Re: Review: Dungreed - A Great Roguelite For Those New To The Genre

First of all, where's the Sakuna review? Come on!!

....But yeah I put around 40 hours into this on Steam, one of the most underrated roguelikes on the market. The controls may take a bit to get used to but seriously, this game is a gem. Def going to double dip on a sale, too busy with Sakuna and Mystery Dungeon DX currently. (Both great, more people should give Mystery Dungeon a shot.)

I will never forgive the people who were bashing on this game. If Pokemon kept going in this direction, we would have had our own BOTW.

Incredibly beautiful, risk taking and lovingly crafted games. I'm so glad I was there for the competitive scene too during these games. Sure, the weather teams might have gotten old during the gen, but I still think it was a very very fun format. Especially compared to SwSh.

Another point of interest is the amount of new mechanics and tricks they added to Pokemon. TMs were finally unlimited to use, something I wish they did way earlier; and the battle animations were short quick and pretty cool compared to gen 4.

If they kept going in this direction and if people weren't complaining about the ice cream pokemon, I'm 100% sure we wouldn't be where we are right now with Pokemon.

@Kalmaro This, very much this. This is why i quit PTCG when the Tag Teams were intrduced. The power creep in ptcg is seriously disgustingly bad. I was in love with the game during the late X&Y up until Team Up, but I could not understand why they had to nerf a top tier deck or bring out a new one every other month. What a shame.

However, imagine a PTCG online game on switch with every card or deck. No microtransactions. Would buy 3 copies honestly.

Re: Pikmin 3 Deluxe Officially Announced For Switch, Includes All DLC And New Content

A port coming on the 30th of October is our next release. Oh my god Nintendo...............

Look I'm not trying to be negative I promise. I adore the Switch. It's my favorite console in YEARS. (Since PS2) But man are Nintendo just giving me no reason to touch my Switch in 2020. I put 300 hours into AC and with Origami King looking pretty eh, I don't feel comfortable saying my favorite game company with their most successful console since the 90s have a lineup consisting of borderline 10 year old ports.

Come on Nintendo. Drop the Switch Pro or give us future games to be excited for.
