@Bomberman64 Ok, if emulating completely different devices is the same, I look forward too a complete Sega Saturn emulator that works flawlessly in the near future.
So far I’ve only used NSO Expansion in docked mode. Zelda OOT : 111 min Mario 64 : 26 min Yoshi’s Story : 12 min Winback : 10 min Shining Force : 90 min Streets Of Rage 2 : 55 min Castlevania: 23 min Golden Axe : 23 min Shinobi: 18 min
I grew up with almost all of these. The only problems I’ve had have been with Winback. The button map is beyond weird for this titled and the in game save is tied to a non existent memory pack that Nintendo didn’t emulate.
Crappy thing is these outliers are pushed by media companies like they’re the norm until programs like this that help people are limited or eliminated. Just like the welfare queen myth of the 80’s that folks still believe.
So far I’ve played OOT -1hr no problems
Sin & Punishment - 30 minutes no problems
Golden Axe - 22 minutes no problem
Castlevania Bloodlines 30 minutes no problem
Musha - about 15 minutes no problems
Yoshis story. 10 minutes. No problems
Winback 8 minutes The C button mapping is going to be a real problem for this one until you get a n64 controller official or from a different company
@Gwynbleidd Most switch owners are going to open their system, see the update and have no idea this was even happening. Most of the folks who watch directs or YouTube videos about updates are in the vocal minority.
@Deviant-Dork It has 506 user ratings putting it at 8.2 out of 10. Sounds like a good game to me. Maybe not for me or you, but for the people it was designed for. Not everything is for everyone.
@msvt the original Mario Bros can be beaten in one sit down. When it released, it cost $25. Adjustments for inflation brings that up to $100. Nintendo has always been on the expensive side of gaming.
This is way way way more than I was expecting. I’ll probably try it out for the remainder of the year (with my prorate) but I’ll be canceling if they don’t seriously deliver. They better be announcing more consoles.

Re: NIS America Sale Discounts 34 Games On Nintendo Switch
@HIGHscores85 I would avoid burst battle and just get the other one. Burst Battle is one of my very few switch purchase regrets

@Diogmites Buddy, you literally described a game marketed to kids as filling you with “white hot anger”. PS, that picture is ten years old.

@Diogmites You take yourself way to seriously

Re: Feature: The Scariest Game On Every Nintendo Home Console
I liked The Calling on the Wii better as a spooky game than Silent Hill, but I’m probably in the minority on that.

Re: Rumour: Switch Online Datamine Uncovers Plans For "At Least" 38 N64 Games And 52 Sega Genesis Titles
@Clammy We know Nintendo drip feeds their own stuff, but we have no idea how sega is going to handle it.
Re: Rumour: Switch Online Datamine Uncovers Plans For "At Least" 38 N64 Games And 52 Sega Genesis Titles
@Snakesglowcaps Pretty sure Disney would rather repackage Rogue Leader and sell it to you for 40 before they put it on a Nintendo streaming app.
Re: Rumour: Switch Online Datamine Uncovers Plans For "At Least" 38 N64 Games And 52 Sega Genesis Titles
@Snatcher I don’t think this is designed for people who own them

Re: Nintendo Switch System Update 13.1.0 Is Now Live - Adds The Switch Online Expansion Pack
@Crono1973 That’s not what happened to me. I have a family plan and was charged 53 instead of 79. Might want to check your math again
Re: Nintendo Switch System Update 13.1.0 Is Now Live - Adds The Switch Online Expansion Pack
@nessisonett I’m definitely going to boot up Sin and Punishment after dinner. For my money, it’s the best looking 3D game on the system
Re: Nintendo Switch System Update 13.1.0 Is Now Live - Adds The Switch Online Expansion Pack
I bit the bullet and picked it up. I already have a family plan soooo. Even tho it’s the same setup, the Genesis app seems cleaner for some reason.
