It isn’t the same thing. Like I said, when Ori one was released, Ori 2 was still in development and had six months exclusivity to X-Box because they are Microsoft games.

@SwitchForce The point of bringing up Mario and Duck Hunt is this has always been happening. The people who bought the individual copies made an investment. They will likely increase in value more than the dual copy.

@Kreko the physical version for the first came out while they were still making the second one. Those carts have also been out for a while. Are you mad about Sonic Mania and Sonic all stars racing being on a cart together? What about Mario and Duck Hunt being on an nes cart together?

I feel like this is the highest rating NL has given a mainline Warriors game.

I haven’t enjoyed a Mario Party title since the game cube. Hopefully they’re doing something different and that franchise will get passed on to a different developer.

@MajorTom didn’t we just go over how the last one took 3 years and you replied with “it’s already been 3”? Pretty sure COVID had an effect on that 3. Anyway, Platinum has a great track record and has released 4 games (3 being ports) on the system in the last 3 years. I highly doubt they are going to stop the 1 release minimum per year streak. Especially when bayonetta 3 has been bankrolled by Nintendo. We haven’t seen anything from final fantasy 16 or the next elder scrolls and I seriously doubt they’re canceled.

@MajorTom I’m sure there is nothing about 2020 that’s been different than any other year on a global level. Nothing at all.

2019 they published a small game and a Kirby game. 2020 they published a small game and a Kirby game. I’m expecting the same in 2021.

@Heavyarms55 I would argue the Miles Morales is that killer title, but one killer title is rarely enough. The only examples I can think of where this strategy worked was BOTW and Wii Sports.

@NGNYS it’s called COVID. Supply chains and manufacturing is really really messed up right now. The uptick in Switch sales has probably been effected by folks who couldn’t get a ps5 for holiday and got a switch instead. Not everything is a conspiracy. Typically the easiest answer is the correct one.

Played the first one on pc and loved it.
