi. I enjoyed the demo they made available, so looking forward to getting the physical copy and playing through it.
THQnordic's stunt on 8chan makes me want to pass on their games for awhile. Which is a shame, Darksiders is one of my very favorite series.
I really hope Darksiders: Warmastered Edition does well on the Switch. I'd like to eventually see Darksiders II on the system.
Baseball Stars 2 for me since I didn't got the chance to play it on WiiWare. I'm so glad it finally arrived on the Switch. Great timing as well 'cause baseball season is about to start!
I wanna do She Remembered Caterpillars, but I want NL to do a review for it 1st. Gotta choke back that impulse buy twitch
@justin233
Me too on both counts. Maybe if I'm really wanting to play something down the road, and this is $40, then I might be in. Looks like a decent game, just not sure its $60 for me.
I'm just not into my Switch lately and am wondering if I'm just tired of gaming altogether. Octopath is my game of choice, I'm on the level 3's, but I haven't played for a couple weeks.
Alex the Kidd!
(looking forward to Yoshi at a later date too
@BradC40 Maybe I'm just getting old, but I'm finding a lot of other hobbies of much more interest to me (I like aquariums with live plants/gardening and am trying to start a business involving it) so most of my money is going in that direction. Want to buy some houseplants?
@waluigifan1 So far only Megazord and Dragonzord are available as Specials - that is, you call them in during the Ranger fight and they stomp on your enemy or hit them with sword/tail, etc...
They're not playable in the traditional sense, unfortunately.
I'll be renting both Yoshi and Darksiders from GameFly and may add Sega Ages: Alex Kidd in Miracle World to my backlog.
Got Yoshi coming tomorrow, will buy Dragons Dogma and Cuphead next month and Assassins Creed III in May.
Then E3 will hit and the hype train will roll in for those unannounced beauties we have coming.
@justin233 I got two already for my apartment, but thanks.
After 9 months off, I'm getting back into brewing beer. Good beer too, commercial quality. Also with the weather warming up, I'll be hiking a lot more in parks. A friend is getting me into shooting and I'll be buying a gun soon. Would rather do all that than play Switch games, but who knows, maybe next winter I'll get back into gaming.
@frogopus Definitely interested in vivariums and paludariums. Are you talking the backgrounds made from eggcrate and foam then coated in soil/peat/coir? Do people contract you to set them up or how does that work? Making a bio active paludarium is next on my list. Maybe with fiddler crabs or something like that. Recently set up my first planted tank and I’ve been making terrariums lately.
I'll need to go and pickup my copy of Yoshi from the local games shop tomorrow. Fun.
Alex Kidd, Gain Ground & Armed F! Yoshi down the road...
@frogopus That's awesome. I'd love to see photos when it is done!
Trials Rising is 20% off until April 1st.
Still consumed with Fate/Estella Link. Superb entry to the series.
Already downloaded Final Fantasy and will probably pick up a copy of Yoshi tomorrow. My backlog is getting to Steam levels at this point and I am not even counting the unplayed games I have on Steam. lol
baseball stars 2 for me.
