@JaxonH Yep, always glad to pay a little extra for a cart, if reasonable. Hoping some of the bigger indies (Yooka, Fast RMX, Rime) get a physical release.

Would've jumped on $30 with Best Buy Gamer's Club dropping the price to $24. Even $32 is a bit much for what it is, though would like to have the cart.

These guys are amazing.

Mega Man Legends + Tron Bonne Collection or Power Stone Collection with online multiplayer for Switch. Either would be awesome!

@Smug43 In addition, according to Shin'en, they've also added "many new visual effects" which I assume translates to improved lighting, particles, and perhaps texture fidelity.

@_ijin I think the claims of region free only concern physical releases. The eshops will probably be separate and its likely we won't be able to hop between regions to download JP games.

@Manjushri I do agree that White Denim was a much better choice to represent Nintendo. If you close your eyes, this commercials sounds just a bit too much like a Sony ad...

Been waiting for a sale on Guacamelee, so half price sounds good to me.

I picked up a refurbished Wii u with nintendoland from the Nintendo store in July 2014 for this price. Thought it was a great deal and the unit was in perfect condition.

So many nostalgic sound effects.

@bitleman I guess I was mainly thinking of the land-based missions with Splatoon controls since they were so much slower. The flight missions could be really cool with pointer controls.

@kotag Once you get used to that battle system, it's hard to go back. Would love to see Bravely 3rd on the Switch.

Bravely Second was number one for me, but unrepresented. Ah well.

In fact, I could see another 3rd person Kid Icarus game working really well with Splatoon controls.

Would really love a Switch follow-up to Uprising.

@DanteSolablood I've read that modern game engines like Unreal 4 are very pliable too. So the Switch version might not look quite as good, but the architecture wouldn't keep it from coming to the system.

@yomanation Too early to tell. Sony and MS have both committed to supporting older PS4s and Xbox systems in spite of the Pro and Scorpio being much more powerful. If the Switch is at least as powerful as the OG Xbone, then it should get support. Devs are saying that it's a joy to develop for the Switch.

@Ralizah Agree. Big difference I do see is that it seems a lot easier for Nintendo to riff on their existing franchises, where it's not as common for a movie studio to develop multiple sequels to a movie.

@ReifuTD Would love to see Overwatch on the Switch. One of the only PS4/Xbone/PC games I've regretted not being able to play.

@Ralizah You have a point, but I am still hopeful for the future of both. I think the recent "From Up on Poppy Hill" is one of Ghibli's best and Splatoon, for example, is a huge Nintendo home run.

@Grandpa_Pixel Totally agree. No magic from MS or Sony. I say it often, but I think it's apropos: Nintendo is the Studio Ghibli of video games.

@Dpishere Like you, there are so few exclusives on the other platforms that I want to play that I would be totally happy with even decent 3rd party support on Switch.

@Grandpa_Pixel I reluctantly bought a PS3 to pass the time during the WiiU drought (wanted to play Destiny and revisit Shadow of the Colossus) and I am so underwhelmed. Also, can't stand the crazy software installs and long load times. So glad Switch is using game cards.

If Switch will be getting many of the same games as the XbOne, I don't see how this is not competition. I would personally rather have a game on a versatile system like the switch, even sacrificing some graphical fidelity if need be.

@aaronsullivan Project Sonic was my first thought. Sega obviously has a dev kit and have announced the game for NX. The system is not going to be underpowered.

I found that playing NFS: Most Wanted U made me uncomfortable driving so slow.
