I tried the game last night with the console docked and a wired connection, and the SOUND of all things was struggling and intermittent. I'm talking about a central European city. No clouds for me, thanks.

Japan is the coolest, but it looks like the ship's wrecked and you'll be exploring a jungle planet. Doesn't really sell the game for what it is AT ALL ;-D

I loved Super Paper Mario on Wii as well as Sticker Star and Color Splash. But I eventually dropped out of Thousand-Year Door, sorry. Some sections (too many) were just too boring for me: too many wrestling combats to become number 1, a lot of back and forth in the jungle and so on. So there you are. There's a game for everyone.

@The_Pixel_King I don’t own either, but they appear as separate items on the eShop, the old one discounted, the new one full price, so I don’t think so (which is a shame really).

AFAIK, it's already possible to transfer your data to a new Switch. Plus they're already hinting at a transfer system. The game is still 6 weeks away. All this panic is ridiculous.

I just got so excited! I hardly ever play on PC but this got me hooked to my controller, even if most of the time it was just sitting in my hands while I soaked in the atmosphere. This is a truly unique experience and I can't wait to relive it all again - this time to its surely bitter end!

Can we PLEASE stop taking points off games scores because they're short? Is a short film a bad movie because it's not a feature-length film? Is a short story bad because it's not a novel? Do we measure the artfulness of paintings in square meters?

Been following Trüberbrook since the Kickstarter. It promises to be something memorable and this trailer doesn't disappoint. I was also happy to see it available for preorder on some online retailers, so there'll be a physical edition! Very excited about this one!

My most important reason for physical is not on the list: preservation. I don't want my game collection's survival to depend on servers that could go down any day or the one console that has them installed.

There has to be a different reason for the disagreement. Producers of consumer goods are forbidden by European law to fix prices - it's on retailers to do so. That's why Nintendo Directs in JP and US sometimes include prices while EU don't.

I'm hoping that, at some point, every single "Shifty Station" will be added to the game permanently in one way or another. Those stages were always insanely good!

Played the first one on Switch and it messed up my save data and decision history, it was so buggy. Telltale promised a patch (I have their email to prove it) but never released it. So, much as I would love to play this game, I'm not falling for it again.

@McHaggis @Crono1973 That means it's an electric car and, while it's recharging, they've used a nearby socket to plug in their Wii U too! Mystery solved! ;-D

Jokes aside, those classic controllers also have a cable I don't see in the video. But I guess maybe you can stick the 8bitdo Retro Receiver into a Wii remote and then play with the 8bitdo SF30.

The whole setup (Wii U in a car included) sounds too convoluted to be true ;-D
