I'm glad Nintendo didn't spend 4-5 minutes of the Direct on Smash Bros.

Can't believe this is really the last DLC character. Feels like the end of an era.

The smash announcement could've been put in the timeslot where they talked about an American animated film.

I love that this Direct had announcements for two future Directs.

Considering how the only other characters revealed like this were Byleth and Steve, I have no idea who to expect if they're trying to hype it up as a separate deal

As I said before, I expect blood regardless.

I would personally like to the see this guy in my profile picture to get in. After the flop of Zip-Lash, he could certainly use it.

I have a feeling that this will be a bigger announcement than normal if Nintendo are allocating a separate announcement for this.

I have a feeling that an additional character will be included (either for free or for owners of both passes) as a last hurrah, possibly (as indifferent as I am to him) Waluigi.

Well whoever that final Smash fighter is, I know it won't be one in my list hopefully it's worth making the whole direct.

Dixie or Funky would be alright, but what Smash needs is Cranky, to put the rest of these so-called "video game icons" where they deserve to be.

Actually, revealing Waluigi at the last minute would be the perfect way to reveal a new era of Echo Fighter DLC. Waluigi would be a great echo fighter. Being a mirror of Luigi (with a few changeups) would be pretty logical honestly.

Was waiting for a final smasher in s direct but it's a standalone event. Makes sense.

Not bothered on last character already setting my expectations low now because the ones I want are either mii costumes, stickers or assist torphy so whatever happens happens.

I've lost hope for this entire game. Nothing but awful selections (outside of Pyra/Mythra) for the Fighter's Passes.

Sakurai REALLY dropped the ball on DLC selection for this bloated mess of a game.

It cannot be Reimu Hakurei. I gave up on her, because if she's the representation of the Final DLC, my New Year's Eve plans will be ruined. Don't take this the wrong way. I am a huge fan of her. I don't hate her. I like her so much, but I don't think it's a good idea if she made it. Sora is leaked a lot in some news, but I'm voting for Crash Bandicoot. I haven't play his games in all my life, and if he makes it, I will finally play as him. Sakurai already made his presentation. So he made his decision already. We can wait until October 5th and see what happens.
