Good grief, the callous entitlement I see sometimes is something to behold. While being a far, far, far cry from either the Wii U days, the N64 days or even the freaking Wii days, the Switch is still routinely skipped over whenever any third party IP announces a new iteration. "Simply buy an Xbox or a PS5", we're told.

Your argument is on point, but as the climate created by cancel culture escalates I think we should start separating personal problems and artistic value every now and then.
Pick the late Italian comedian Paolo Villaggio. The cruel pranks he pulled off while not shooting were... less than candid, to put it bluntly. White Collar Blues still remains one of the greatest strokes of darkly comedic genius my country had to offer.

My guess is Charles Martinet was involved at Nintendo's request, to supervise the voice acting for his characters. That's when the decision to give him a cameo came about.
If he tutored Pratt and Day, we're in for a win-win. Especially Charlie Day, who is just a perfect fit for Luigi.

Nintendo, give us a great character to round off the Smash roster and a Kingdom Hearts port. I'll gladly throw not only money at the screen, but also a sample of my own blood.

The only reason I'd want Waluigi in the next Smash game is just to never see the dreadful "racket-club-pan" rotation in Peach's side Smash attack again. Just let one character be devoted to the sport games so that Peach can properly reference Super Mario RPG all the time.

My girlfriend got a premature cataract on her right (our left) eye when she was in the womb. Looking for something is, for her, much more of a "needle in a haystack" thing than for most of us. I can see that as her eyes start sorta-darting left and right when trying to look for something at a store; it's how I can tell she's trying to focus. Also, as I'm sure @BloodNinja can attest at this point, she compares a staircase's steps to a slide when having to walk down. That's why I'm there to say "step, step, step, step" as she has to walk down a staircase that's new to her. No depth perception is one hella harsh condition to deal with.

Today we got mail from Nintendo of Italy... it was a press release detailing who Wario is.
Not complaining given I might end up reviewing the game anyway, just... says a lot about the gap in game journalism.

Look, I recognize his great game design choices from the NES all the way towards the N64, but I think that, between the "no story" diktat seen in Galaxy 2, the whole "flipping tables" attitude and Metroid Prime's "genius" split between different visors, the time to take a step back is due. Koizumi has already proved to be the most worthy successor he could ever hope for.

Well, I mean, as awesome as it is (and it is, make no mistake), Retro City Rampage can satisfy my, well, rampage fix for so long. It's also weird it's taking Rockstar this long. I mean, the Switch sells, and yet their only game on the system so far is L.A. Noire for some reason.

Hoo boy! Here's hoping we get a new rockin' remix of the best songs in the game! (Which is most of them, honestly.)

If you've ever been on the fence as a Nintendo purist, the time to change your mind is now. Crash 4 went a bit overboard with the difficulty, but this deal is a no-brainer. You get basically half of what was good about PS1 (Spyro being the other half) for a ridiculously tempting price.
Man, having these games on Switch feels good.

"Where it belongs" is a bit harsh, considering the "Do you like it?" message written in coins the demo had. It was meant to be a pitch and it could have changed the gaming industry as we know it forever.

Bought Spyro Reignited Trilogy on Xbox, 100%d it, and then bought and 100%'d it on Switch too. Vowed to never make the same mistake again, proved right with Crash Bandicoot 4.
Now all that's left is a Kingdom Hearts HD Remix port and I'll have plenty of stuff to wait ports with.

As long as this means access to the E3 demos, which are pretty much shrouded in myth at this point, I'm in.

I dunno, there's just something about giving us shinies and/or legendaries instead. Y'know, considering those are, like, pieces of code that are already in the game.
Said it before, will say again - Pokémon singlehandedly kept the makers of GameShark afloat, and it shouldn't be hard to see why.

Why, that's just going overboard in the opposite direction. Not ending FP1 with Byleth was the only true mistake on Nintendo's part.
Corrin was one thing, as his/her game wasn't out in the west yet. Byleth's only reason to be in Ultimate post-launch is promotion (admit it) and it wouldn't have been an eyesore in the core game. I'd rather have taken, say, King K. Rool or Ridley as the final FP1 character instead if Nintendo was so hellbent on ending the first pack with a first party rep for the sake of hyping up FP2. Way more hype that way.
I'm perfectly fine with the Melee, Brawl, Awakening and Fates characters as far as Fire Emblem is concerned. Odd as it may sound, but Byleth was where I drew the line.
