Other than that, I’m setting up a 36G bowfront planted aquarium using the Walstad method. Mineralizing dirt is no fun. Mud everywhere. Can’t wait to have a huge colony of cherry shrimp and lush tropical underwater plants though!

I kind of want a game where you rampage through a tiny city as a massive Pikmin now.

Wake me up when there’s Paper Mario + TTYD remakes coming to Switch.

I’m holding out on buying a second set because I’m hoping for them to release the Labo cardboard or SNES themed ones.

Please shift all efforts to Switch, Nintendo. Would have loved Luigi’s Mansion, Yoshi’s Woolly World, and Kirby’s Epic Yarn ports for Switch instead (but I get that downgrading them to 3DS is easier than upgrading them to Switch unless they’d be straight VC style ports with original graphics, but look at Captain Toad).

I doubt I'll get it at $60 since I've played it on Wii U, but eventually.

I hope Nintendo tries something drastically different with the next 2D Mario. A new art style, at least (hand drawn would be cool). The ‘New’ series was quite bland in my opinion.

@Shambo I know. The fact that the US version is hard to find made me want it even more.

@RupeeClock I had a hell of a time finding it physically and I’m in the US. 😭 Ended up having to get it from an eBay scalper for $60 (which is actually a good deal as most are going for $85+).

I’d personally love to see Geno playable in Smash. I’d also love a remake of Mario RPG.

Where is Katamari?

Katamari all the way! Even for the $65 I had to pay for physical, it’s well worth it. I should have preordered Katamari instead of Smash (it’s been a nightmare to find)!

Will get Gardens Between, Lumines, and Gorgoa sooner or later.

I was the coolest kid at school in 1996 with my game genie and action replays. Sad.

Still trying to find Katamari ReRoll physical in US. Every GameStop in my state is sold out. 😭 I didn’t think it would sell out so quickly with Smash’s release being the same day (and I foolishly didn’t preorder). Of course they are sold out online as well.

Any word on a restock? I guess I’ll resort to importing if necessary.

Anyone have a copy they’ll sell or know of a GameStop with one in stock? I’ll pay what’s necessary within reason.

I refuse to “own” my favorite third-party franchise digitally. Such a stupid retailer exclusive idea!

I’m a die hard Smash fan, but
Splatoon 2 > Smash Ultimate

Physical only for me unless the game is available digital only (and I try to hold out for good sales on digital). I like reselling the physical games later. It’s a hobby within a hobby. I can’t resell digital games I regret like Pan-Pan and Human Fall Flat.

@Friendly Disconnects mostly. I would get half way through a game and it would disconnect and end the match. I'm worried Smash will be nothing but lag for me.

@Friendly I played Splatoon 2 from launch until Sep 2018 - 700+ hours. Lots of issues. Signed up and used trial. Lots of issues. Smash came out. Read comments from many saying online is still broken. Commented here about my situation. I don’t want to waste $20 on mostly broken online.

Disappointed with Smash as playing online was the main appeal. Sounds like people are having lots of issues and I’m not wasting $20 on broken online play.

This is an amazing game and everyone should experience it at least once.
