I only played San Andreas on my PS2 back in the day. I didn't quite understand how to play it actually, I was young and all I did was drive around the city. And sure it was fun but I bet there's more to it than just that. So yes, I'm planning on getting it but only on physical.
Ok this has to include the N64 Online service. It makes sense having the controller rumour. I dont think it is a Game Boy controller, it wouldn't make sense I think.
And please don't let it have a huge amount of the suscription price. I would pay an extra $5 but not much above that.
Nothing beats Dire dire docks. I swear I can feel myself as a young 10 year old boy playing it for the first time, nothing brings me back to my childhood like DDD does.
And I strongly agree with Steam Gardens, such an amazing piece of music. Everything on Mario Odyssey sounds great, but that song stands out.
@Chowdaire I don't think I am on the second half yet. I'm on the Lake Floria right now, about to get to the Cistern dungeon. Enjoying it so far. And it's true I'm playing the game on handheld mode, and the controls are great. It feels so natural so swing your sword with the right stick. And the camera too, it just flows.
Maybe on Wii U or even on Switch I guess the controls could get frustrating if your playing it with only motion control.
But well, I repeat, it is not the greatest Zelda game ever, but it is an amazing experience. And feels Zelda-ish through and through.
BTW, this is a very unpopular opinion, but I'm playing Skyward Sword for the first time, never played it on Wii U, and I'm having such an amazing time. I cannot understand the hate it gets from fans. Yes, it no Breathe of the Wild, but the game is gorgeous. Flying through the sky, revisiting every land to find something new, I'm just loving this game.
I was gonna play it either way because this was the only Zelda game I haven't played, but reading the reviews set the expectations really low. But I just can't get why it was received with such negativity.
Anyway, go play it yourself if you never played it.
@Qwertyninty Yes, the hair is the worst part. By far. But it doesn't look so bad when you're actually fighting, or maybe is not as noticeable as in the intros.
Amazing game. I was kinda scared because I felt the Switch couldn't handle it well, but the quality really shines. The only raw moments are the intros where there is a totally different lightning and you can tell it's lowgrade, but you get used to it fast enough, and it doesn't affect the quality of the fighting (which is amazing).
Mario Odyssey 2 A new Donkey Kong Another Zelda remake (hopefully Wind Waker and Twilight Princess) And a Game Boy, GBA or N64 switch online.
I don't think I'm asking for too much. A new Mario game is really need at this point after many ports. A DK game is being rumored and its hopefully happening. A Zelda remake is something natural since it's its 35th anniversary. And some new console addition to the Switch Online os basically free for Nintendo to do, so I dont think is really nuts what I'm asking for.
@Snatcher I did! Super hard. Those last levels almost took me one day per level to finish them, but it's extremely rewarding. I couldn't obtain all the time trials reliques though, that's another level of hardness I just cannot get into. But I did managed to get all gold reliques, so that's enough for me (and you only need the basic blue relique to get the 100% score).
I highly recommend this one. Looks amazing for a Switch port. Yes, there is this weird texture when playing in handheld, but it is not distracting at all and it plays smoothly enough even to notice some downgrade. Amazing game, super challenging though (I complete it 100% with +70 hours), but never impossible and never unfair.
Best Crash game, and if you loved the previous trilogy, you have to play this one.
I really think we need a Mario Kart 9. The switch is the only home console not to get his own MK, considering 8D is just a port. So yes, they can feed us with a DLC (I'm really surprised they haven't already), but I wish we get eventually a full new game.
How can there be so many Street Fighter games on the list, and no Killer Instinct or Mortal Kombat 3? Don't get me wrong, I love Street Fighter, but KI and MK3 were iconic, and I played them to death when I was a young kid. Maybe they were more popular here in latin America than Street Fighter, I guess.
My favorite handheld ever. I've spent so many hours on it. Playing Switch so much lately, it feels strange when I grab my 3DS, but the memories are still intact.
I love the hybrid console. I was always a fan of handhelds, and I got them all. When the GB was out, I had the GBA and I couldn't afford one. Same with the Wii and Wii U, I never got those because I had a DS and a 3DS. And for people who live with a minimum wage at those times, I wasn't able to get one home console.
So when the Switch came out, it was like a state of mental peace to only have to worry about getting one console and not having to choose between the handheld or the bigger one.
Super Mario 64 will be the easiest transition. I'm still wondering how natural will feel the Sunshine and Galaxy controls. And I didn't play neither of those (I never had a Game Cube nor a Wii). So this game excites me beyond words.
I would buy every single one of them. I hope Nintendo re releases at least some. I love the new Mario one, but I wish it had the original Mario game from the Game and Watch, not only Ball. I'm still getting it though.
I actually have so much good memories with All Stars. Remember opening up my SNES when I was a child, put this cartridge on, and automatically feel that everything looks better. I wasn't aware of any promotional pic of anything, I didn't even knew what a SNES was. My father just bought it, brought it home, and I discovered that magical color palette over the NES one. So to play this game, with flaws and all, reminds me of that magical time.
Us, 90s kids, are so blessed to have had enjoy these times in gaming history. I can't love Nintendo and Mario enough.
Everything this September is making up for this horrendous year we are living.
I cannot put in words how excited I am. I never played Sunshine nor Galaxy (I was kinda poor at that time), so having now a chance to play these games makes me so excited (those are the only Mario games I never played). I'm beyond excited. This, plus 3D World, All Stars, and the Game & Watch made my day so much better.
I really need Silksong. Hollow Knight is probably my favorite game on Switch. And I was looking forward to Cyber Shadow, hope it's still going to be released this year.

How many hours until it drops?
Re: Poll: N64 And Sega Genesis Nintendo Switch Online Games Launch Today - Which Will You Play First?
OMG I thought it was going to be released on the 28th, I don't know why.
I tried to get my suscription but I don't know how to upgrade this. Is available right now? Can't find it on the eshop.
Re: Poll: The Hype For Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Is High, Is It In Your Switch Plans?

Re: Feature: 8 Games That Missed Nintendo Hardware
Tomb Raider is the greatest omission to be honest.
I still have hope we can eventually get it in the future for Switch.
Re: Random: Uh-Oh, Nintendo's Switch Online 'Expansion Pack - Overview Trailer' Is Generating A Lot Of Dislikes
Hope this amount of dislikes makes them rethink some things and low the price. I doubt it will.
Re: Poll: What Do You Think Of The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack Price?
It is expensive, for sure.
I will get it because I didn't play half of those N64 games, and I really want to play Banjo again after 20 years.
But yes, I was expecting maybe $10, not $30.
Re: Nintendo 64 And Sega Genesis Expansion Pack Announced For Switch Online, Launches This October
What is the reasonable price for this?
I won't pay another 20 bucks. Maybe 10 extra?
Re: Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, 23rd September

Re: Rumour: It Looks Like Nintendo Will Soon Unveil A New Controller For Switch
I really hope it's the N64 controller.
Re: The 'Castlevania Advance Collection' Has Been Rated For Switch In Taiwan
Finally. I'm so gonna buy this.
I only played Aria, so this is super exciting.

Re: UK Charts: Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Soars Straight To Number One
Good for Zelda.
Can't believe how high Mario Kart remains.
We don't get MK9 anytime soon I fear.
Re: 16-Bit Cult Classic Valis Is Getting Rebooted On Nintendo Switch
Loved Valis 3 when I was a kid. I'm so gonna check this out.
Re: E3: Get Your Nintendo Life E3 2021 Bingo Cards Here!
I only need:
Mario Odyssey 2
A new Donkey Kong
Another Zelda remake (hopefully Wind Waker and Twilight Princess)
And a Game Boy, GBA or N64 switch online.
I don't think I'm asking for too much.

Re: Feature: Our Predictions For Nintendo's E3 2021 Direct
I really wish they announce something for Nintendo Online too. Whether it's N64, Game Boy or GBA, I will be totally pleased.
Also, this is some of my predictions:
-A new Mario Odyssey;
-Donkey Kong World (or something 3D);
-Zelda BOTW 2 footage.
And I really do hope they will announce a new Mario kind of game, whether it's a Peach game, a Wario game, a Waluigi game, or something on the like.
Re: Here's Your First Look At Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl And Legends: Arceus' Boxarts
I really like the desing for Legends.
BD and SP look like we already knew it was gonna look, I mean, none of the Pokémon boxarts look amazing (besides Blue and Red, and Silver and Gold). They really don't put that much effort on them it seems. Still like the overall consistent art though.

I need Cuphead, Silksong and Shovel Knight Dig news.
Re: Feature: Best NES Games
But where is Kid Dracula???
Re: Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, Wednesday 17th February
All I need is a N64 or GBA Online announcement. This and hopefully a new Donkey Kong, Mario and Zelda game.
Please Nintendo.

Or have they added the rewind feature?

Looks so good, and I'm so buying it.

@Mirage-5x5
So it has no cartridge? Just a code?

No Tetrisphere? No MK Trilogy?
Re: Poll: Rate Your Favourite Nintendo 64 Games
This makes me wanna a N64 mini, or at least a N64 Online service on switch.

I'm still wondering how natural will feel the Sunshine and Galaxy controls. And I didn't play neither of those (I never had a Game Cube nor a Wii). So this game excites me beyond words.
Re: Nintendo Launches Website For The Original Super Mario Bros. Game
I need an official walpaper with that Mario design.
