@CapricornDavid Yep, it’s thanks to that bug that corrupted my save file around 80 plus percent through the game that I was unable to finish it. I couldn’t even play it through again from the start, tragic.

The version of this they had on the wii (can’t remember its title) had online... why not here?

My initial thought was that it looked dreadful. Fair play, might be worth a tickle when I get paid...

Can’t believe the amount of negativity here.

I don’t use online that much, but 20 big ones a year (less than $1.50 a month for crying out loud) to continue playing balls to the wall insane races on Mario Kart 8 is a sweet deal for me. Maybe I can have that one cup of coffee less a month.

Also, I’m certain a few great online games will be on the horizon. To everybody else who doesn’t fancy coughing up, it’s clearly your loss.

I played it daily en route to work to fervishly save up coins for my Nintendo...

But then when I realised how worthless those coins were, I stopped playing completely.

I was thinking the other day how much I would play Miitomo again should my Nintendo stop majorly sucking, but this has hit that one firmly on the head.

@sillygostly I made it sound like I didn’t like club nintendo - I have to clear it up that that wasn’t the case!

The physical goodies were genius. My Mario Kart trophy is still proudly on display in our cabinet, and the Kirby flying disc is dusted off occasionally in the summer.

Shame I never got enough stars for that game and watch game...

I do need a new telly. My current 32 incher is 15 years old and has now moved in with me to my 9th different place. However I’m so attached to the bloody thing I just can’t!

The 128G SD cards are pretty tempting though..

I never played any of the originals as I practically discarded my 3ds after Pokemon Sun/Moon (I know, heresy) so a collection on the switch I would snap up in a heartbeat, as I know how highly regarded they are.
