Is online in Hotshot Racing alive? This review has reminded me that I had that game collecting dust after finishing grand prix once or twice.

Lately I only pre order to get a new game as soon as I can since they ship at launch. The local Game Stop is at an out-of-the-way spot & doesn't stay well-stocked.

Kinda makes me think of Pong, but played with Contra characters.

Wish Nintendo kept letting us play music off our memory cards in games like they did with Excite Truck

@RubyCarbuncle Imagine playing both a turn-based & RTS at the same time while your cursor is attacked like in a top-down space shooter. It gets nuts & frustrating.

Yet, I recommend trying it if you can. If anything, just so gamers can see how the heck they pulled this off.

More Triangle Strategy here. While I plan on getting the MK8 dlc eventually, the itch to play it again isn't there right now.

Hmm liked the Volta-X & Penguin Wars soundtracks myself.

If I had locals to play it with, I'd consider getting this just for Micro Mages.

Wow. And I thought their port of Alpha 3 on the GBA was impressive.

Could have won me over if we had 3D avatars sitting at tables & playing Duelyst had they not ended that game.

Wish there was a random track option, but pretty neat all the same.

So... is it a sequel to Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds or a re-telling of the first game as a fighter?

@Shade_Koopa I've heard this was the case. Think the lack of friends willing to try stuff like this is why I walked away from the game.

Well, that & once you start losing, it seems harder & harder to get yourself back in the groove as the game starts pairing you with more & more bad randoms.

Liked the original on Steam. But yeah, not much of an online community. I think the one time I did stumble into a lobby, I got kicked after winning one too many rounds of battle mode.

Haven't played in a while since after getting all the online tournament unlocks. Glad to see more offline content. Might be time to dust off my Voltas.

Also, as someone who uses some of the faster moving pilots, that ice launcher sounds potentially devastating.

If the WiiU eshop still occasionally had sales I'd say the WiiU would be worth it for sure. I've thought about finishing my VC collection of Mega Man games & getting Super Castlevania IV but with both Switch collections often going on sale for like $10...

Deluxe may not have any new tracks but with the DLC included & fire-hopping removed, I was sold.

@Clyde_Radcliffe Didn't even think of an online Kirby Air Rider til just now. Imagine City Ride online working like a MMO with a bunch of players flying around a huge city for a while.

There doesn't seem to be a Ms. Pac-Man theme yet so not too tempted on DLC save for maybe single player.

As happy as I am to see Zack Sabre Jr. in there I think I'll pass. I'm still holding out hope for a Saturday Night Slammasters spiritual sequel.

I can't even find the TMNT Arcade game on the search. No wonder it's not on this list. Couldn't find Strider or Code Name: Viper either.

Destiny is my fav of the lot. Would love to try an HD remake of that as well as Destiny 2. Symphonia ain't bad either of course.

Well...has a tentacle monster doing the dab & a girl flipping the double bird for some reason, so I can't totally ignore this one.

@SM3DASislit Combination of backlog & mostly single-player games.

When I uninstall games it's more about not planning on ever playing it again than saving space.

@SM3DASislit For now, yeah. Don't know how active I'll be. Been on a solo gaming kick lately. But for now, it's staying installed.

@SM3DASislit Tried it earlier today. Not bad. I know it gets compared to Splatoon 2, but I see free for all as a nice break from the random teams I've had to deal with there. Plus being a lousy shot isn't as big a handicap in this.

As annoying as the weapon clash thing can be I'll take rock/paper/scissors over the button mashing method you see in fighting & wrestling games.

I keep forgetting to try this game...

Funny enough the Game Boy versions of Samurai Shodown & Battle Arena Toshinden actualy had bigger character rosters via unlockables than their originals.
